They never have your medications filled in a timely manner. Sometimes, we've gone back 3 times, and we still had to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive-thru or in line! I definitely wouldn't recommend this pharmacy!

The pharmacy is so understaffed it sometimes feels impossible to get a prescription filled. They are chronically out of stock, wait times over the phone are often 10 minutes or more, and there is often a line both in-store and at the drive-thru. I can't continue to worry if my meds will be filled on time every month, so I am looking elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible. At the front counter and in the pharmacy. When you call the photo department, and no one picks up, it transfers you to the next available department. I got answered with “hello?” “Hi, I’m calling to see if my photos are ready for pickup?” “Umm I don’t know, I’m not in photo.” Ugh. I’ve already switched pharmacies, and looks like I’m going to have to drive into Fargo to get anything.

I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting for “two callers” ahead of me to be done speaking to the pharmacy.It is such a joke to get through to anyone. Does not matter what time of the day.Cannot even get through to the store to request that they check with whatever is happening at the pharmacy.

I’ve been shopping at Walgreens on 30th avenue for quite some time and have found the staff to be over the top amazing.Deb, front cashier, assists me in finding items, makes sure I understand rewards and always shares a smile.When searching for a large quantity of cold water for construction workers, Max was there to help. Selling large quantities of cold water is not store policy. However, Max found a case of cold water, called the manager to ask if I could have an employee discount (due to the cause of buying the cold water) and all served with a smile.Both Deb and Max are examples of dedicated, hardworking, service oriented individuals. Walgreens is blessed to have them as team members.

I’ve been having a difficult time finding a specific product, papaya enzymes at Walgreens, let alone anywhere in Fargo/Moorhead. Today, while I was in the store picking up my mobile order, I asked about them since they’ve been out at all F/M Walgreens locations every time I’ve looked. I mentioned this to Will, who I later found out was a Manager, and he went to check the actual stock and found some that were hidden way back on the shelf. He (Will) went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated! This is exactly one of the reasons why I enjoy going to this store, all of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Probably time to find a new pharmacy! In need of test strips and have been trying to get them for the last four days. They blamed the doctor's instructions weren't good enough to file the insurance. Been there twice and called twice. Finally paid retail at Target. Another prescription they said would take 45 minutes. An hour twenty minutes and it still wasn't done.

I don't know what has been going on but lately but I have waited over 20 minutes in line at the pharmacy drive through multiple times. Tonight I waited for a half an hour only to be told that my perscriptions from 10:30am were still not filled at 7:40pm!!

They use to be so much better and faster in the pharmacy. The work ethic has gone down hill so bad. It’s horrible that it takes over 12 hours for them to fill a prescription they received from a doctors office.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was my turn they told me they filled the wrong prescription and to wait in the seats for around 5 minutes. The lady helping me then went in back and 30 minutes later I walked up to the pharmacist to ask what is going on. She said it’s ready but to get back in line and wait my turn. I tried telling her I already waited in line but she dismissed me right away. Horrible customer service and a waste of 45+ minutes of my day. Just be honest with how long something takes.

They lost my prescription and tried to blame the Dr office. But the Dr office received a confirmation from them (timestamped even) I had to come back 3 times to get it. They gave no effort to help fix it, to help get the prescription again, or to even acknowledge they lost it. I am switching to another pharmacy.

Horribly understaffed. Fell bad for workers here. Consider other Px nearby if works with your insurance. Average phone hold is 15+ minutes if at all :(

The pharmacist here refused to fill my wife's prescription for birth control. It took us two weeks of back-and-forth trying to get them to release the prescription to another Pharmacy so that we could get it filled. They refused to release it, even after talking to the doctor that wrote the script. The doctor had to rewrite us a new script.I have shopped at Walgreens my whole life. We are a CVS family now.0/10 didn't get laid for 3 weeks.

I see that there are some negative reviews, but there must have been some recent improvements. I stopped there this week, on a bitterly cold and miserable day, and found staff to be very helpful and pleasant! Items were in the right places and the store was clean. There was a good selection too. And to top it off, I had a lovely chat with the older gentleman working at the checkout and the woman behind me. I left feeling more cheerful than I went in, which is why I decided to write a review.

They are incapable of filling simple prescriptions. You can literally bring in the previous labels when they are struggling to read on their computer. They will look at the label and then still give you the wrong prescriptions. They will even transfer it to another Walgreens across town and they will also be unable to read a prescription and fill it correctly. They are incapable of giving correct prescriptions. Do not use Walgreens. They do not care.

Doesn’t allow the use of cards, “cash or card on file only” but will then tell you that you cannot use your card. Staff in MSUM attire was very rude during the interaction. My family and I have been going here for years and have never had a problem. Very dissatisfied not only with the staff but also with the card reader being down. The ATM also did not work, only was going to print a receipt and then didn’t even have any receipt paper

Every time I'm there, everyone is friendly and helpful.Every pharmacist technician I met has been nice. They even helped me figure out recurring insurance issues.The pharmacists are very helpful and always answered any questions I had.

Wow! What a great experience! Ally I believe her name was very helpful. Not only did she go out of her way to explain different items to me but also had help me sign up for rewards. Ally was very kind and always had a smile on her face! I will definitely be coming back!

The young girl helping me pick up a prescription was absurdly rude. She had an attitude with every question and was upset with me about the wrong address when she was looking under a family members account as I've never used Walgreens before. Won't use them again in the future that's for sure.

Prescription Drugs and ins is mind boggling! Justin is incredibly informed on ins and the drugs. I had been struggling with prescriptions and costs and co-pays. I wanta thank him for not treating me unintelligent. He made my day! I don't use this branch - but I was told he's a great pharmacist! And he cared about my issues. Kudos to his customer ethics and service! I will return!!

Treat blacks like Garbage, watch you while you shop isn't that what the camera is for, If you have a Question will read you the riot act with racial undertones, Prices explanation Theft explanation, why are you in Our store explanation, I feel as if the customer service lady is reading her training manual too Me Why?

Came in to get the whole family flu shots and the entire staff acted completely uninterested in helping us or answer any questions. They didn’t know the state laws about flu shots and when questioned they refused to listen. I’m a nurse and know what can and can’t be done. Avoid this place at all cost!And when we got the shot, the guy who did it, did it slow which makes them more painful. So uneducated.

I was in there just a couple of hours ago. First of all I am handicapped Severe RA arthritis. I'm 59 years old, I had a young girl who insulted me with long ginger color hair in ponytail at 8:30 ish pm May 27 2018 who was very ugly to me, all because I didn’t put two items back into there place where they should be. I apologized to who tried to explain my situation and she yelled I don’t care 🤷♀️ at me she was just terrible acting, So much so I had a cart 🛒 of approximately $128.00 of things. I told I’m leaving because of your attitude and u can just put these back as well I’ll go else where. And she told me first you put your things back in cart 🛒 . Furthermore You know what she did followed me to the doors insulating me, I was scared she may attack me. She seem very mentally unstable. I have to admit the gentleman working there was very polite and professional who was trying to help find things earlier, before i was attacked by this ginger employee at Walgreens. Anyhow I left and seen there was a CVC caddy corner from this Walgreens so I went there. And let me tell you everyone how wonderful they were there at CVC to me. The man who was there and the young lady who was working went and helped me find the items I needed, i told them how i was treated at Walgreens they even stayed open a little longer for me to get things and check out. You what else was awesome instead of spending over a 100 dollars all my items were just under $60.00 unlike the over priced things i had picked out at the other store Walgreens. I would suggest those to visit the CVC instead of Walgreens. Be treated with dignity and kindness CVC unlike the rudeness of Walgreens. I have never in all my years been treated so rudely never. Thankfully I’m a Colorado resident and will never have to shop there again. I staying at the Hampton near by only reason i went there was to shop for yhings needed for my extended stay

Typically pharmacies will give you an emergency refill of specific drugs that are essential but not addicting however this Walgreens is not willing to do that so I'm very unhappy with my service at this location.Other pharmacies will give emergency refills if you can't get into your doctor.Find a local pharmacy that is willing to service you as you expect and not refill prescriptions from Big corporate pharmacies because their customer service capabilities are less than.

A decent Walgreens (all locations are pretty much the same). Only negative is in winter, 30th Ave can be very slippery going up the hill to get back to 8th Street. It doesn't seem that steep, until your brand new tires start spinning and your car slides backwards down the hill.
