This is a quality Hardware Store. They have everything you need and a staff to help you if you have questions. My most recent question do you have this kind of bulb? It came from an under cabinet light. Sure they are right here. And they now come in LED. This is the beauty of a local hardware store.They have a sharping service, great to keep mower blades sharp.And now they are an Authorized Stihl Dealer providing Sales and Service.You do not get that at a big box store.Today I was back. Needed to drop lawnmower blades for sharpening, paint scrapings for matching, needed larger eye screws and some nylon cord. All within 15 minutes. Very helpful. They will have the paint and blades ready on Monday,

Great corner hardware store... Contains 95% of what I need without having to go to the big box guys. Quality of the products are great. I might hesitate buying a Makita dual level miter saw, but beyond that it a great store.

My last visit was to find some childproof locks for our under sink doors. Our two cats figured out how to open them. I was kind of surprised they had them since the Ace store closer to us didn't. Try them before you head out to a home center.

True Values are just better stores all around. This one is anciant but they have plenty on hand to get the job done. None of this one or two on the plumbing or electrical shelf. You need 10 outlets? They have 30. Need 5 elbows? They have 40.

Good bulk selection of Bird Seed, Nails, Cabling. Also great selection of bird houses and many other things even if they just have one or two I like the option to get something better quality without having to order it online and give 30% to Amazon.

I was looking for a new Weber gas grill on a Saturday, hoping to get it either that day or the next. I had originally bought one online from Lowe's but found out they couldn't get it to me until mid-week. I tried an Ace hardware store and they didn't have the grill I was interested in assembled and didn't seem interested in building me one. I stopped by Deakynes True Value, spoke with the owner (I think) and he said he would build me one and deliver it the next day by 1 or 2 PM and haul away my old grill. Sure enough, about 1:15 PM the next day the owner himself shows up with the grill assembled and took my old grill. His hustle earned my business and respect. Looks like it is a family-run business. My interactions with everyone there was great. Thanks!

Low inventory of extension cords and when I asked about 100 ft cords was briskly told 'not until tomorrow'. So I called another local True Value to see if they had one in stock, and they even accepted the Deakyne's coupon I had!

They aren't just a hardware store, they are a partner to the kids and families in the community. I was looking for donated baseball equipment to take to the Dominican Republic and they put out a cart and collected an absolute ton of equipment!

Very friendly staff. Has everything you mostly need from a hardware store. A little bit pricey compared to HD or Menards but it is one of the few stores around.
