One of the worst Runnings I have been to. Barely any women's jeans or cowgirl boots, yet the men's is over abundantly available and stocked. Shelves are bare in other departments as well.

I LOVED the uniqueness of the store! It carries so much merchandise that I have not been able to find at other large stores.It caters to all age groups as well as just about everything you might need for your 🏡 home and outside yard and garden areas.My husband and I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Went to purchase a gun with the help of my son. They decided I was “gifting” this to him as he was telling me what he thought I should get. They then wouldn’t sell to me and said they had to keep the copy of all my info. I asked if they wouldn’t sell to me because my son was with and they rambled on about the Biden administration and how there’s the 1% that I could me a criminal. What?! As I’m in my dress clothes. Guess I take my money somewhere else! And guess my son isn’t able to give his mother any input. Worst thing is, everything was going along fine until the manager came and saw I was a woman!

I'm always very satisfied with everything they have from clothing to shoes wear. From pets food to hardware from automotive to hunting sports goods. Runnings has always been one of my favorite stores because I always find what I need when I need it seriously this Runnings stores are a life saver

My Husband and I went in to buy him a pair of Muck Boots for work, we found some for a very good price! The store has a big selection and the prices seem good. The guy that checked us out was very nice!

Terrible customer service throughout the store. Lazy employees who act invonvienced to take the time to do their job. If you plan to call for customer service be prepared to wait. When your call is answered be prepared to wait even longer for assistance for your needs. I Was going to buy a pistol today but I was rushed to the counter where I had to pay for the arrows I brought in to be cut. On top of it they were cut to the wrong size. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this runnings since moving to the area. I will no longer inconvenience them with my time as a customer.

I still don't like Runnings. The one in Montevideo doesn't let me exchange my lifetime guarantee tools there anymore. That's the whole reason I bought those tools and yet they can bring them to another Runnings and still get them exchanged. Service has been going downhill for a long time and it's gotten up to the manager position and Beyond. I remember the good old days when I walk in there and if an employee wasn't standing around the manager most definitely found you and helped you find whatever it was you needed. Good luck getting that kind of service anymore.

They’re boots don’t last a year,management is terrible. Almost impossible to order something. If you take everything made in China out of the store. Everything else would fit in the gun shop easy. I only go there for farm things no one else carries.

The store is nicely organized and the staff is VERY nice and courteous. Due to long harvest hours my husband was not able to get off work with ample time to spare to try on boots. He desperately needed them and despite only having 15 minutes to try them on and purchase them before the store closed the staff was still VERY nice to help us find exactly what we needed and even helped us find the special boot strings that he needed. They could have been like many other places and just said come back tomorrow when we re-open for business. But rather they saw us as customers and helped us get what we needed. That kind of customer service just doesn't happen much anymore. Even though we were there paying at the till 5 minutes after the store technically closed they still treated us very kind and with the upmost respect. It was very much appreciated!

Not very helpful. Thought they were open until 9pm on Saturday. Walked into store a few minutes before 6pm. They kept asking if we found everything instead of saying the store is about to close let us help you quickly find what you need. It would help new customers if they were DIRECT.

I really enjoyed my time there! They had pretty much a bit of everything. I loved going through the hunting/ trapping stuff. The downfall was finding staff if you had questions or help.

5 yrs ago was a good place to go when in need, had some older knowledgeable workers. seems they pushed them out and hired youngers to fill the positions and is now mediocre at best.2 stars because they have what i need sometimes.also fix ceiling lights before someone goes into a Photosensitive seizure.

Easy to navigate around the store, the employees are helpful. Beware that there is zero phone reception in the building, connect to the free wifi if you need to check a part number, bolt size, etc.

I went to Runnings to look at a gun I was interested in buying that I saw online. The salesrep would only show me the pink guns. I eventually told him I had no interest in a pink gun and was only there for one gun in particular. He then proceeded to take out many guns, hold them up, and aim them directly at me.Please train your employees better on gun safety and to not be sexist.

*PLEASE READ** Robert Jorda(the store manager that promoted his girlfriend to assistant manager and gave his son another worker's department manager position while they were gone at AIT and promoted his son's girlfriend after a good week to clothing manager and started his son out with the highest pay) kicked me out for leaving a small pipe in the tools section instead of putting it away. He walked over to us (in the checkout line with one item) and yelled at us to get out and not come back in front of other customers. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Wilmar has much better customer service and better selection. Well worth the drive!

I wanted to purchase a pipe and so I waited while David was done talking to a customer so I could ask him a question. He deliberately turned around when done and walked as fast as he could away from me. He put the part he had in is in on the shelf and tried to walk away again and I stopped him.When I went to the till to pay for the part I ended up finding on my own. The young lady with long brown hair and glasses was rude to me. At first I thought it must have been me but then realize if course it's me. I am not from this small town so I am not one of their own.

Extremely RUDE manager. Disorganization the entire store. Clothing and shoe/boot selection stinks. If not having enough staff is a problem, I suggest they look no further than the manager with attitude at this location.

Whatever you need they don't have it, and I'm talking about basic items, also good luck finding the price on about 80% of the merchandise, most of it isn't marked, I often leave knowing it was a waste of my time!!!!
