Excellent to work with. Tim came out and got us a quote immediately and worked with us on a time crunch and got it all done within 3 days! (Kitchen flooring, livingroom carpet and two bedrooms) The lady in the office was so nice when showing us flooring options! The floor looks amazing, they installation guys were very polite and did amazing work! (Even the animals approve 🤣)

The installation crew did an amazing job; paid great attention to detail, were hard working, efficient and extremely kind and respectful to our family-even the dog! Bisek Interiors was amazing to work with! Michelle was so informative when we stopped in to check out flooring and gave great advice on colors and durability. We were able to take a stack of samples home to see what we liked best, and get a feel for how it would look in our home. Tim was quick to respond to questions and so knowledgeable on what needed to be done to get our floors prepped and ready for the plank flooring to be installed. Our installers were kind and so considerate of our home, pointed out an issue we had no idea was there, and gave suggestions on how to fix it. Every step of the process we felt well informed and like we were friends and not just a customer. We replaced flooring in the kitchen and living room which was linoleum and carpet. We wanted to replace with LVP in both areas. Tim and Michelle were so helpful in assisting with color options. Michelle came out with samples which was so helpful. The installers did a great job; very courteous and friendly. We also had carpeting replaced in two bedrooms. Tim helped with that choice as well. Needed carpet stretched in other areas; that guy was also great to work with.Would recommend them 100%Almost forgot...great carpet cleaning service.

I purchased carpet from them last year for my old home, I was so impressed I used them again and my new home for carpet and plank flooring, they do such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I absolutely love my new flooring! I even had the same installer, he is very experienced and installed both the carpet and plank floors. He does impeccable work!Exceptional service, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the right color carpet and installation on a specific day. The installer was a very nice young man who knew what he was doing, very efficient! I would highly recommend them!

We were given a free estimate with no hidden costs or fees, which was very helpful in picking out flooring so we were able to stay in our budget. Our experience from start to finish with Bisek was incredible. Making an appointment and scheduling time for an in-home estimate was simple (even during a pandemic!) and informative. We received several estimates for our flooring needs and Bisek was the only company that made us feel comfortable moving forward with the project based on their knowledge, up-front cost estimates, and overall ease of doing business without any pressure to commit.Our project started out as a small remodel of kitchen/dining area only, but we ended up redoing the floors in our kitchen, dining area, hallway, living room, main entryway, stairwell and landing area. We made a few trips to the Bisek store with a lot of questions and our kids in tow. He answered our questions honestly and made several suggestions to ensure we were getting what we needed to suit our space and budget. He engaged our kids as well (which isn't relevant to their service, but a true testament to the fact that they care about the people they work with rather than the money they are making!) which made the experience pleasant.We had some pet damage to an area of the carpet; Bisek came out a few days before the project started to pull back the carpeted area allowing us to pre-treat the areas at no additional charge. The flooring was delivered the same day to allow it to acclimate to the house.The install process was quick and painless. The installer was mindful of our schedules, kept us informed about the process, and took excellent care of our walls and baseboards while removing the old flooring and installing the new.Overall I don't think you could find a better experience in the area than Bisek - we're already in the process of budgeting for more flooring upgrades as a result of our experience with this project. Absolutely an A+ experience from start to finish.

I was referred by a friend who had carpet work done and he was very satisfied. I was able to get a prompt estimate, and they were great at helping out in the store to choose carpet samples. I can't say enough about the sales and service from Tim Bisek and his sales staff. We installed a new floor in November of 2020 and had problems with the flooring. The factory would not stand behind the product but Tim Bisek did! We had the floor replaced at no cost to us and it looks and is wearing great!. We had Bisek Interiors replace our existing bathroom floor (which had cracked ceramic tile on top of the original linoleum. The process of working with Tim to get the estimate and pick out the flooring was super smooth and quick. They offer payments online and we did almost all of our communication via email or text which worked well for me.They worked with us to fit us in their schedule on a day that worked for us as well.The install, done by Mike, could not have gone better. I’ve done a lot of remodeling projects and never worked with a contractor who was so timely, considerate, clean, and hard-working. The project threw Mike a couple of curveballs and he took it all in stride. The floor looks amazing and we will definitely use Bisek for any flooring needs in the future!Jen Bierlein-Oline
