Great staff and even greater services! I take my 11 month old golden retriever, Leia, to Wags and they take phenomenal care of her. She’s always tired out and has an absolute blast. I love that I can drop her off for daycare and they’ll make sure she gets her grooming done while she’s there too. Also, the webcams rock for when you want to check on your pet. (They also posts tons and tons of pictures which I absolutely LOVE!)

This used to be a great place but the new building and management have made it a place I would highly NOT recommend.. Management is very rude. I had a line of credit on file for $127 and wanted to board my dogs but they refused to let my dogs stay there. They refuse to refund my money back to me! I even had over 40 daycare punches on my punch cards that I paid for and they never refunded anything to me. I have two beautiful well behaved dogs . There are much better professional places to take my dogs to. It's just sad how they took my money and never refunded me a penny!

Great experience! Piper has been for 2 or 3 grooming appointments at Wags Stay N Play and had her first day of doggy daycare today after her grooming.It’s very reasonable pricing (she’s a doodle; her hair is high maintenance and groomers deserve to charge what they charge plus more) and adding doggy daycare for the rest of the day was more than affordable. She was in a great mood when I picked her up & is now very sleepy and worn out!They even gave me this detailed report card which is equal parts adorable and helpful for me to know how she behaved around other dogs. We’ll be back! ❤️

Everyone is always so nice. Very helpful, our dog is always happy and tired when he gets home. Drinks his water laying down, when he gets groomed there he always smells AMAZING. 👏 Would recommend 100%

They took in my dog when our shelter advocate from the ywca tried to kick us out of the shelter for our pets. They left her a sparkling review which we have had to present to several places since then because of her breed. Y'all have helped me more than you know.

Hoping that the quality went up with the new building unfortunately we didn't see it has. We have used other boarding services but it was last minute so we figured we would give Wags Stay N Play another chance. We had used them years ago and unfortunately still not as clean as it should be for being a new building. I didn't realize how bad it was and was nice enough to tip then brought our dog who was covered in pee and stunk horribly. Checking in on the cameras there were times pee wasn't cleaned up promptly, but didn't really think anything of it until picking her up. Not the quality I was expecting when you guys are priced close to what other boarders who would never hand me my dog in that condition. Glad she only was pee covered for a shorter boarding hate to think if we left her for a week. Don't recommend when there are so many better boarders in FM area.

This a horrible place, never take your dogs here. Most of the staff are terrible people in general and don't pay attention to detail to take care of the dogs, they constantly lose things that belong to the owners and they either aren't found or shoved in the post and found and never told that they are found to the owners. There are so many better doggy daycares and grooming places in the area please take your pet elsewhere.

I love this place! They are so fun and good with our dogs. The photos on Facebook and webcams make my day honestly.Dogs come back clean compared to other daycares and exhausted!I love getting the pictures printed and shared with us.Great rate for second dog, I recommend to everyone I know looking for this service.

It took 5 hours and 30 mins to bathe/groom my dog. She is usually a 2 hour dog to bathe/groom at other groomers, with the longest it's ever taken is 3 hours. They never picked up the phone at any point that I tried to call them, I had to use their email to make an appointment. They deleted my email by accident, so I resent it. They had multiple people trying to answer me, so I had made an appointment, but was still being emailed to make an appointment by someone else. I thought I was talking to the groomer in the email, but it turns out that I wasn't and no one told me that till I had arrived. When I was in their office, I saw them actively ignoring all phone calls. They told me I couldn't meet the groomer or go back to see the grooming area, as it's a closed facility. I insisted I needed to know who'd be handling my dog, so they made an exception. The groomer was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job grooming Kira, which is the only reason I gave them a star. However, I was told when I drove in to see what was going on at hour 4 of not hearing from them, that she was bathed by the bathers, but was waiting for the groomer to be available. So she was bathed by someone I had not met, even tho they knew I didn't want to have my dog handled by someone I hadn't met. And then kenneled, while waiting to be groomed, when I specifically said that I would come in immediately after she was done being groomed to avoid lengthy kennel times. Seeing as she's from a rescue here in town who got rescued from a puppy mill, I try not to kennel her for long periods. We had an appointment, we were not a walk-in, but this is how it works at this place. They get to your dog when they get to your dog. To be clear: They were not mean to my dog, they do love animals, but they don't understand people and are so disorganized that both dog and customer gets a bad experience. Kira, my dog, was SO tired afterwards. She gets tired after a 2-3 hour bath/groom, so 5 hours and 30 mins was way too much for her! She took nearly 24 hours of rest before she perked back up to her old self. My dog and I both agreed that we will not be going back to this place. And I will be leaving bad reviews to warn others off from this place.

Ive used them several times for daycare service and have never had a problem until this weekend we boarded her over the 4th of July and gave them the portion food amount and time she was supposed to be fed. When I picked her up today I seen that they never fed her and then when my call was returned I was told that the staff remembers feeding my dog etc.. which is a LIE. my dog was never fed... Makes me question how the daycare situation really is..I was also told "she'd be sure to put out a memo making sure the dogs are fed"

Wow, the grooming at this place is simply atrocious. I’m appalled at how terrible of a job they did to my dog. I actually feel truly sorry for my dog that she had to be seen in public after going here.

I’ve used Wags n Play for grooming for years. Very friendly staff and they do great job with my dogs. They also support local rescue organizations.

My dog went for an assessment today and everyone there (people and dogs) were wonderful! No one laughed at me when I called to check on her either!She is out cold tonight after all the fun she had today. She can't wait to go back!

Really tough to to business in Moorhead. People wonder why. Once again tried to support another business here with HORRIBLE results. No more talking to real people anymore, went for what was to be a new appt here, booked a week prior , got there and no record anywhere of any booking, they suggested their other place of business Wags and Whisker's of which we had tried over a year ago and had really bad experience with grooming our dog had been clipped way to short on hind leg with open wound, NEVER WAS TOLD. Called several times and it took them close to 5 days to call me back. All I can say is Good Luck.

Will leave my dog in the kennel “napping” for hours on hours. I don’t see him on the cameras until 2 hours before I pick him up or he will miraculously show up after I called to see if he was okay. This upsets me because if I wanted him to be in a kennel all day I would leave him at home. Also- my dog will come home extremely thirsty like he was outside for hours in hot weather . This also concerns me .The staff seem friendly so I give it two stars for that.

If you would have asked me to rate this place 3 years ago, hands down would be 5 stars. In the last year though it’s gone so down hill. They have cameras in the yards…. I have taken them there multiple times and don’t see them on the cameras. I will call to see if there is an issue with the dogs and miraculously they show up in one of the yards. I am so upset that this happening and I will no longer be taking my dogs there.

I absolutely love this place, the dogs are treated as their own and they have a good schedule set up for the dogs that allows for decompression. Also, there is no chaos there like you see at other places. Most importantly, my dog loves it so much he has memorized the route to get there.

Wags is our go-to for kenneling, daycare, and grooming. Both our dogs have been through Puppy School, and we were really pleased with their progress. They have been wonderful about taking the dogs on short notice, and I’m always comfortable leaving them there because the staff is wonderful. Our dogs get excited as soon as we take the turn into their lot and bolt to the door when I take them. Staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Our two dogs are loved and treated like family here. Grooming, boarding, and daycare have never failed us at this location. The employees are always excited to see the dogs, and we're always excited to watch them on the live webcams, or check up on them on Facebook.

We went to drop off our dogs for the boarding we set up 2 weeks prior and they had “lost” our reservation but “luckily” still had room. When we got back after 3 days they charged us for an extra day. When we got home and unpacked our things, they had shattered one of the dog bowls and had never made us aware. I attempted to call them but no answer, I left a voicemail regarding my complaints and never heard anything back. All I wanted was an apology and for them to take ownership of their mistakes.

We love bringing our dog to Wags for boarding, daycare and grooming! I love that I can see her on the webcam and that they upload photos on Facebook throughout the day. It makes us feel like she is being well taken care of and having a good time!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! I can't express this enough. If you care about the well being of your pets don't bring them here.I was watching the video this past weekend while we had our 2 dogs in there. There was urine everywhere the whole time that all the dogs were walking in. One of the handlers came in and whipped a couple balls at the wall, pretty sure he hit one of the dogs and then he was shoving the dogs away from him. There is always huge dogs in with the small ones, my dogs are scared of big dogs. I called several times and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. When I came to pick them up Sunday I was told there was no manager and I'd have to give them a call Monday. I just got off the phone with the "manager" and all she did was apologize for dropping the ball on this. I was also miss-quoted on the price and they kept one of the collars. I have done their grooming services as well and stopped using them for that a while ago. They come back with patches shaved and longer hair in places.

My rating must change as I feel some of the staff have changed their feelings towards my dog. We loved this place until an incident occurred. We feel we were not told the full truth of the situation. He escaped his kennel one to many times, encountered what they termed a "REACTIVE" dog, and mine was fired. Why then do they take that test at the beginning? He was given a nice bath??? A week later we found the scabs he chewed off.
