The last few times I have gone into this dirty, disorganized store with product on the floors and messy shelves, the two young kids working behind the counter refuse to take their nose out of their phones long enough to greet you. Literally every time I have gone into the store the last couple of months, the person behind the counter is either texting and surfing the web on their phone. No greeting when checking out. No thank you. The last time I was in there last week, the kid behind the counter LITERALLY never uttered a single word when I checked out. Not a word. He looked annoyed that I interrupted him to do his job while he was texting. I try to avoid this store since Dollar General opened in Mora.Follow up: As of April 2024, this store is now closed. I think I know why.

The cashier was great and very helpful.Be wary of the prices. Everything I bought other than the $1 dollar items were all higher than what was posted. Some 25 cents others a whole dollar I will not be shopping there again unless I have no other choice.

Very poor customer service. Never got greeted when I and my friend walked in the door. 3 employees were standing in the end of the aisle talking. Never got asked if I needed anything. The cashier was sitting down and on there phone. This is very poor customer service. She really didn't even thank us, plus she never said anything or make eye contact. Very poor customer service. I won't be back at this store.

Its pretty sad when you can tell there was a managment change. You used to walk in the door, and whomever was at the front greeted every single person. Now your lucky if anyone even bothers to come to the register after you chase them down. When theyre at the register, their too busy chatting with friends to acknowldge the growing line. The staff has taken the attitude the customers are a bother and in their way. It truely is a shame this new manager is too busy bragging about getting a manager position than to actually manage. Based on what ive seen since the change this store will go the way of all the others fast. As gar as store cleanliness goes, there is always trash on the floors, a constant appearance of disarray. Carts full of inventory constantly all around the store blocking aisles, inventory thats been empty for days sitting on carts across the store no where near its shelf location.Get a manager in there that actually cares again.

The gal stocking was pleasant and personable. However once I reached the checkout I was afraid. As a cashier I wanted to jump the counter and give this woman a much needed break.

Store said they were open until 8pm. I had to get there because my 7 year old son had sunburn and I needed to get him aloe gel. I got to the door at 7:52pm and a lady working there did a slow jog to the main doors and locked them right infront of me. I tapped on the glass pointing at their store hours and said "Open until 8pm!" She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, turned around and walked away into the store. I hear the Family Dollar in Mora is slowly losing business and may not be here much longer. I never understood why until this happened to me this evening. Its not Family Dollars fault that there are losing business, its the low life worthless trashy people that are working there.Shame on you.

Employee seemed rude. But got better as my shopping came to an end. The store was clean & organized.Prices aren't that reasonable. I would recommend to family & friends.

Can’t actually vouch for the store, but the folks on the remodel crew were awesome to work with. Scheduled to reopen on September 10th. Currently closed.

Good prices. The staff is always helpful. Wide variety of goods. They seem to have a good system that keeps items well stocked as demand goes up and down.

They are Really SLOW!! Always takes forever to get checked out because they never have more than one register open but there is 2 cashiers working!!! Need to have better customer service!!!!

Very disorganized! I used to work here and since the manager I worked for quit the store has gone downhill!! Dirty, shelves are a mess, nothing faced. Items on the floor. I heard that some of the food is outdated and should be discounted or taken off the shelves. Very disappointed!
