This store and the staff are just wonderful. Very friendly to everyone that walks through their doors. Today I noticed someone on their staff took the time to clean-up the clearance rack. Makes you wonder that if they take such good care with discounted items how much care goes into the everyday items? Makes me take notice andcyes makes me want to come back for more visits just because of this alone.John

I dropped my sons off at the river to go fishing which is located on the edge of town. They had one phone with, and it fell in the water. So when they were finished with fishing they had to walk into town to use a phone to call me so that I may pick them up. Being that it was Sunday evening, there was few places open. They stopped at Cenex gas station and asked to use the phone and were told that the store was closed and that they didn't have a phone. They were forced to walk further to find a place to use a phone.When I picked them up and asked why they walked so far in to town, they told me that Cenex wouldn't allow them to use the phone.I went to Cenex and knocked on the window and the employee came out. I explained to him that the boys phone was wrecked and that maybe next time take a minute to think about why kids would be asking for a phone this day and age. I was not yelling or even rude. The employee proceeded to tell me that they were busy and they were closing at the time. I said "understood" but please stop and have some human kindness if it happens again. The employee than told me to keep a better eye on my children.I am disappointed that we have people in Mora acting this way and I hope that it changes. We all have kids in this town and we all need to watch out for them.

This place is horrible. I had purchased some Dunkaroos and some Body Armor and I had walked out to my car to take a swig of Strawberry Grape Body Armor and to open my dunkaroos and had noticed that as I grabbed the Dunkaroos I had sticky stuff all over my fingers, I had noticed that one of the packs were opened! Gross! So I walked back inside from being out there for less than 45 seconds, and had asked if I could exchange my brand new Dunkaroos out for some that were not already open and leaking underneath! I was met by this inbred looking gentleman that was clueless on what to do in this situation. He had first told me that I needed a receipt and that it had to be within 10 to 15 minutes of purchase, which it was considering it wasn’t even a minute and also the other employee told him that yeah I was in there just a few seconds before. I was then told that the best thing he could do is go back and wash off my packets of cookies. Absolutely not. Ick. Even after I showed him that the cookies were open? Not sure what kind of thought process was happening there. Clearly a lack of brain cells. Not impressed what so ever, and could have been clearly resolved with some common sense.

This store sells expired food and refused to refund or exchange the item! We bought something for $7.99, my kid opened it before we even left the parking lot and said it tasted discusting! The worker refused to call his boss, "my boss just did the same thing with a different customer" and refused to do anything about it. Very rude and poor service!!!

Excellent personnel, even accepted a return on AA batteries, since I needed AAA. Gave rebate on my card, recharged for what I wanted. I was surprised.
