Went in for a blood pressure cuff- marked down to $29.99 rang up $49.99 three kids working the till couldn’t figure it out, we’re laughing about it looking high. One older man came over and figured out it was only for rewards- asked how and in the tiny little corner of tag it said with myW. What is myW???!? Oh it’s rewards- completely intended to be hidden. Kids were rude as I left as well. No management and kids were obviously smoking weed

I rarely complain, but this experience has been absolutely ridiculous. I am posting this 10/18/2023, after the pandemic has ended. I scheduled an appointment for the endemic COVID vaccine. My appointment was for 10 a.m. and it told me to arrive at 9:45 a.m., so I did. I was successfully checked in and they took my insurance card and I had already filled all the forms out online so I was just waiting to get vaccinated. Half an hour goes by and there is no movement all. There is a person waiting for their shot who arrived before me who is still waiting. And that person is waiting because the pharmacy staff failed to check them in when they arrived. Mind you, this person did check in with the pharmacy staff, the staff just failed to check them in correctly. Had I not asked what was going on on their behalf, they would probably never have been helped. That person had to continued waiting and get rechecked in. Over 45 minutes after I arrived I was finally told that my insurance rejected to pay for the vaccine, so I couldn't get it there. I am leaving now, having wasted an hour of my day standing by the pharmacy counter with sick people coughing all around me to be turned away after I had filled out this appointment online many days in advance. I had to do no paperwork at all. And still was stuck with this wait and ultimately no vaccine. Ultimately, it isn't Walgreens fault that my insurance declined to pay for the shot. But after having witnessed the absolute disfuncion and disorganization of this pharmacy operation. I WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE, trying to utilize any pharmacy services from this pharmacy. I'm just astounded they are allowed to operate.

Waited in line at the drive thru pharmacy nobody waiting but us even inside. The Lady inside saw us and ignored us. Another man came to the window she happily helped him. Then ignored us again. We go in. No line. But she turned to help the car after I was waiting inside. Horrible service

People aren't very nice. Not understanding. Puts back medications if you don't pick it up within like 3 days. Only calls you once to let you know your meds are ready. Mailing is only accessible through an app, not everyone has the app or even a phone.

I’ve never had such a terrible pharmacy experience. They struggle to fill a simple antibiotic and wait times are atrocious. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different pharmacy. It’s awful!

If I could give zero I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is disrespectful. For the third time they do not have my prescription. The staff discussed that they did not have it, after a week of me waiting for it, behind a computer, never actually talked to me, then just looked at me until I left.They do not get prescriptions ready until after you have waited in line for 40 min and ask for it. Then you wait another 40 for them to fill it.Once they were out of my prescription, and told me I had to call other pharmacies to have them ship it to Walgreens. Totally unacceptable.It would be a service to the community to just shut it down. I would be able to get my med filled just as successfully and wouldn’t waste my time.Please if you value you time go literarily anywhere else!

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because they’ve always been able to supply my prescriptions. However, their app correspondence has continuously screwed up over the last year or so. It always shows delayed with no estimate, but when I call and ask, they say I can come and get it in a half hour or that it’s actually ready. I don’t have this problem at other locations. Don’t even get me started on the lines once you get there to pick it up, whether it be in the drive thru or inside. Thankfully, I moved recently and now use a Walgreens that is way more efficient.

I went here because the other location lost my prescription. I thought I'd give this one a shot. My prescription had been that sent to them over an hour before. When I arrived there they said it wasn't ready and would be ready in 15 minutes, I told them I would come back, I came back 30 minutes later and he told me it wasn't ready. He said they are working on it and will be ready in 15 minutes (45 mins after I arrived). I finally received my prescription an 60 mins later.

I entered and there was a line so I looked at some stuff to buy in-store. Store was clean and well organized. Two employees were in the pill section, looked as if they were filling the shelves. I was not approached to ask if I needed help. But in this environment it's not unusual to be left alone.I got in line and I had three different transactions to get done; product return, purchase, and adding money to my cash appThe return went smooth. He put the money back on my card. I used my chip card to do this. The purchase went okay too. Purchased some food items on my food stamps. When I added the cash to my cash app the employee told me he was only available to do $200 without management approval. I had $130 and so we went ahead and processed the transaction.While at the register the line was growing due to the time it takes to do all three transactions. I felt bad like I was taking too long. The customers were obviously kinda annoyed......The employee did not call for back up which I felt like would of made me feel better ......so that I wasn't holding them up. But there was a lot going on so he was probably pretty flustered himself.I like this Walgreens and the store is always clean. Employees are friendly but the register experience can be long and uncomfortable. I will be returning to this store many times because the services, location, and product availability is convenient for me.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FROM HERE. Always something wrong. I’m waiting for a half hour now on a prescription that was suppose to be done yesterday afternoon. A prescription that I need to take daily and depend on. This isn’t the worst experience I’ve had sadly. Multiple times Ive went to get my prescription and they say they don’t have it and have nothing for my name. Even though I called my doctor multiple times and they’ve sent it through electronically and called multiple times. Maybe every pharmacy is like this but I doubt it. Everytime it’s something. Everytime I come to get my prescription I end up having to make another trip because they aren’t done. I don’t complain usually and hardly ever leave reviews. But just save your time and gas and go somewhere else. They aren’t running a good operation here👎🏼 oh and theyre no help at all even though the mess ups I’ve had have all been on their end.

I do not like this pharmacy. I had to switch due to insurance. At least one of my meds seems to out of stock whenever I put in a refill order. I got multiple notifications over the weekend that one med was out of stock. I called today to ask when it would be in. I was told wed or thurs. A couple of hours later I got notified it was done. I have had nothing but trouble with them since I started coming in March. I never had these problems at CVS. I will probably be switching insurance soon because of this.

This place is horrible for picking up prescriptions. I have to come from Fargo across town to Moorhead for this pharmacy, but they are not only closed early, they have literally called me to pickup an order that wasn't ready a few hours after I got there, and more than one time! I recently went there after I dropped my wife off at work nearby, and the pharmacy was already closed, and it was before 6pm. Completely useless pharmacy, I DONOT recommend here for using as a pharmacy at all. Seek elsewhere

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy does not want to help you and will send you through loops to get simple tasks done. I called twice to get my covid vaccination card that i originally got from walgreens and they rejected me both times. Once saying that i would have to “get it mailed from the original location” and second saying i would have to “go to the department of heath” when i asked why they then said there manager would be coming in at 3. Thats all they offered. So horrible. Don’t waste your time here. I barely write reviews but this service was so bad it pushed me to so i could warn others.Its actually has made me decide to use CVS as my pharmacy now.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The workers here barely know how to do their job adequately. Every time I pick up prescriptions, something in their system gets messed up. This forces so much stress on and I guarentee I'm not the only person experiencing it.

Staff have always been kind to me although one cashier seemed a bit overworked as one customer was very rude to her. The pharmacy is always prompt to text me when my medications are ready and answer any questions I might have. This is my go-to Pharmacy in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

I am not rating 1 for the store but a staff member in the pharmacy, Carly to be exact. I had developed Pneumonia and my doctor sent through 6 different meds. My mother went to get them for me Bcz I was to sick. Carly 1st lied about my RX's being there, then gave my mom a horrible time when hospital called to verify they had RX's, Carly then called me to report "an angry, crazy lady had picked up medications in my name" I am looking for corporate number to turn this matter into. I do like Walgreens as a store though!

When I arrived at the Pharmacy on a friday they stated they were out of my sons medication and to come back Monday. He went back the following Wednesday and they stated they were still out and to come back the next monday. This is not a rare medication. Walgreens cannot seem to manage their supply chain. Get your act together. I was at CVS for two years and this never happened.

Rude, unfriendly service... felt like I was imposing on the clerks just by being a customer buying goods from them-in their own store... Do they not need revenue, or a customer base to support, & feed their franchises with the money that we consumers bring them?!? Which in turn ensures them as a stronghold and staying power within this fragile economic times due 2the pandemic, along with sort of stronghold it seems to have on/within our communities w the contagion always on the grow by evolving itself constantly-creating a new variant/strain each time that it dies... In NY opinion, not any one conglomerate, franchise, corporation, or small town retail sales sites/stores tht exist in today's market place can claim that they are 100% certain that they'll outlast this epidemic, or not be concerned if they're going 2still be in business tomorrow, the next day, or even months ahead in near future... Just thought I'd voice my opinion, on that topic, and wonder when/why/how good customer service didn't seem tht important, wanted, taught, or appreciated anymore by the customer/ consumers in this day& age... GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS, IS APPRECIATED, WANTED, AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ONE OF ITS MAIN STAPLES WITHIN TODAY'S RETAIL COMPANY MARKET PLACES...JUS' SAYIN, OK, CONSUMER RANT NOW OVER, & COMPLETED...TY.

Horrible customer service waited on my prescription for 8 hours waited on the phone for 30 minutes for someone to answer went into the store to pick up items and the prices on everything is completely incorrect! Highly recommend going to a different Walgreens who puts their customers first and don’t lie about their prices

Drive thru takes FOREVER!!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY I GO. There's ALWAYS a line of at least 3 cars. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I'm going to switch to a different pharmacy. I love the app, but I just can't with their drive thru.
