Our baby IvyBean received her first puppy wash and grooming today.❤️ Let me tell you, she was completely loving all the attention she received. She even gained a nickname "Ms. Hollywood". She looks like a completely different beautiful puppy. Isabella from Ollu Dog Wash and Grooming Salon did an amazing job! Thanks, Isabella! We will see you for the next appointment! We absolutely love how adorable she looks. We can see her eyes a lot better now, and they are so dreamy! I definitely recommend this business for your fur baby grooming needs. 😇🐶

Best groomer I’ve visited so far with my puppy. Easy to get on the schedule. Hannah met with me before the cut to ask for my preferences, inspo pictures, and explained how the cut would be done. I appreciate that they take the time to do a full scissor cut instead of just shaving her.Hannah followed up right after the groom to tell me how Indy did, what she did and why, and asked if I had any questions.They helped me get booked for my next appointment right away. For reference, was about $100 before tip which I think is pretty typical, if not on the cheaper side for the service I got.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating - big thumbs up! We were staying in town at a hotel for the weekend with our girls (Nova and Birdie) and found that they needed a bath after hanging at the daycare with friends. We went to several places that stated they had self serve grooming facilities available (but they didn't). We found Ollu via Google and viola! Great faculty, helpful staff and clean dogs! Highly recommend.

We used the self service for our golden retriever. Staff are very helpful. The facility is clean and the complimentary shampoo, towels, ear cleaning stuff are great. We would come again if we live in the area but we are just passing through.

Highly recommend Ollu! We used their self-service dog wash this time but I've used their full-service professional grooming before and had an equally excellent experience. They have a very well-designed facility, plenty of parking, great products, and phenomenal staff. Great place!

I walked in for a nail trim with my pup everyone was very welcoming and kind. I was a bit disappointed with the nail trim and feel I could have saved the money to do it better myself but I guess we pay for the convenience.

UPDATE: 6/5/22Today, I brought Yuffie (You-fee) to get her usual full groom/bath/cut done and they did PHENOMENALLY yet again! Ollu always just does an amazing job with your fur-baby(s). I always look forward bringing Yuffie all the time. We've been coming here since 2017 and still recommend this local grooming salon!10/10 🌟P.s. I love her 🍉 like bandana! Thank you OLLU!‐------------‐----------‐------It has been a long time since I brought my dog to get professionally groomed. They did a good job on Yuffie (my Australian shepherd).Thank you for always treating my fur baby like your own. I believe Bailey was her groomer. This helps makes the experience positive always. I gave it a 4/5 instead of my usual 5/5 just because she had minor razor burn from being shaved a bit too close to the skin. Otherwise everything was good.

Love this groomer! They do a very thorough job when I bring my pup in for a bath and nail trim. I also love their self-service wash stations - the tubs are actually tall enough that my back isn't killing me at the end of my dog's bath.

The best groomers I have ever used. My dog is panicky when she leaves the house, let alone the ride to the groomer. She runs in and looks the best of any dog I've ever had. Can't say enough about them.

This was my first time getting my long-haired dachshund groomed here. I honestly don't even know how you groom them so our groomer, Bailey, talked me through it. She did a great job. Lucy looks beautiful. ❤️

This is a great location for self or full service dog wash & grooming. The staff is extremely accommodating and even will pick up your dog from the next door doggie daycare - Ruff Love (SUPER convenient).I’m not sure who groomed our golden retriever Mumford, but they did an INCREDIBLE job! Upon pickup, he was happy and relaxed, and didn’t feel the need to bolt out of there, which makes it extremely comfortable to leave him there! Highly recommend!

A great experience for a self-serve dog bath. I've gone to another place in town a few times but Ollu offers better prices, more amenities, and a more helpful and informative staff. Even though this place is a little farther from home, I'll make it my regular place when my dog needs a bath.

I took my Shepard mix Leeloo here for the last few years. The service was always amazing, and Leeloo always came back clean and soft, and I could tell they really cared about her. When she passed away suddenly this year I called to let them know, they were very sweet on the phone, expressing sympathy and reminiscing about how sweet a girl our Leeloo was. A week or so later I received a personalized sympathy card in the mail, with a picture of Leeloo on the cover and more kind words on the inside. The comfort this simple act of kindness brought me is ineffable. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s full of kind animal loving humans who will go the extra mile for you and your pets.

The staff were super friendly! I chose to do the self service dog wash, I liked the set up and all of the supplies they provided. It was my first time ever doing this for my dog, and I thought it was so easy! I opted to not use the drying room as I had my baby with me too but I'm sure it works great! I will definitely be back, this made giving my dog a bath such a breeze!One thing to note is the enterence is in the back near the parking lot, if you're not carefully looking you may miss it!

I’ve been bringing my rescue dog to Ollu for 7+ years now and I feel like most of the time the results from the grooming leave me questioning what “same as last time” means to the groomers. Cutting the whiskers off my dogs snout is something I’ve asked the groomers not to do, and this past time I didn't mention it to them because I’ve asked several times before to add it to his notes. Lo and behold the whiskers on his face were trimmed extremely short, exactly what I didn’t want to happen. When the groomers cut the whiskers off, it creates confusion and makes my dog less spatially aware. It also affects his ability to judge when objects are nearby, which makes my dog a lot less confident. Also, the hair on the top of his head was cut too short, unlike past visits where the hair on the top of his head was left longer as I have told them to leave in my notes. What really makes me upset is my dog has a small bump on his lower leg by his paw that I asked the groomer to be very careful with and she still managed to nick it and make it bleed. I’m not sure if the notes aren’t accurate, or if each groomer does what they think is best, but unfortunately the inconsistency and high price tag associated with the grooming process is leading me to find another groomer. I will say the staff are nice and polite, however making the customer leave a tip before they see the dog and the results seems unorthodox to me. For what I’m paying at Ollu, I really expect more consistency and attention to detail than what I’ve been receiving. I’m not sure what happened, but several years ago I always had a great experience and my dog looked great. Not so much anymore.

I like the separate dryer room but didn't care for the main self wash stations as much. However I did feel like the water setup was safer than a couple of other places we went to and the staff was helpful and nice.

The Ollu team does an incredible job grooming my rescue pup, Appa! Appa had a hard time getting groomed when I first adopted him because of his trauma history. At Ollu the team makes him feel so comfortable, he always looks so handsome and happy when I pick him up! Thank you Ollu team!!

Really awesome place. I have a Newfoundland puppy and I got him a nail trim at Ollu and did the self service wash. Really nice staff, my pup’s nails were well taken care of and I got to give him his first bath :) the picture is him being happy in the car after his wash.

Chief looks marvelous after his groom. Golden Retrievers can be tricky but he looks great! He loves to go to the groomer. He gets all cuddly and soft, before he goes outside looking for something to roll in, frozen or not.
