Ordering online at Target is very convenient. You can easily check product availability, switch to another store if needed, and the drive-up option is excellent. I've taken advantage of great Target specials, feeling that I save both money and time. No need to run to multiple stores due to items being out of stock. There's no requirement to select a time window, unlike other stores – the order is ready in two hours or even faster. Even if I do go to the store, it's always clean with a sufficient number of friendly, smiling, and welcoming staff. Absolutely best store in Twin Cities 🎯

I have no idea what’s going on at this Target since the pandemic, but their inventory is absolutely horrible. For a while, we could blame it on the pandemic and inventory supply issues, but now every other store has everything you could ever want, except for this particular target... and it’s been going on for years now. Also, as I write this, I am waiting for my pick up order and it has been over 30 minutes. That’s pretty normal for this pick up but I was also just told they accidentally gave my bag away so they had to go re-shop for my goods. I’m not sure who the manager of this store is, but they seriously need help from Corporate.

I hate leaving a bad review. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS TARGET BAKERY. This birthday cake (cupcakes) for my husbands 40th birthday we’re a disaster. The pictures don’t do it justice for how terrible it was thrown together. And the writing was so bad. A different decorator tried to fix it but I just couldn’t stomach paying $55 for this. They offered me a small discount but no apology. I would NOT trust this Target for a cake for anything special. I don’t want anyone to end up in the same position as me.

Love this Target. Well really any Target is awesome but this one is really big and has lots of variety of products. The store is well organized and well kept. The grocery side is an Interesting design, kind of dark for my liking but still a nice store

Today my cashier Barbara was very nice and did an amazing job organizing and bagging ny groceries instead of just throwing them in a bag! Very very pleased! Great job and keep up the good work!!

I'm giving it 4 stars only because the store itself is good and well stocked, but their Drive Up service is terrible. Even when it isn't busy (3-5 cars waiting) and your order may be just one bag, expect to wait 10-15 min at least. Good for shopping in-store but not Drive Up.

5 stars as soon as they stop limiting the self checkout to 10 items. I have social anxiety and when I need to run to target I don't wanna talk to anyone. If I have 26, 32, 54, etc items I can get through the self checkout faster than waiting in the lines for the regular registers.

Nice store... I typically shop across the street... but I fried Target today.I was surprised by the 4 things I needed they were actually cheaper at target than the grocery store across the street. A few of the items were also on sale, but the regular price was still cheaper.The one item that was cheaper was single serve milk... however, I didn't buy it because the expiration date was only a few days out.

Made their self checkout lane 10 items or less the two cashiers actually working were playing a game saying this isle is open. When I’m fact it was not walked all the way over there to wait even longer. Maybe if you’re going to limit your self check outs get competent workers. Last trip to this target.

Target is making things really well. They have plenty of inventory of the best brands, they have very efficient processes for ordering online and picking up, and on top of that, they offer the best prices and price matching policies.

It is unfortunate that I am writing this. This has been my go-to target, coming here once a week, every week, for the past 5 years. Usually I average 15-20 items per trip and I always use the self-checkout, mainly because I can scan my own items faster then most of their cashiers (no offense to the employees). Also I can avoid longer lines, because usually there is only 1 or 2 cash registers open. When I went to go checkout this Saturday around 11AM, there was a sign saying that self-checkout are now limited to 10 items or less. To make things even worse, they only had 3 cash registers open, each with lines of 10 customers deep. This is unfortunate, because I will now have to switch to a different Target, or if I do have to come back, I will limit my self to 10 items or less just to save time. Hopefully the people in charge of this location will reconsider the changes they made, by either hiring more cashiers or adding more self checkouts, thus ending the need to limit item amount. 8 self-checkouts (half of them closed most of the time) is way to little.

Worst target I’ve ever been to. I deliver for shipt and go to multiple locations. They have nowhere marked for shipt shoppers, some days it’s different and having to wait through a line of customers just to be told to go to the other side is very time consuming, the baggage area is never stocked, no bags, no sign. Now they made self check out 10 items or fewer. Which of course is nowhere indicated until check out. And if you won’t allow a shopper to check out; why are there only 3 lanes open? With all elderly? The lines were very long and no customer in sight was happy.

I am a vendor and everytime I try to call the they never answer the phone no matter what time I call. This is one the worst Targets I have ever dealt with.

Get better style team members. I used to work at target so no I'm not a karen lol I know how it goes when you need to get work done and customers bother you. But the two young girls one bleach blonde the other red frizzy long hair at 1pm july 27th were so awful lol. Two people trying to get into fitting rooms we checked the doors they were locked and no one was in them. They told us that if they are locked someone is in there. I told them I had already knocked there was no one in there and the door was locked. The bleach blonde literally rolled her eyes and walked away and frizzy hair "um I guess I'll go check." I've never seen anything like that lol!! I left my cart and walked away sorry but hire better people

This Target is clean and well-stocked, but if you use the curb-side pickup option be prepared to wait for a loooooong time no matter what time of day or day of week you visit. Something is amiss with the curb-side operation at this store.

Bought $90 of groceries with $100 in 20s. The blonde cashier in her 40s decided to check all my bills to see if they were fake when the lady in front of me used cash as well for all her groceries and she didn’t check her bills. I guess it’s protocol to check minority cash.

I would highly avoid this Target like the plague. I would also recommend not working for this location. They treat their employees like Amazon treats their employees; POORLY. To them, their employees are nothing but warm bodies. Your life is not replaceable. Don't work for a place (this location specifically) that doesn't care about your mental health.

I was in the store on 7/23/22. It was a Saturday, and the store was moderately busy. I needed something specially-prepared for me at the bakery (they usually sell it off the shelf, but they didn’t have what I needed on the shelf. So, rather than just saying “Tough luck. Sorry,” Suzie and Joanie went out of their way to put it together for me on the spot. I really appreciated their willingness to get me what I needed, and service-oriented attitudes. Thanks!

Disappointing. Tried to search for in stock 'womans slippers size 8'. Sorted by rating. All that came up was socks.. privacy nightmare they sell your information. Put in order 2 Target stores . After hours one order disappeared. Went back said out of stock. Now I have two charges on my PayPal account for orders that weren't filled. Disgusting. Poorly accessible lists. Like Target and online shopping, however Target website and app needs improvement.

I love going to this Target 🎯! I've been going to this one for probably most my life. This one is especially excellent, because the people that work here seem to be the best of the best. I've never had a bad experience here at Target in Minnetonka. Even on days were I go in and the parking lot is full of cars I seem to always get everything I need for the most part. I can't get in and out as fast as I want no matter how busy it is. Everyone here is very helpful every time I go in. I don't live anywhere near this location anymore. I do have family that live close and every time I visit them I try to make a stop in at this location. You guys are the best keep doing what you do! Customers like us we always all to you!

I showed up at the wrong Target to pick up my no-contact order. By the time I realized my mistake and arrived at the correct location, the merchandise was out of the queue and put aside. When I told the young delivery person my problem, he actually RAN into the store to locate my order as fast as possible. I had my order within a couple of minutes. I was impressed!

Target has always been my favorite place to shop. While the prices may be on the higher side when compared with Walmart or Aldi, this super chain has everything you could ever want to buy such as electronics, toys, books, games, clothing, necessities, food, and more. This super target also contains a deli and a bakery with fresh food and amazing service as well as a Starbucks so that you can sip a coffee while you shop. I highly recommend that you visit this location if you want great service and a wide selection of items.
