Every team member I encountered was helpful & knowledgeable. Special shout out to a young man (Braedan, I think. Maybe Brendan). He answered all my chain saw questions - definitely not in my comfort zone. I am very happy with my purchases thanks to him. Customer service directed me exactly to what I inquired about as well. And the young man at the check out lane & I had some good laughs as I was checking out.I will make a point to shop your store more often due to great customer service. Greatly appreciated.

I had an issue that was a pain to figure out. I was overcharged. The wonderful lady and customer took the time to look everything over. Unfortunately it took over 20 minutes.After explaining everything to three times. The customer service associate gave me a large refund and she was very professional about it.I spent the refund in the store anyways.It's hard to find good customer service.Thanks again

I saved my 1st visit for a rainy day, Impressive!I don't know how the market research came up with sustainable numbers but, it will be interesting.I made my way around the whole store, its big. I got a few pics to highlight, enjoy!I might shop next visit.

Aisles are a little disheveled each time I visit, stock is hit or miss and the online "in stock" is hardly accurate. I needed some low temperature grease the other day and found nothing online, I still went in on a whim and found plenty of options. Aside from those bad things, the staff is usually above and beyond helpful, keeps you in the loop on any coupons that can help you out (other than the usual 4 cents on gas), and seem to genuinely enjoy their job!

After years of purchases of Mens work wear, I made my first attempt at a return. It was a pair of work pants that ripped. The Manager tried to imply that I snagged the trousers. He acted like he was doing me a favor by allowing an exchange. I am sorry but a exchanging a product with poor quality is not a customer favor, it should be normal business.

I am always surprised at the amount of things they have there. I was looking for retaining wall block & was happy to see that Fleet Farm has blocks. Good toy selection and prices. The range of options here puts them on my radar to check out for clothes, hunting, building, outdoor activities and gas!

It's fine as long as you don't need help with anything. The automotive department can't change a perfectly accessible battery or light bulb they just sold you, depending on which person you talk to that day. They have tire sales but can't install for a month, so good luck with the free rotations. The gun counter is decent, staff is friendly. Ammo shelf is full, but pricey like everywhere else. Up front, there's only one register open ran by someone who is either a new older lady or wants to STOP and talk to every customer in the LONG line or a new younger person struggling. All the while 3-4 employees watch from the empty CS counter.

It's been a few years now since Fleet Farm was sold and became corporate rather than family owned. There was an immediate drop in service, in the condition of the aisles and shelves, in stocking -- all seemingly tied to the new management drastically cutting the staff. Unfortunately, matters seem to have continued at this new lower standard. So sad; Fleet Farm used to be one of the family favorite shopping spots. Now we only go there when it is inconvenient to go elsewhere.

Been in a few times cs old lady wearing bright clothes is not only rude towards customers but other stuff i seen her yelling at what i assume is another cs young lady. Feel bad for those who have to work with her seems unpleasant bitter.

Fleet Farm in Monticello is very big, very clean, with friendly staff. I needed help 4 times; all 4 staff were kind, helpful & smiling.I was disappointed/ annoyed with how low the stock of Christmas decorations; no tinsel or garland left‼️most of the ornaments were singles, not box sets. Other than that things were good. Lots of Sales going on and because the employees do their job keeping shelves stocked and straightened, it was easy to find the sale products. Also, a bonus for me, the store has self check-outs! 🤗

Just bought an expensive Carhart shirt and they left anti-theft tag on it. No money back, discount or apology. Just lost of my time and gasoline. Poor customer service poor attitude. 1 Star service.

I needed tires on 3 vehicles and they apparently were weeks out. But every time I stopped in the techs were on their phones with an empty bay.The worst consumer service out of all the places I have been.

Fleet Farm was pretty busy at the registers, checkout was taking longer than expected, so went up to Customer Service & they were more than happy to help check us out. Folders coffee on sale @ $7.99 ($3 cheaper than anywhere else)!

Golly This store is big… Got packed full of hunting fishing sporting-goods clothing and such! Automotive and tool department!They’re even have a pretty good selection of food and canned goods frozen pizzas and such pop!!

Automotive Service Department failed to successfully repair a tire that was leaking, and when I returned to have it fixed, I was told that they didn't have time, and that only a half hour was allotted for my oil change. It then took nearly 2 hours for my oil change, yet they still did not address the tire repair that should have been fixed the first time. Also, when I asked about the tire repair, Chris seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. This service department seems incompetent and lacks basic customer service skills.

Overall great and we shop there often. My only complaint is that there are no big and tall sizes for men. They really cater to M-XL only. Woman's clothing is geared a little 55+. But we go there mainly for animal supplies so we're good.

Good standard stuff. Pleasant employees who like helping you. The clerk in the garden checked out a lady holding a baby just in front of me. The nice casher saw that the mom was struggling and stepped right in to help. She loaded her cart for her. Friday about 3:00.

I was that guy that walked in 15 minutes before closing. I found what I needed quickly and made my way to check out. Only I left my wallet in my car. I completely would have understood if the staff locked the door behind me as I went to retrieve my walllet. Not only did they tell me it was no problem, they opened and held the door for me!!

Fleet farm is a great all around store. Has a little bit of everything. It is one of the stores that my grandkids actually like to go to because of the variety of things for them to get. From toys to sporting goods to groceries while we can get our household items as well as our outdoor garden supplies. Only drawback lately has been in-stock issues on a few of the more popular spring time stuff.
