So great with my boarder collie who is normally a hot mess of anxiety! He looked wonderful after his groom. Added plus is the price! I have taken him to groomers in the suburbs near my work due to the convenience, but they charge at least $100 more for the same services. I will go out of my way to come back to Tall to Small anytime!

I have been taking all of my 8 rescue dogs there for years. They have been great with them. Some of them have people issues and they have taken the necessary time to work with them. They have gotten better and better with her. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have brought my 2 maltese babies here for several years and I would highly recommend her. One gets shaved down and NEVER a cut on skin. Other is groomed long hair and trimmed evenly. Both love her and come home beautiful. She treats the dogs wonderfully and the price is good. Really cares for the animal she is grooming and does a great job.

All I gotta say is I’m disappointed. My boy scruff is a loyal dog, and we try our hardest to treat everyone with respect by showing up to our appointments. We had an appointment October 27th at 11, with nobody inside their salon and doors locked, no message on the door nothing. I tried calling to ask to reschedule assuming something came up. No response. Called again today and was told they were open that day and never got a phone call from me when I can prove I attempted to call and was there.I’ve been to the salon before, and I know exactly where to go. Very upset because I loved my experience here until now. If you do get in they do an amazing job, but this was not okay.I guess we will have to find somewhere else from here in out.

I love to use local businesses whenever possible so I was excited to use Tall to Small dog grooming. I brought my dog there several times with high hopes that I it would improve given time; I was under the impression that this was the owners first time opening and doing this business on her own. Each time I brought my dog she was cut at least one time, which I know can happen. However, I was never told so I could watch and care for her cut. It also bothered me a lot that her younger daughter was often there with her and distracted her when she was grooming. The stick that broke this camels back was that when I brought my dog in she had been playing outside and was dirty, her anal glands needed to be expressed so she smelled a bit. When I picked her up I was told that when I dropped her off she was "a mess" and that I really needed to bring her to the vet so they could trim the hair in her ears and express her anal gland. I expressed her anal gland, but had hoped she would. The next time at the vet I asked to have her ears trimmed and they told me that was what the vet was for and even suggested Tall to Small. I will not be back.

I have been seeing Casy for about 4 years now, give or take. She is a very kind, caring and definitely has a love for animals. We have 5 Chiweenies that we bring to her, and I absolutely love how she grooms them! I drive 50 mins north to see Casy, and I would never change groomers, she is worth every penny! I highly recommend her! Thank you Casy for your amazing work, I appreciate you and so do our fur babies!

My dog came back three times in a row with cuts. He had a cut across the length of his scrotum, which was very painful and itchy during the long healing process. I assumed it was an accident from his movement during the haircut. But when I brought him in again, I forgot to tell her, and he came home with a similar cut in the same place. Still assuming it was an accident, the next time I did remember to tell her when I brought him in. That visit he left with cuts again, this time inside both ears. I no longer think it was an accident and my dogs will never be back. Despicable treatment. If you don't like doing my dog's hair just tell me not to bring him anymore.

My oldest dog started limping this morning I seen it was a toe nail had gotten extra long again so in a hurry I called around to find a pet groomer so awesome they were able to get her in this morning so I sent the wife she said it's a door on the side of the building that she didn't notice at first other then the door being a little easier to see in the future I would have to say this place is great freindly staff and was told they are professional normally my wife doesn't like taking the dogs into these type of places but she said she will go back

Brought my husky mix and my Stafford Terrier there for full grooming and nail clipping. My Stafford is a good boy but ify at times but she knew how to handle him and showed him who's boss.

Cassandra does a great job on my 2 miniature Shih Tzus. She took over the business from the previous owner. She is knowledgeable and understands what you ask of her. She also gets back to you quickly.
