Parker goes in for nail trims. He is a very shy dog and Tara does a fabulous job, never once has he been scared or nervous with her. I call, leave a message, she calls back. I'm thankful Tara doesn't stop working on a dog to answer the phone.

Tera is very busy but is a excellent caring groomer, the best puppy mom ever, if your lucky enough to get a appointment you should keep it, she's always booked way out and your pup deserves a appointment with her. Tera is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. Your dog will love her, our pup does ❤

I never actually took my dog in but I had called to make an appointment and I had to leave a message. They didn't get back to me until over an hour later and then when I picked up the person I was talking to sounded like it was a burden to talk to me and that they didn't care about me or my dog. I will never be taking my dog here.
