I have dealt with CVS pharmacys in Florida & It has been an absolute nightmare. JILL the Pharmacist at CVS Minnetonka, MN Hwy 7 & 101 in Target is an absolute Gem.!! She Has gone out of her way endless times to help me through Insurance issues, refill problems And endless other issues. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me & makes sure CVS Pharmacy takes 1st class care of their customers. She has the patience of a SAINT and really cares about CVS customers.I hope CVS realizes what an amazing asset she is. If it werent for her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I wouldn't be doing business with CVS! Thank you Jill. I appreciate all you do. You obviously take pride in your job & customers. Thank you.

Worst pharmacy I have used. Allow minimum 1 hour to fulfill a prescription here.

Poor customer service. Pharmacy staff doesn’t communicate with each other. You’re told one thing one moment and then a completely different thing the other. I was treated with zero empathy after having to jump through hoops to get my medication. I verbalized my dissatisfaction to the technician and all I got was a blank stare and silence. To make matters worse, when my prescription was ready for pickup, I had to wait 10 additional minutes for them to use my goodrx coupon. I’ve never had to wait 10 minutes for a coupon at any pharmacy. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

Here’s the comment I left at CVS’ website today:I believe it’s acknowledged (by CVS) that this particular CVS-in-a-Target has been WAY busier than you had anticipated it would be. By almost any standard, it’s a very small physical space, but given the crazy number of prescriptions they are clearly filling (you can see hundreds, maybe even thousands, of the filled ones in the bins), it’s obviously operating under difficult circumstances. Today there were 3 (or maybe 4) pharmacists (one who appeared to be retirement age) working diligently, and two assistants working the counter. That seems like a lot of people in that small space!I’m well aware that the pharmacy industry is having lots of problems staffing pharmacies currently. I’ve also read that there are lots of newly minted pharmacists out there who aren’t being hired, while those who ARE working are being overworked to the point of burnout. I see that with my own eyes at this CVS! They’re filling Rx as fast as they can, and are also expected to give vaccinations—something that has to be crammed into their already overloaded days. The reason I gave 8 as my answer above is that my husband’s doc had called in a Paxlovid Rx at about 1130am—that’s a time-sensitive treatment, as I understand it. I gave until about 12:45 before I appeared there to pick it up…and it hadn’t been started (again, I could see 3 or 4 pharmacists clearly working intensely at other Rx! Clearly going as fast as they could.). I was told they would have it in 30 min, but to remember that they closed for lunch at 130. I wandered around Target until 115, got back and in line (there is ALWAYS a line at this CVS), and at 120, the pharmacy lights went off!I think I know why they do that: it’s to give all the people in line warning that they won’t all be able to get their meds until after the harried, burnt-out pharmacists have their modest meal break, and I imagine it helps to have given that advance warning, rather than just rolling down the gate at 130. But the gasps (yes, literal gasps!) around me told me how this delay was hitting those behind me.I got my husband’s Paxlovid. Someone else was called up after me, and there were more in line, but I couldn’t bear to watch to see who would get their meds, and who would have to return another day, or kill 45 min in Target. As I understand it, many or most pharmacy workers aren’t getting as much break time as they should anyway, from a humane employer. In my view, this means they should unionize ASAP! But meanwhile, CVS is frustrating customers as well as their employees, since the service is so much slower than it would be if there were sufficient staffing; and I for one am concerned about FATIGUE in a pharmacist, someone who should be highly alert at all times during their tasks. If my health insurance didn’t specify CVS, I would return to Walgreens, or go to the Cub supermarket across the highway. But it’s not because I don’t feel the CVS personnel are inferior— it’s because there are NOT ENOUGH of them to staff this too-small, too-busy CVS outlet. I’ll tell that to anyone who asks about the place, too.PLEASE find a way to expand that CVS! And meanwhile, please hire enough staff so they can all do their jobs perfectly, and that means treating them humanely in terms of hours, breaks, and physical environment.

I frequent this pharmacy and am always impressed and grateful for the care and service i receive. Like everywhere these days, especially pharmacies, staffing is a challenge but even if the line is 10 deep I've never waited even 10 minutes. I also often arrive with no line at all.Over the years they've often had to contact my doctors or work with my insurance and I've never felt like an imposition. I love how easy it is to fill via the app (and delivery is free if you have $5/mo care pass). I have one prescription i have to refill by phone at least 1x/mo and I've never - i mean never waited longer than 2 minutes when i call.I'm always met with the most kind, thoughtful welcome. Todd in particular is so friendly, always asking "how is your day going today?"in the sincerest tone. I'm so grateful for all the staff

Severely understaffed. Always a long line - at least 5 people ahead of you at any given time. Option to ship prescriptions has a shipping charge that can be more expensive than your medication. This pharmacy really went downhill after changing to CVS.

They were out of my daughters medication, and it sounds like it is on backorder (not their fault). However, it would have been nice to be notified before I went in to pick it up. We fill this every month and I called in for a refill like usual. It also would have been nice if the woman who was helping me had chosen to then fill my medication instead of moving on to the next person in line and leaving me standing there.

Needed amoxicillin and had trouble finding it. This pharmacy answered their phone quickly, and got the prescription transfered even though the walgreens I originally had it sent to kept them on hold forever. They were patient, friendly, helpful, and also remembered what I needed so I could just sit and wait and then they came and got me when it was done. Absolutely great.

Tried calling for two days. At one point I waited on hold for 90 minutes before giving up. Went to the pharmacy in person, line was about 15 people deep, every pharmacist was on the phone and the line didn't budge for 10 minutes. This is always the case. Switching to Walgreens.

Wait time to drop off or pick up is way to long. I understand that it could take some time to fill a prescription, but to stand in a long line twice doesn't make sense and is bad customer service.Well at least they are consistent with the Target store...to long of lines and not enough help.

Made appointment online for Flu shot. When I got there was denied because I'm not 19.Should not have allowed me to make appointment especially since it asks for your birthdate , that should have flagged it to not allow to book the appointment and go to location only to be denied. Parent was also with and still denied

Is F’ing horrible what one star means? If so, then I nailed it.Line was 15 people deep. No improvement in the 20 minutes I waited until I finally gave up.

Very friendly staff but I dont go there to make friends. I go to fill prescriptions which seems to become a greater challenge every time I make an attemp . It's getting worse. They are so understaffed that I'm heading across the parking lot to Walgreens.

I was told prescription wasn't ready yet (even though the order came in the day prior) and was told to come back in 5 minutes. When I came back, they had CLOSED it! Unbelievable.

Once again I come to pick up my prescriptions and they're not readyI have yet to come to pick up anything from this Pharmacy and have it ready on timeI've also been noticing lately but the pill counts on my two prescriptions don't match getting a 90-day Supply doesn't mean you'll get a 90 day supply I guess I have accounting problem there too I'll be counting my pills every time I pick them up in the futureI just don't understand how they could be so consistently bad the management must be totally clueless
