This place is weird but they have thy best fresh flowers ever reasonably priced and they stay nice. I managed to get Carmel and sliced apples there that was Devine although that's probably the only sweet thing I could buy there. They barely carry soda lol I just thought that was a food group kidding kinda- I'm trying more of there stuff #hedlthyfood

I love this location. They had a ton of flowers to choose from. When looking for a product I asked two employees for help and they assisted me, then a third provided further info of when to come back to get the product (seasonal). All were friendly, helpful, etc. Then I had a nice conversation with my cashier and she bought my flowers for me! It was an amazing shopping trip because of them and I hope they know I appreciated their kindness, they went above and beyond!

The downtown Trader Joe’s has been my go to when shopping for my daughter, who lives close by. As we checked out on Friday morning, our cashier gave us these beautiful flowers for my daughter’s college graduation this weekend. What a sweetheart our cashier was and so friendly chatting with us. Thanks TJ’s for this nice touch.

this is a great location! the cashiers can be hit or miss though. sometimes they are really friendly and most other times they don't speak to me at all..which is surprising for TJ's. oh well

living upstairs, this location is super convenient for me. it’s always mostly stocked and employees are friendly (sometimes almost too friendly). they have a great flower selection. their produce is very hit or miss, i find that it goes bad quickly.it tends to get really busy from 4-7 most days. i don’t know much about parking since i’m literally in the same building but they do have a lot connected to the enterance specifically for trader joe’s customers that i believe you can scan out for cheap or free which is super convenient with the busy downtown traffic.

Trader Joe's is Trader Joe's. As someone who doesn't eat a lot of prepackaged food, I don't see why people love it so much. SO MUCH PACKAGING WASTE.That said, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. And I don't mind stopping here for a couple of items as it's the only option on the way home from work.The parking lot though is a bit of a wreck.

The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I'm getting acquainted with their fresh deli section and truly enjoy their variety of fresh produce.Absolutely love the wide selection of gluten free foods (pastas, breads, pastries, snacks, etc) at reasonable prices.All of the TJ team members I've had the pleasure of approaching with questions go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for and do it with a smile. They are friendly as well as professional and give the impression of having pride in their work. They certainly keep great Customer Service alive and well.Trader Joe's is definitely becoming my favorite go-to local grocery store!!!

Perfect location near the Vikings stadium - perfect produce and all the great things one expects at Trader Joe's - including the folks working at Trader Joe's.There is also covered parking at this TJ's location and a Starbucks next door.

Absolutely love TD. This particular one is somewhat smaller but is still a GEM. I appreciate the gluten-free items as well as the Dairy-free options. Keep it up. The staff was super friendly and made suggestions for cooking products.

First visit to one of these stores. Very nice selection of goods and reasonable prices. Lots of unique products, nice selection of meats, cheese, crackers, protein bars, etc. I would say pretty close to a full service grocery store.

If you haven't been to a Trader Joe's this store will change your perspective and standards by which you choos to do your grocery shopping.Literally everyone, everywhere, EVERYTIME I visit is happy, knowledgeable, gracious and seriously seem to enjoy being there. They have always EVERYTIME made my day a better one by simply making a previous thing I considered a chore, a pleasant task!HIGHLY recommended if in the area!!!

I see why it's called Trader Joe's because you're a trader to where you normally shop. I saw a big bag of pineapple tidbits on the picture but it was only a 16 oz bag. My BF asked about Frosted Flakes and we end up getting a super quick checkout by the manager. Security guy kept following us around like black people not supposed to be here. If you black and you shop at Trader Joe's don't cause they treat black people wrong on South Washington in mpls at the trader Joe's

Nothing to write home about. It’s a nice store it’s clean customer service was really nice. People were friendly, but I just remind me of Aldi’s or like a Kowalski’s I don’t think there was anything special or that said some different from all the other stores.

Awesome location near the US Bank stadium - this store has fresh produce and all the great things one expects at Trader Joe. Staffs are very pleasant and friendly.There is also covered parking at this location and a Starbucks next door if you wanna grab a cup of coffee!!! Best stores in Minneapolis downtown.

By far my favorite grocery store in the cities. Their frozen section has incredibly reasonable prices for foods that would be unheard of for the quality of some of the frozen meals.Is also always well stocked even during peak traffic time, which can't be said for some of the other grocery stores around the U of M campus.

Trader Joe's is an outstanding grocery with high quality TJ branded items. They have great selections of cheeses, bread mixes, sauces, and sundries. They have great prices on very nice cut flowers and stock lots of organic and sustainable farmed food. Oh yes, and you can get "3 buck Chuck" at the liquor store across from the regular grocery. This location is right downtown and easy to get to on foot although there is a parking lot which they will validate for and no problem finding a spot early on the weekend.

I like this Trader Joe’s, they are always stocked up and the staff is super friendly. It is within walking distance for my school campus and it’s always super tidy when you go in. My only critique is the ready to eat food, in particular the sandwiches. They are almost $6 for a sandwich wrap with literally 2 small scoops of meat. The amount was so small it was actually shocking, I would like them to change that or lower the price of the wraps. Other than that I love shopping here

Was pleasantly surprised to see this location had its own parking lot, and I enjoyed that it was so clean despite in the middle of down town. The staff were well informed, everything was stocked, and I had a great experience. Good prices 😊

This location is the easiest to deal with. It's never been too crowded and there's always room in the parking lot.Updated 2024. It gets crowded now but it's still manageable and this is one of the few unionized Trader Joe's so even more reason to support this location. The people working here are excellent.

I parked in the parking lot today, while shopping with my 2-year-old. The lot is free for an hour, and then there is a $20 fine for staying longer, which the store employees can validate. Since my toddler had to push the cart and check out everything in the store, I was there over an hour, but didn't realize it until I tried to leave the parking lot, where I scanned my ticket and it showed the $20 charge. I tried pushing the call button for assistance several times, and there was no answer. With a line of cars forming behind me, I eventually paid the ticket, hoping I could get it refunded later. No luck. The store manager said they can't do anything once you pay, because it goes to the parking company. So I tried calling the parking company, but they won't answer the phone. Trader Joe's should have something posted in the parking lot so that this doesn't happen. They also should be able to help resolve the issue if it does happen. I am so frustrated to be on the hook for this huge charge for "free" parking.Edit: A few days later, I got a call back from someone from the parking management company. That person was very helpful, and was eventually able to request a refund for me. A couple of weeks later, I received a check for $20 to reimburse the fine. It was a big hassle, but at least I got my money back eventually. It would have been nice if Trader Joe's had been able to handle it for me.
