I’m a Target girl. My mom is obsessed with Target (classic), so I’ve grown up mainly going there and it’s become second nature to choose Target first. Plus, there’s just SO much there beyond groceries.When in the area, I’d definitely prefer to go to this Moorhead one over the Fargo Target. Though it’s much smaller so it doesn’t have near as much, it’s also way less busy than the Fargo one. The Fargo one is insane at all times of day, plus they tried some weird remodel so that it’s more like a department store now and it just epically failed. So yeah, I’ll stick to Moorhead.

Worse job of my life, sweatshop. Unorganized, managers are extremely rude, can't drink water or go to the bathroom if it isn't your break. Expected to know everything without proper training and if you ask questions management roles their eyes and talks behind your back, DO NOT WORK HERE

Target is always a great experience. Team members are always courteous and friendly. I enjoy the drive up. Just the convenience of it when I don’t have time to go into the store to shop. Especially now in November when it’s cold in Minnesota.

A bit on the expensive side, but that's just how target is. I was quite sad to see how small the plus sized women's clothing section was. The options were nice but very limited.

Nice store but not nearly as many clearance items like Ive seen n loved thru the years. I used to love Targets clearance racks. Not much available much anymore.

It's Target? Other than the isles were full of boxes reminding me of Walmart, it fast clean and quick. Not sure why it's still so small though. Plenty of space to get a bigger store.

There are never any team members around when I'm shopping any time in the afternoon or evening. Unbelievably frustrating because items are never actually in the places the Target app says they are, usually in a different aisle that makes no sense to anyone. If I am able to find a team member to help (rare), they get just as confused about where these items are so I'm assuming it's a person/group of people that don't care where they are stocking things, just that they are stocked. I guess it's just time to take my money elsewhere.

The staff is the number one reason I love this store. They are kind and considerate every time I visit or pick up. The things I buy at the store are amazing and the prices are worth what I pay. But I will always praise the staff. Incredible.

Austin told us about price matching when we purchased a $100.00 remote control grave digger monster truck for my nephew that target sells online for $40.00! Super awesome of him to do that Abe than helped us refund that extra money spent back onto my card in less than 5 minutes. These two gentleman were awesome and definitely made me more willing to come back. I get conflicted with target because of the higher prices but with knowing they do price matching for more expensive stuff is a deal breaker for sure. I love the environment of target and the politeness of the staff. Great job target staff !

My absolute go-to store! They ALWAYS have everything and are constantly getting new things in store. Every time I go there, there is something new on the shelves. I go quite often and they never fail to have what I need. The workers are all super nice and don't make you feel bad for returning things if they've been opened and they are always willing to help. Overall, the best Target there is!

Love the markdowns on everything. But what I don't like is that when you try to go through self checkout, there's always that one worker that has to hover over you, and it makes a person feel so uncomfortable to the point that you just feel like leaving and never returning. Should not feel like that at all. I really hope that Target management reads this and provides proper training to ensure that the customer has a positive experience!

For a quick trip it was one of the best overall customer service interactions I've had: the person who greeted me sounded genuinely friendly, and the cashier helped me with Target Circle savings, unprompted (I didn't know they expire and hadn't used mine). Excellent experience.

I absolutely love target. First of all, I can find any household item that I want! They have the cutest home decor and a huge selection of cleaning products. They have all necessities and great brands. Everything at target is high quality, I love that I can get my shopping done in one place. Next, I love the clothes and shoes!!!!! I could shop there forever and never run out of clothes to buy. Target always has the latest trends. Not to mention, target employees are always amazing and helpful!

I never thought I would give any Target less than a five! I loved this location closest to home until the last couple of months. I'm a Target girl and spend so much here, clothing for the family, all the tech and toy needs, do majority of our groceries here, and really buy in every department! We spend thousands a year here! Recently the security guards have been paranoid and once quickly turned a corner so fast and stared at my son and I, leaving us confused and clueless. What the heck was that? Another time they circled the aisles we were in multiple times. They're just so obvious. I would never shoplift but it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong every time I come into this Target! Definitely ruined my Target experience at this location!

I come here often for the Starbucks location. It's a older building although it's well kept and clean. There's plenty of parking and the store seems well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a good place to go shopping.

These shopping carts are truly a dream to drive. The overall handling and ride of the cart was superb. It sounds funny to say but it truly enhanced my shopping experience. I don't know how I can ever go back to wal mart after knowing the quality of these fine carts.

I love this Target because it's less chaotic than the Fargo one. I will go out of my way to shop here with the friendly staff. There's only a few tiny things different from Target in Fargo, but nothing that I would have gotten in the first place. Starbucks was just remodeled a year ago and looks spectacular

Yes for being more quiet and civil than the Fargo location, Yes for the Starbucks. Big NO for checkout experience. Every week, we spend at least 15 minutes in the checkout line...and this is only with 1-3 guests in front of us. It's our least favorite part of going here. Doesn't matter which line we choose either, there's always a problem; slow employee, price check, someone with a million coupons, etc. But mostly -- these employees need some hustle at the register.

I went to this target & was looking for boots & found some boots on clearance, the sign above them said if you download the cartwheel app you get an extra 20% off. So I did just that, when I got to the register my online coupon didn't work, so the woman called a manager & the manager said that the online coupon doesn't work for online clearance items... it does not say that on the coupon. Besides that the store was messy & unorganized. Their clothes are very limited & for the extra drive to Fargo you get a better variety. I will stick to Fargo's store it's bigger & way better.

Very disappointed with the service I received at your mobile phone dept. I got there during your mobile hours, in fact it was 410pm. I was then told the person was on lunch, til 440pm. This was not convenient for me but I stuck around. Finally was helped about 445pn. There was only 1 person working & the 45 minutes I was there the phone rang off the hook & 4 more customers waited. When she was done putting my SIM card in she made sure I could receive a call, but did not set up my phone so everything transferred from my previous phone. Then told me to go home & do it on my own. It's now 750pm, I have inconvenienced my nephew that used to work for Verizon & my phone is still not set up! All of my updates were done before I went to the store so that's not the issue. I also got an email about a $250 gift card with an iPhone 7 upgrade. I was then told at the end that it's for new activations only. ???? How can I upgrade my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 if I don't already have a plan? My son got a phone at the Target in Fargo a couple months ago & it was a very smooth transition. He walked out of the store with all his apps, contacts & settings on his new phone! And we got a $300 gift card with his upgraded iPhone. I am one very dissatisfied customer! I will not be going back to moorhead target for mobile service. I will probably end up having to go to the Fargo target tomorrow when they open to help with my phone.

It's target, my wife likes to shop here instead of walmart. I don't like that target had to stick it's nose into the political game. They offer decent prices and also price match. But other stores do that as well. Staffers are not overly friendly. If you have questions don't expect the right answer back. Beware of the bathrooms....

shirt I wanted to buy was in clearance section (several of the same shirt in various sizes were also on this clearance rack along with others of the same brand in different styles and colors) but it did not ring up at the checkout. Associate refused to reduce shirt to match the price of another (same brand, different pattern) and did not even bother to get a manager or to check that the shirts were in the clearance section. I get it if it was put there by mistake but shouldn't the customer benefit and then they can go get the rest off the rack and put them where they belong? I worked in retail for over 25 years and we always let the customer benefit. it would be different if it was one single shirt that some customer hung in the wrong place...this was several of the same shifts in different sizes that were all on the clearance rack.
