Clean store, friendly staff! I loved their grab n go section as well, tons of ready made items for our vacation 😊 the deals looked great too but I didn't have a coborn's card being from TN 🤷 I would shop here often if I lived in MN

I was disappointed with your store today. I went in for lunch items. The lunch meat was on sale, but allot of them were expired. The yogurt items on sale were expired, some a month ago. The chicken selection looked horrible. Most were expiring today. There was no lettuce. The folgers coffee on sale were slim pickings to say the least.While you maintain a clean store and your workers are cheerful, the store should be more diligent on watching for expiration dates!

I have defended this store for years from people complaining about prices here. I understand that they aren't Walmart or Target or any of the giant big box stores, so of course they are higher in price. I expect that and I am happy that we have a local grocery store in Mora as I ALWAYS try to keep my buying local. I like the deli, sushi selections that are always fresh, they bag your groceries and service people are almost always friendly and approachable. I would have rated higher here, but need to air my frustration with the Coborn's gas station across the parking lot. I have for over a year struggled with the issue of 8-10 times of not being able to get a receipt when I fill up there. I need a receipt for my business expenses and more often than not, when I ask for a printed receipt, the receipts are empty. I call the number on the pump as suggested when there's an issue and I have gotten many excuses from "it's too cold outside" (even though other stations still print me a receipt), the pump I am at doesn't have a working printer (I have tried several different pumps with the same result) and last time I called, the girl who answered told me they are supposed to get a signal of some kind in the store alerting them when the receipt is empty, but they don't get the alerts. While I was talking with her, she stopped speaking with me mid sentence and started speaking to someone else in the store and ignored me. I just hung up. They have asked me to drive over to the store, park, come in and get a receipt. I have horribly painful knees and when I ask if they can just take a pic of the receipt and text it to me or email me a receipt, it's deer in headlights. I refuse to deal with the problems at the pump and refuse to be burdened because nobody attends the receipts at the pumps like the other gas stations in Mora. Just thought maybe someone should know why they lost a gas customer. I will be back for the sushi though.

Coburn's is convenient. If you need something quick, it's the 'go-to' place. They recently renovated the interior..which was desperately needed. The staff are always helpful, and their deli area has legit sushi.

Kid checking me out.. she had short lighter hair with either blue or green in it ..was not paying attention on how to actually bag items.. she had like bread in with freaking cans.. ummm I think learning how to bag should be a part of training or hire people that are old enough or smart enough to have some common sense! And it was definitely poor costumer service! Her attitude was childish and rude to say the least! Have her stocking shelves or something other than costumer service. It just doesn’t suit her.

It's OK with each department having good quality product. My problem is for the area it is in, it's products are over priced. I understand each business has overhead expenses but take into consideration what the average person actually spends there. Slightly lower prices means more customers can afford to shop there, with more of the possibility of purchasing higher priced items for the convenience of one stop shopping.

1st time o ordered organic Brownberry bread it came in. 2nd time no one could find it, even the person who I was told had put it away, which he told me it's complete chaos there. There is plenty of room for organic dairy to go, and I'd organize the open shelf area for free but if others keep moving things around, it truly is chaos. So somewhere is my 4-6 loaves of bread molding as no one can find it. What a mess. They have at most 1/4 of the store organic, which in these modern times is unacceptable. City Center Market 30 miles away has all I need, but wanted to shop local. Had such high hopes for Coburns as I read a good review, but it's a total fail in my eyes.

Customer service is always warm and friendly. But, prices are higher than average, choices are limited, and they still struggle with keeping the shelves stocked. Their organic fruit, especially blueberries, is often moldy. They have not had organic milk in several months. If you're coming to Mora for the weekend or vacation, bring your groceries with you. Otherwise, you will be paying top dollar for limited choices. But hey, they do have a Caribou coffee shop inside, and I give their Pharmacy a 5 star rating. 🌟

There was some sort of worm embedded inside an ear of corn that came wiggling out while I was husking it in the store. The sweet & condensed milk I purchased was half solidified to the top when opened & I saw afterwards that it had expired a year and a half ago.Otherwise, there was a lot of things available at this location that I can never find at my home location and there was a very pretty variety of floral!

Coborns has done a complete make over of the store and it looks really nice. They also brought in caribou coffee and a fresh sushi counter which is some of the best I have ever had . I have to say the employees that work at the more store are all very nice people and very helpful. I would have given a 5 star but still find a lot of stock is not rotated all the time so you really have to watch the item you buy be it in deli prepackaged area or can goods.

Its got a little bit of everything prices are average and the place is clean. I found a good selection of cat and dog food in the refrigerator and more of the real meat food for your pets. This was convenient when getting my groceries too!

Huge shout out to an employee named Allen! I was in there this evening and there was a long line with only one person at checkout. There wasn't anyone at the customer service counter either. Allen was outside but when another customer went and told him about the line he came inside and jumped right in to help customers with a smile on his face. He was kind, quick and efficient! This boy definitely needs a raise!

The pharmacy is a joke. Called in a prescription that morning and went at noon to pick it up. They said they needed 48 hours notice but then said they would have it ready in 30 minutes. I had to return to work and came back at 4 to have them tell me it'll be 15 minutes. So what is it coborns? 48 hours to fill a prescription? 30 minutes? 15 minutes?

Today, went to customer service because clerk did not give me the promised senior discount on Tuesday. Oh no, they can't fix after the fact. Absolutely zero customer service. Terrible store. Only game in town so what can we do. They don't have items in ad, no sign posted to inform customers,we dig through items,neverfind items, extremely confusing ads. confusing ads.

Nice clean store. They just recently added a Caribou and they are making some great upgrades to the store. You will want to avoid Tuesdays, unless your a senior, as it is very busy. Prices are a bit high.

I am furious. Never had issues before. The other day I call d in my son's meds they said be ready the next day I went to get it picked up then they tell me sorry we don't have it and don't know when we will. Why didn't I say that before so I can take care of it with someone else but nope y'all Ganna make my son go with out his meds that he needs get it together there......

I like the store. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because I only had a few things and they didn't have any kind of express lane and there was at least six people in the three lines that they had and we were all waiting impatiently. I absolutely love the deli and their meat selections are incredible and fair prices on the meat. My only complaint would be they need more cashiers or maybe it was just busy time but then more than three lanes should be open if it's busy.
