Teenage employees on their phones who roll their eyes when u ask for help. Personal shoppers blocking the aisles like online customers are more important. And when you order online you often get told items are out of stock. But if u walk in there 90% of the time there it is- on the shelf.

If you need an adult or supervisor you can find them smoking outside or gathered in a group at customer service. Expect grocery orders to be delayed at least an hour every time and for your items to be thrown into vehicle on top of each other.

I've been shopping here for 4 years. This store in Montevideo is pretty great. Being part of a smaller community gives it a feeling of being home.The staff have been friendly since day one.Things are very easy to find. When I have any question or concerns, most of the workers are very helpful.I love their Walmart pick up. If you're not feeling your best, in a time crunch or just don't want to shop after a long day of work, you can create a shopping list and they will do the shopping for you. It's easy to use and saves time and energy. I love that they let you know when they are out of an item. If you really need the item, you are aware that you'll have to stop elsewhere or you are able to allow them to make a substitution.I think their Walmart pick up needs a bit of work. At times there are items missed on the list that are on the shelves.My daughter was able to pay for items and I was able to quickly pick up them for her after I had finished working for the day. While in the parking spot waiting for her order, She called and asked me if I could also stop by another store because they were out of an item she really needed.After the pickup was completed, I picked up a few items for myself and saw her item on the shelf. That was a disappointing and frustrating feeling.I feel this Walmart has the potential to be a 5 star store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cashed my paycheck, added money to my paypal app and let me check out at service desk during a busy time (night before Thanksgiving). I had 0 wait in line.& took my old fruit and let me pick out new fresh!!

Most of the shelves were empty the self check out had a line five deep then there was only 3 tills open and those had three to four people waiting then the till didn't work correctly so we had to ring each bottle one by one I had 48 bottles by the way and all while this is happening the cashier had to look at her watch every 5 second and I mean every five seconds and walmart needs to be better at people packing the groceries because deodorant and food do not need to be together and look at me slip for all the errors top of the table is the end of the slip

I rilly enjoyed going to this wall Mart in Montovide. I got help from the employee's right away. They were coragable, and talked to me eye to eye. I went to check out. And the person at the register was just as nice as the person that helped me to look for what I needed earlier. Now if the Wallmarts were like this one in the twin cities.

Service needs improvement. The employees they do have are nice enough but leading up to a blizzard and they don’t have more then 3 cashiers working is a bit ridiculous. Check out wait was around 30 minutes.

Bathrooms are always filthy, always has smears all over the seats. Don’t even get me started on the lack of food options this location has. Always out of stock in everything bare shelves everywhere.

Dealt with a Team Lead who I believes name is Jon, First time I came up to the counter he told me he can’t help me with a transfer and that the sender needs to call and get a refund, he said that and walked away, While there are customers waiting he decides he wants to go outside and smoke a cigarette, this is about 20 minutes before he said Customer Service closes (8pm) but I found online that customer service is supposed to be open until 9 pm. Long story short he’s not very helpful and has no respect for other peoples time.

It's not worth a full star. Electric carts are not charged or left outside. They're used as toys by teenagers and others. Good luck finding help in any department because they are busy smoking outside.

A lot of friendly people but if you buy something you like there you better by 20 of them cuz they will discontinue them and you will never see it again.I miss before Walmart

I understand that this is a discount store and you get what you pay for. But it is filthy, never stocked, and staffed mostly by people that not only have no business in customer service, but may very well be the laziest, most unhelpful people I have ever encountered in my entire life. I say mostly because once I did have an appropriate encounter with one of their deli workers. It is draining to even think of shopping here.

The store in Montevideo, MN had what I needed and when I went to use the bathroom, the big stall had a toddler seat in the stall and then the sinks had a child height sink in it so my kid could wash his own hands. From a mom's standpoint that was absolutely amazing! Thank you!

It's the last stop for fresh produce and vegetarian options as you head toward SD. Grab the fresh stuff there before the black produce hole of the boonies. I always bring a cooler and ice packs. Can't get that stuff in the country!

Eek on the chicken I bought, the corn was a bad idea "impulse" buy, just no luck there. I wish local stayed open longer. Staff was nice, no mngt to be seen. I was not impressed at all

This Walmart wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be busy and crowded with no lines open. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The staff was friendly and we found what we were looking for easily. The store was clean and we even had a close parking spot. We tipped the cashier for how she did an awesome job at bagging our big load and for her friendly work personality. I'd come back soon. Thanks!

This time, this one gets a lower star rating because it seems to constantly run out of various items needed.The guys & gals who do the "Pickup Service" are awesome. I was always greeted with a friendly attitude and a smile.
