Our dog loves his visits to the Minnehaha Animal Hospital. Getting bribed with numerous treats may have something to do with it, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff certainly add to our peace of mind that he is always in good hands. They are also super responsive and always available to help, even on short notice, which is highly valuable.

I was very happy withMaggie’s visit with you. As you can tell I amvery smitten with Maggie and am pleased that she was so relaxed and happy with her visit. My husband says it is because she has been treated with only love. She had no problems after her injection and we noticed no problems from the injection. We will start weighing her soon and let you know if she continues to lose weight. I have also noticed over the years that her vocabulary is increasing with time. Thank you, Laura Steen

Minnehaha Animal Hospital is absolutely incredible. We took our three dogs there for years and they helped us through everything including a torn Achilles, diabetes, and ultimately the loss of one of our dogs. Everything was handled with care and we always knew that our dogs were in the best care. The entire team including Dr. Lammi, Dr. Meloy, and the awesome Bobbi and Alisha became part of our family as we navigated everything.

My girl Scarlett was not feeling well with voimt and dirraehea...no fun for either of us, but we knew she needed care. M'haha got us in right away that morning and after an exam was able to provide some ideas on how to best test and options for treatment. The blood test showed issues, and they ran it 3 samples to make sure to get the right results, we are treating her for pancritits, am able to do home care. Scarlett is doing much better after only 2 days. We look forward to our contined care with them!

I switched to MAH after reading on a neighborhood forum that they were great with high-anxiety animals. I was impressed from the moment I walked in to the follow-up call the next day. I think I have been bringing my Westies to Minnehaha since 1991 and I love the staff and they have always been very helpful, informative and caring. A year ago I put my beloved Al down and they listened to me and reassured me for about 2 weeks before I made the decision. It was very loving, peaceful and calm. I don't even live close to Minnehaha Animal Hospital anymore but I still bring my Westie there. Dr. Stephani is my go to vet and Bobbi is my go to vet tech. They are fabulous.

Praise to this clinic, I started taking my baby girl here at 3 months old but unfortunately moved when she was 4 because we moved to the suburbs.Fortunately, we moved back to the city in 2020 and started taking our girl Pancake and her new sister Oatmeal there again.It is obvious they love what they are doing because of the smiles on their faces and how loving and caring they are toward each of my girls. They are knowledgeable and are always willing to help in anyway they can.Unfortunately, our Pancake crossed the rainbow bridge 10 months ago, we didn’t let Minnehaha do the euthanasia and I will regret that decision until the day I die.We took Pancake to the clinic in the suburbs ( Foley Boulevard Animal Hospital) because we had been there 12 years before we moved back. The experience was traumatizing and painful.Even though Minnehaha didn’t do the euthanasia, they were the ones who were supportive after the horrific experience. They called to check on us and gave us resources for grief support.

I've been owned by cats for more than 35 years now...so I've seen a lot of veterinarians in my time...and I can say without reservation that the staff and professionals at MAH are the best that I've ever encountered, by a wide margin. They are caring, knowledgeable and professional. They have seen me through some difficult cat times, and I thank them for that. We have been relying on Minnehaha Animal Hospital for the care of our three cats for years now. They are consistently attentive, caring and efficient in providing care and service. Their Team communicates VERY efficiently between Staff Members and their processes, especially during Covid are streamlined. Their compassion for our animals is apparent every time we are in. We just said goodbye to our 21 year old tabby and the Staff's help navigating her late stage cancer care was so helpful and they were very generous with their time and consult. We will continue to rely on them for years to come!

We have brought two different dogs to Minnehaha Animal Hospital and found both experiences to be full of knowledgeable techs, loving vets and compassion all around. One of our dogs had severe anxiety and the amount of questions they answered, worried calls they took and love for our dog they shared was amazing. We've been taking our dog here for about 10 months now and are extremely happy with every experience. Their pledge for a fear free appointment is no joke - my dog gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. I have been taking my cats there for 26 years and have always been very happy with the care they've received. The vets are wonderful and you can tell they really love animals. My last trip to MAH was a very sad one as I had to put one my kitties down. Dr Cross was wonderful and so compassionate. I'm so grateful to her for kindness.

Transferred from Access Veterinary due to location. We had Dr. Dush and she was great with our senior dog, Bobby. The exam was thorough and her advice was really helpful. Her tech was pretty darn cute as well. Thanks guys! Test results were fast and received a follow up call the day after our appointment to make sure all was good. Great customer service all around. Definitely recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who have always been nothing but kind and understanding about whatever issue should be the cause of our visit.I'm told that my cat, while vocal about his dislike for the location, is actually quite charmed by the techs, so that's gotta be another plus as he's an excellent judge of character.Haven't taken my pets anywhere else for a while, and since I've always received excellent service here, I just don't see any reason to move along.

I have been taking my dog here since we moved to the cities and have always had a great experience. The staff are always caring, compassionate and willing to help or refer you to someone that can. They are always able to fit my dog in when he’s having issues and give multiple options on treatments and plans.All the providers there are great but we really like Dr. Soule! She’s always so great with my dog. I would highly recommend this vet if you can get in!

I have been bringing my greyhound here for laser therapy weekly for many months and the staff have been so wonderful and caring. Even during COVID I have felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care without going into his visits with him. The techs truly love to see my dog and he actually doesn’t mind his visits since he gets to see friendly faces and eat peanut butter. Dr. Meloy did some acupuncture but it wasn’t the best fit my boy, but she has also great to work with!

Love taking my girls, Pancake and Oatmeal to Minnehaha Animal Hospital. The staff goes above and beyond with there service.I locked myself out of my house, forgot my cellphone and had no way to call my husband to get our spare keys. The reception called my husband to let him know I would be coming to pick up the keys.The staff is so loving toward my 16 & 6 year old shih tzus, they always greet the girls, give them love, calm their fears and offer a treat.

I have been a customer of this clinic for more than 15 years and I have found all of the staff to be competent, caring, and kind. I feel confident with the care my cats receive and appreciate that I don’t feel rushed or foolish when I want to ask a question or need more information. While I could go on in a general manner, I want to give a shout out to the care my 17 year old, arthritic cat, Dorian, has been receiving.At one of her senior wellness exams last year, the veterinarian suggested that we could try either acupuncture or laser therapy to help treat the arthritis. The vet was clear and upfront that each cat is different and may or may not respond to these treatments. After trying acupuncture several times, I didn’t see any changes, so Dorian switched to laser therapy. She responded fairly quickly to that. The biggest changes are that she can squat in the litter box again and she doesn’t twitch anymore when I groom her in her sensitive areas. I also see other signs that she is in less pain and feels better.The laser appointments are less than 10 minutes and the vet techs treat Dorian like royalty.

Even with vets extremely busy right now, I was still able to talk to somebody that was able to help me figure out how to address my concerns with my dogs health. Both reception and the vet were personable and helpful, and we were able to come up with a solution. The staff and service here is always incredible!

In coming here, I honestly believe my dog recieves better health care than most humans. Dr. Tom Schuld is one of the kindest beings my family and I have ever met with. He is perfectly balanced in being both knowledgeable and loving toward his clients and their families. Top notch treatment plans yet not pushy. The staff is equally amazing. Very professional, excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about this hospital. Bring your beloved fur babies here!

Based on my friend's experience where, in an emergent situation she was referred to Minnehaha Animal Hospital and her cat ended up needing to be euthanized, I've taken my cat for a general check-up after 5 yrs of not being seen by anyone. In both of these cases, the staff have all been very attentive, compassionate and professional. I see every reason to continue using their services in the future.
