Beautiful clean location, updated interior, large parking, and most of all great food for a subway and friendly staff. If you like subway you wont be disappointed with this location

The person working did a fine job. My issue is the drive thru. A touch screen? In Minnesota? It is super lazy of Subway. And it was just as annoying as most kiosk self ordering:slow and painful. In winter, with bitter cold temps, I would probably just leave and go next door to MacDonald's.

Friendly staff, good service. I like the drive thru touch screen ordering. However, last time I was there it cost 32.00 + for two people w/ the full meal option. What happened to the reasonably priced quick option to grab a sub sandwich? This is what you would expect to pay when going out to a nice restaurant. I realize inflation and supply chain issues have pushed prices up, but this seems somewhat out of line? Sandwiches were good, met typical Subway sandwich standards.

Thought to have an easy dinner. Went through drive thru and after not seeing any of the new subs as on TV, ordered our norms.My flat bread was hard after it was toasted and not in a good way. My chicken breasts were cold in the middle. I got apple sauce instead of chips. I was disappointed in my meal. We came home and ate it anyway as it was dinner. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if I choose to drive to cloquet instead of coming to moose lake again.Son said his sandwich was ok. Not great, just ok. He choose cookies and was disappointed because they were pretty dry. He thought the sandwich his sister had had more flavor.Sorry moose Lake subway. Its more of a miss than hit this time.

Very good fast food. Refreshing and healthy meal especially for the long road trip we were on! Piper was very friendly and helpful, thanks 👍Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh, delicious veggies!

Stopped here while we were camping at the state park. The employees saw me outside with our dog and gave my wife a bowl of water for him to have. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Like that the store has flatbread after it was removed several months ago. Corporate must have gotten a late of flak for removing that item.

Food was fine, but I don't feel employees should be stating that they would "smack her in the face if she gave me that look when I wasn't working" especially coming from a young man about a elderly woman who was hard of hearing. That was very disappointing and uncalled for.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a subway. The staff was extremely unprofessional. Only one person Evan was kind enough to help and make the sandwiches. He kept hitting the button with 5 people in line for help while 3 other staff sat in the back laughing. I watched a couple come in after the small rush and everyone ignored them for about 10 minutes. So unprofessional. This staff and obviously the manager needs to get their act together.

Used our local Subway to cater an event I was attending. They did a beautiful job and the trays of sub sandwiches was presented very well. Will use them again.

Well, so here's the way this works. Open up a new store location and get real chin-sey on your subs. That's the way it works for this subway. Stop there two weeks. They couldn't have sliced the turkey, ham and roast beef any thinner or they would simply disappear. Subway is a monopoly but next time I'll stop somewhere else...anywhere else. They need a new competitor in the sub shoppe genre.

Manager was extremely unprofessional, yelling at the employees while on the line and giving attitude to almost every customer while ringing them up. I personally feel bad for the employees that work underneath her. Wouldn't stop here again just because of her customer service

Had the rib sandwich at the recommendation of the staff. I wasn't disappointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great Job!!!
