There is no way this is a real Walgreens. Worst location I've ever seen in my life by far. The store is trashed. How is this even a business? Are you actually open or is this an abandoned building? There were a bunch of customers inside but not one employee. Customers were trying to figure out how to ring themselves up. This was the middle of the day on a Monday. Just close down so no one thinks you are a real store.

This is the BEST Walgreens in Minnesota!! Angela and the staff have been so helpful! I live about 70 miles west of Minnetonka and this team at this location will always be my go to!!! 15 + stars ⭐️ see you soon!!

The staff are incredibly rude all of the time. They refuse to listen to any questions asked and brush off the customers, often times ignoring them. If given the opportunity, I'd give zero stars.

Clearly suffering from lack of good, competent help throughout the store and pharmacy. Not likely bad people, just unable to effectively assist customers either due to lack of employees, lack of store / product knowledge or simple incompetence - all of which leads to exceedingly long waits and worse yet, misinformation regarding products AND prescriptions!The location is super convenient, but have decided to drive elsewhere just for better, more consistent and reliable service. I hope they invest in much needed leadership at this location ASAP.

If you want to be delayed hours picking up a simple prescription and deal with inexperienced, inefficient and rude staff, then this is the place for you. After being significantly delayed trying to pay for my prescription (that’s after waiting an hour in line) I had the pleasure of getting the run around and dealing with and extremely rude pharmacist. The pharmacists excuse for the poor service was that she was training five people. Not my problem. CVS seems to have it figured out. I’ll take my business there.

Totally agree with all aspects of the one-star reviews here. We’re done here. Employees demeaning one another openly behind the counter, seems like a toxic work environment….P.S. The bird poop and cobwebs covering the drive-thru pop-out tray were the last straw. Hope some leadership steps up soon, but not hopeful given these issues seem to be long-persisting.

I honestly have no idea how this place stays in business other than its a franchise. I have wasted hours waiting for my medication. Two techs work while the pharmacist is mia. I personallyhave left after 45 mins of waiting several times. Good luck everyone. Hope this review saves you some time!

100% of visits end in a ridiculously long wait and finding out that your prescription isn’t ready for some reason. It never goes well. Terrible store.

The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Communication is horrible. Been there two times to pick up prescriptions. 1st time took 2+ hours. Second time, 1+ hour. There will not be a third time. Never will I return and I’d highly recommend anyone thinking of using this pharmacy should think twice!

This Pharmacy has been on a downhill slide for awhile now. Prescriptions take exponentially longer to fulfill. Notification system just states in progress for day(s) on simple fills. They shut the window on me, the only car left trying to get medicine for my daughters ear infection, of which they don’t answer the phones to tell you it’s ready. They lost a customer of 5 years.

The staff is so friendly, but otherwise this location is awful. Understaffed for sure. Every prescription I’ve needed filled has been out for weeks at a time or I have to call at least 3 times to get any sort of update. The wait times are always outrageous, inside or drive through.The inside of the store isn’t well kept either. Always a cluster.

No idea why they decided to close at 1:30 yesterday. They then refused to fill doxycycline. Always says order received and processing and it’s never ready. It should not take more than one or two trips to get a prescription, especially for an infection. Everywhere is short staffed, why is it that these people can’t figure it out, but every other pharmacy in the area can. Not to mention it’s dirty. I hate going here. I will be changing as soon as possible.

Becoming progressively less impressed with pharmacy closing early. I have a tight schedule and twice in the last 30 days (that I know of) they've closed early on Friday's. Would quickly use another location if not so convenient to home.I do like some of the staff members who do work here. Just wish they would get their organization together and know they were closing early much further in advance.

Accidentally called a prescription here after having a terrible experience last time. Text notifications don’t work. They won’t answer the phone. No estimate on time finished. Thought they were gonna close before I got it so I can suffer another night. Drive there since they won’t pick up the phone. I don’t blame the girls, I blame Walgreens. Look at all these bad reviews!No more shopping here.

Always a line 5 cars deep or not open at drive thru. Closing at 6pm... how do people who work later get a prescription? I have tried 3 times 3 days in a row to pick up. I just can't wait 45 minutes every single time!

The pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed. Staff is nice enough but be prepared to wait or be told to come back in 20 minutes. One tech has to manage both the drive through and the counter. Expect no privacy at drive through as pharmacy tech has to shout into the phone to talk to patron.

I have been going to this Walgreens since 1987. They are always nice, polite, and try to help whenever they can. I think people don't understand that there are NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE willing to work, so they are short staffed, and can't stay open later. It's an inconvenience, but covid has made things difficult for ALL businesses. These people are the same ones who complain that their food took too long, while the kitchen and wait staff are trying their best. "Just hire more people", if only...

Tried to pick up a prescription for an ear infection. Two people walked out as we walked up, but the doors were locked and no one would answer when we knocked. They closed 2 hours early even though when we called it said they were open until 8 pm and the pharmacy was open until 7pm.

I guess I’ll add to the already poor reviews.Prescription was sent prior evening by Health Partners.1:50 PM the next day, was not ready. Tech clearly could not have cared much less and, I waited another 30 minutes after arriving.

The wait times are very lengthy here. Minimum of 15 minutes for phone calls, it took until the next day for a time sensitive prescription to be filled (too late to have it called in elsewhere so I had no choice), waiting for pick up is also very lengthy. I understand they are probably understaffed but the wait is excessive here. I’ll try cvs next time

Why is the place that is supposed to support health care so filthy? Why do they sell so much garbage, from food to toys? Why is it that every time I am forced to pick up a prescription from this place, the information on the phone line is wrong and the technicians available to “support” lack any real competence? It’s a disappointment every time I’ve had to pick up a prescription here, and my most recent visit continues the streak. Go anywhere else if you can.

This is, hands down, the worst Walgreen’s I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. They are inefficient, with extensive, comically long lines regardless of when you show up to pick up a prescription. Nobody seems to be in charge or take accountability for anything. Staff is unhelpful and rude. Take it from someone who knows, there are a million other places you’d rather do business with.

Worst Walgreens in the Twin Cities metro area. Prescriptions are regularly 'out' and need days sometimes weeks to get filled. Pharmacy NEVER fills prescriptions on time or correctly. It's a complete joke that they are still open. They need to shut that location down and put up an IKEA or Pet Supply store... ANYTHING but a Walgreens!

Worst customer service EVER! Rude staff. Waited 45 min to check on my prescription I dropped off as a waiter and the girl had no clue I dropped one off, she came back and told me she found it and i could wait on it to get filled but the pharmacist was out until 2 (which was another 15 min wait). I just had wisdom teeth taken out so I wasn’t feeling great as it is. Decided I’d go get it filled at CVS at Target. Purchased some batteries at the front desk and that lady must hate her job too.

This pharmacy is so terrible that it’s hard to find the words. Chronically understaffed. Long wait times. Never answer their phone even after keeping you on hold for long stretches. They keep messing up my wife’s prescription, which requires us to call to straighten it out — but then they don’t answer the phone. Truly hate this place.

I made an appointment here for my covid shot. I showed up on time and they had me fill out a form that took a few minutes. I turned in the form and they told me to sit and wait. Then the pharmacist went on their lunch break and left me to wait for an hour before I could get my shot. They didn't even apologize or acknowledge that they wasted my time.
