very helpful staff and the dogwash is cheap also you can get everything here. I have guinea pigs a bird and a dog family members and we get everything they need here. One of their staff its an older gentleman who also does the nail trimming even possibly saved our guinea pigs by letting us know that you can not use cedar bedding for guinea pigs as it causes respiratory issues and we never knew that and unfortunately have been using it. So thank you Sir for the helpful advice.

We go here a couple times a month and they always have great customer service, good prices, and everything we need in stock. This Christmas Eve, we had Chase check us out (I was with my mom), and he was just so sweet! He took extra time to chat with my mom and just went above and beyond with his customer service.

The staff here are super kind, patient and helpful! The dog washing station was in high demand but they were quick to clean it in between uses and treated everyone so nicely, even my anxious dog. Thank you!

This is my favorite pet store, hands down. At first glance, if you even notice it at all, it might look a bit sketch, but I promise you, inside of that store are the friendliest staff AND customers that you will ever find anywhere. They'll even carry your stuff out to your car for you (which another, nearby pet store co. I won't name has never done). Please, check these guys out. They even have a dog washing station. The only thing I wish they had was a refillable litter station. But I recently decided the customer service here is so well worth it, I even buy the litter here now.

This store has pretty much everything you could ever need for your pet. We get nutrisource and wellness brands of food for our dog and cat, which a lot of stores don't carry in house, but Pet Supplies does! There is also a dog wash with products that you can pay to use. BYOB (bring your own brushes lol). Staff were friendly and knowledgeable

Such a great pet supply store. Great selection of dog and cat foods from basic to the high-end all natural foods. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all they have a pet wash area, you have to pay to use it, it's like $5 and includes the soaps, towels, brushes, blow dryers, etc. A perfect stop after a muddy run around the off leash dog park

What an amazing place! Totally forgot about this place but when Chuck and Don's and Bone Marche were out of my cat's special kidney food Pet Supplies Plus came to the rescue! Fully stocked shelves. Great customer service. And very informative.

Great local pet supply store with everything that one could possible need for their fur babies. I'm so grateful for them being the neighborhood and I've been going to them for at least 20 years. They have an excellent selection of quality food and treats. Sometimes you can even find great deals on fun, yet completely unnecessary fancy dog clothing. All of the employees have been really nice. Since they have moved into a larger location the store has gotten even better.

I love the store. The self dog wash could use some work. It wasn’t stocked with towels and the combs were recently used and not sanitized. I’m hoping the lack of cleanliness was a one time thing not an all the time thing. Cheap prices and great sales

Had a good experience! The trans girl employee that helped me was so helpful and was single handedly helping everyone that came in the store with questions or needing assistance. There was a few employees there but she really knew her stuff and was super chill. Give her a raise corporate asap

Pet Supplies Plus on Hiawatha is the best. They have a big selection of cat food, toys, medicine, etc and everyone who works here is always super helpful and friendly. It's always quick getting in and out and they also have order pick up, which is nice if you want to place an order online and just drive up. They send out a lot of coupons both in the mail and via email, so it's really nice to save on pet supplies when you can. Thanks for making my cats happy!

So I like to shop local and independent, so I went here, bonus, very close to home.Went at 10am on a Monday. 2 workers were there.They barely acknowledged my existence.Had to call out "Hello?" to get a response from the person stocking the shelves who popped their head out to say "he's about to help you."The person to whom they referred was standing not three feet away from me on a computer.He couldn't be bothered to say one word to me as I stood there. Finally, as I was running my card, he said "sorry I was looking something up."Sir, I have worked retail in my life and I know even when you are busy it doesn't take that much to say to the customer: "Just one moment and I'll be right with you."I am never coming back I'll go to a big chain where I can at least be treated like they want my business.

I'd rather go here than PetSmart or Petco, but they're hit and miss on stock for the food my pets eat. They do offer delivery which is a nice perk. It's usually not super busy or hard to park here.

I have been going here for almost 5 years now. Staff is friendly and mostly knowledgable depending on the animal and the product. They will do a inventory check for you by phone which is nice, especially with some of the pet food supply issues as of late. They even have a frequent buying program with benefits.A solid pet store with everything for your Dog, Cat, Reptile, Amphibian, aquarium dweller or small pet. They have average to slightly better pricing and a great variety. Also, they almost always have crickets when the other stores sell out.I send my friends here whenever they ask and its better than giving your money to the big box stores like Chuck and Dons or Petco.

Each time I go here, I am amazed at how well stocked they manage to keep it. I mean Petco and Pet Smart rarely have half of the food I need. I go here and they have all kinds of cat canned food available. Blue Buffalo, all the pro plan, science diet, fancy feast even. Natural balance, orijen, everything! And always dry cat food too!The dog food selection is great! They have all the regular options plus when I wanted to try a brand they didn't have they ORDERED IT FOR ME!! AMAZING! Same with dog food cans. I bought 6 cases of cans and so they asked when I would think I'd need more. I replied about 6 weeks. When I returned 4 weeks later they had my cases all ready for me! They are awesome.This is why I love smaller companies where I can find an owner, if ever I need to. They are doing a great job! 👍

This place is great. I always get to pet dogs and they have great sales and a really wonderful loyalty program. They also deliver if you are I'm radius of one and that's always helpful. Super friendly people who always offer to help. All around great stock, clean store, wonderful service.

Always the best employees and the store is always well stocked as is the self service dog grooming area. The shampoos are a bit watered down but everything has always been neat and accommodating.

Fantastic place! Great employees who seem to enjoy their time here. They've always been quick to help and would go far to make your visit enjoyable. My only issue is the location. now that the buildings are rising tall and fast all around the you, I suggest moving into one of the pet friendly buildings in the old Ford Site.
