This place is a great store for our town, it is so nice to run in a get what we need.So thankful to have this store open and available in Morris, the atmosphere is so warm and inviting you want to just grab a cup of coffee and hang out for a while!The restrooms are very clean and comfortable, the Pharmacy is so convenient and helpful, I just love going in this store, sometimes I just go in and walk around to see who is there.The fresh baked goods and oven ready take and bake meals are so convenient and delicious!When you get to Morris you have to stop in and check out this store, you will enjoy the experience!Big Rancher, Morris, MN

We recently moved to Appleton mn. Since then we have been to your store about 4 times, every single time without fail one or all of our family has gotten sick around 2 days later. Needless to say we will not be returning!

Prices oh my, go to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, even target. They are all cheaper to buy on their websites then at this store. Not trying to dis on the owners but this is one of the most expensive places but the only place to get things. So if you can USE AMAZON wait for the delivery if you can save the 50-70%

First time visiting The Homestead. Very impressed. Beautiful store and has so much to offer. From beautiful home decor to tools, toys, pet supplies, mattresses, and lunch!! Our fav find was premade refrigerated meals to grab and take home.

I am truly enjoying every experience I have had with the store and it's staff. Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. It has been a joy having a store where you can quick get an outfit for a unexpected event, pick up yard supplies, or a kitchen faucet. Their clothing is well made, high quality as is everything in the store. It is so nice to have you here.

I simply went to return a dog crate I bought a week ago because I found a bigger one, there was nothing wrong with the item. They complained that the packaging would be unacceptable because people might think the product was damaged. I've worked retail jobs before and never seen anyone get rejected for a refund when the customer had the product and receipt in tact. Disappointing policies and I'm not shopping here again.P.s. In response to the owner's comment, I understand and am experienced in retail jobs, which is why I didn't think it would be an issue. I don't recall any odor or dog hair being present on the outside of the box and nobody commented on it at the time. As for the crate itself it was barely used for a whole week. The box itself could have been fixed, as I've seen done in my past experiences working with returns. I also asked for store credit which was denied.

My family goes here at least once a week for those odds and ends we used to have to drive all the way to Alexandria for. I love the variety of items and the quality! The prices aren’t high to me, most are similar to what you’d pay at Target. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, checkout is very smooth. Our favorite part is definitely Homestead Grounds though! Love the coffees I’ve ordered there and my kids love to get a scoop of ice cream. There really is something for everyone!

I have the pleasure of knowing the family that owns The Homestead and they are wonderful people who truly care about their customers and offering something meaningful to the community. Stopped in yesterday for our first time, it's almost like a mini higher end Walmart. Pricings ok, I gotta say the oatmeal chocolate bars are to die for, nice buttery finish reminded me of my grandma's bars so thank you very much for that! Be coming their more often.

Despite the lack of storefront or any indication there's actually a business open at that location (I never did see Now Open sign... Or even an Open sign for that matter. I thought it was an office of some sort) this is a great store! It has a little of about anything for home, inside and out. There were even kayaks and a paddleboard! It is a large store with endless isles. Every isle is filled with nice things. I expected more of a discount store... Especially since they do NOTHING to attract you inside. I've never seen a business do so little to advertise even their building! The prices are actually a little higher, which really surprised me. But everything looks to be good quality, the store was clean and bright, everything was organized nicely. I wanted to just pop in and see what it was all about so I thought 5-10 minutes just to look. I think I was in there a half hour! That was just to see everything (and so at a few places to explore more deeply). I look forward to going back and really getting a good look! It really did have everything "home" from cleaning, to storing, to clothes and toys, to outdoor furniture and grills, and everything in between that's "home." The decor for sale when you first walk in is beautiful!

Odd selection but a very nice store with happy ,curtious staff that is there if u need them. Pharmacy is also a nice addition to this town . The pharmacist was knowledgeable and actually friendly which was unexpected because thrifty white is a huge stain on the city of morris. Thank you homestead for giving folks another option for medications. If homestead is a bit pricey on certain things but the service and overall quality of this establishment certainly makes up for the bit more u may pay

Deli cheese and meats are second to none. Seip pharmacy and new bakery also open. Selection of household products is also excellent. Great place to shop!
