Foxy Dogs has provided such a caring and loving experience every time we've visited. Our rescue dog Cali has intense separation anxiety and becomes very nervous when being groomed. The staff at Foxy Dogs are wonderful and so helpful at ensuring our dog is very well taken care of. They go to great lengths to make the visit less stressful for her. She always comes home pampered and in good spirits. I can tell they are very thorough and make sure Cali gets the most luxurious care. I would recommend this place to all!!

I've moved around a lot and have two cavaliers, so naturally I've been to countless groomers and I have an idea of what to expect when it comes to the dogs' cuts and wash. Foxy Dogs blew my expectations out of the water. It has been a few days since their grooming, and my dogs are still softer than ever before and smell heavenly! To say nothing of the exceptional cut they received. Gizmo didn't want to leave when it came time to go - I think that reflects how well they are treated! I will never be able to settle for another groomer! Thank you Foxy Dogs!!

This is THE place. Our dog Penny has had nothing but the best experiences at Foxy Dogs! The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and clearly love the pets that walk through their doors. We especially appreciate how attentive the groomers are to detail. They do a great job keeping in mind the minor tweaks we ask for depending on the seasons too. Worth the price and worth a phone call to see if they are taking new clients!

We love taking our dogs to Foxy Dogs! Great service and they’re great with our dogs. We do their Furry Fox service and they come home with waaaay less fur and smell amazing. They always give the dogs a bandana as well!

My pup Winnie is terrified of getting her nails trimmed and is very vocal about it! I decided I wanted to start bringing her to a local grooming place so she can hopefully start to build up a little trust where people aren't constantly leaving and hopefully a little less scared and a little more confident. Foxy Dogs understood the assignment, they were so caring and understanding! We were in and out for a quick nail trim and she did better than she has in the past, we will be back for sure!

Great place to bring your dog, especially your Doodle. We drive three hours from Northern Wisconsin to the cities to get our dog cut and have been coming for 5 years. Always friendly, very accommodating, and great service. Our dog always looks good and Liana is great. Highly recommend.

I went in just for a nail trimming for my baby girl. Price was about $21.20 which was about what I was expecting to pay. My puppy was nervous to get her nails trimmed but they took such good care of her and had an associate there for comfort. They were awesome and did such a great job!!

Amazing groomer! We have tried multiple groomers around Twin Cities and Foxy Dog is ours as well as our pup favorite. Sophie (our groomer) does a wonderful job every time.

The Foxy Dogs team is fantastic and always takes great care of our dogs! Our mini dachshund Bella has rear paralysis and finding a groomer we can trust and that is willing to work with her condition has be challenging. We were so appreciate that Foxy Dogs was willing to give it a try and they've done such job with grooming and handling Bella with her mobility issues. We've been very impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. They did an excellent job handling the curly coat of our cavapoo, Rogan. We love the little extras they add and always have fun picking up the dog's from their grooming appointment and getting to see the cute little bow's and bandanna's they choose for them. All in all, we highly recommend Foxy Dogs!

2nd time our rescue pup has gone for nail trimming but 1st time that I have brought her in. Being a naive dog owner I went in without an appointment. They took her in becuase they had space (should not be expected, always make a reservation). This rating reflects the experience and care that went into the service. My pup absolutely hates getting her nails trimmed. So much so that it took a 3—person team effort to accomplish it. They were so caring and did everything to complete the job and make her feel as good about it as possible. Great place and very friendly staff. Willing to work with with more difficult doggos. Highly recommended!

Our pup is a recent rescue and is still a little nervous. Not only did she come out smelling and looking so fancy, but she was happily wagging her tail. They obviously know how to handle dogs and make them feel comfortable. We will absolutely be using them as our groomer from now on and I recommend you do the same!

We love this place! Our dog Max has been going here for 3 years now and he loves it! Liana does such an amazing job every time and we could be happier! The staff really does know the dogs and it is a lot easier on the owner and the pup when dropping off. I just had the best experience with my Rottweiler getting a nail trim. Everyone was great with her and helped her remain calm. I appreciate this so much - we were struggling with trying to do this on our own.The price was amazingly reasonable and they were just great.

I have a 3 month old blue nose pittbull (she was around 2 months old her first visit) and she hadn’t had a bath since she was born, I called a few places but didn’t feel comfortable dropping my new born pup off so I brought her to this place and they are amazing! Very kind and accommodating! Plus if you need to run some errands they keep your pup for a few hours, I’d highly recommend to anyone who has a dog!! ❤️ They leave looking and smelling great, they play my baby out cause she’s so stinking cute! She’s currently at her 3rd visit 👍

I bring my vizsla mix here for his nail trims. The staff is so great with him. He’s afraid of the floor so they usually have to pick him up to bring him to the back. Someone usually comforts him while someone else does the trim. definitely recommend!

I brought my Wheaten pup in for his first grooming. He had his puppy coat and had a few mats here and there. I've previously had a wheaten and know no matter how close attention you pay the mats do form under your nose. I had asked the groomer that day to please keep as much of his puppy coat as possible but understood that the mats would need to be cut out where necessary. The groomer seemed to understand and I left with little concern. I came back and my pup had been completely shaved down with his coat less than 1 inch in length. My dog left with a Schnauzer cut which the groomer though was adorable. Clearly she wasn't competent and I received no prior updates in the process, warnings, or discount. I was very disappointed in their service and but tipped anyway (which I still regret!). It's taken 9 months to grow back the length of coat that they cut off. I understand this isn't the end of the world (it's hair, it grows back) but it really bothered me that it wasn't what I asked for and no warning at all was given. Because of this I will not return to the foxy dog even though they are local. I have found a groomer who provides better care and updates and am willing to cross town into Northeast for the service. I'm sure they do good work overall but my experience was less than foxy.

Loved our first experience with the ladies at Foxy Dogs! We were really struggling to deal with our pet's shedding, so we decided its best left to professionals. He was practically a new dog when I picked him up and smelled so clean and fresh.

Part of the two star rating is totally my fault.Long story short, prices went up, I had my usual $20 which used to cover nails and a tip, that wasn't quite enough this time so I had go back home for more cash to make up the roughly $1.75 difference.Didn't think it was that big of a deal as I've been here a few times before and only live two blocks away, but from the reaction you'd have thought I was looking to scam them out of everything.Gave them the $20, returned less than 15 minutes later with the necessary $1.75 or so in the form of a five dollar bill. Gave them the $5, no change needed, keep it as a tip.Instead of "have a nice day", "see you next time" or even "thank you", all I got was a cold, unsmiling "cool".I try to support local and independently owned businesses, I'm willing to pay higher prices to do so. But I don't think it's unreasonable that the trade off is to expect gracious customer service. If you can't even say thank you when I'm tipping, why am I paying premium prices?I wish all of them the best, but needless to say I won't be going back. I can find dog grooming services that actually appreciate my business elsewhere.9/30/18Convenient service for a walk-in.Great job with a big, jumpy dog.

I have a bernedoodle and a golden doodle and switched over to Foxy Dogs about 8 months ago, what was I waiting for?!! They are a game changer, I thought we went to a great and reputable spot until I brought them to Foxy Dogs. They have the greatest customer service, they discuss what they're going to do (cut, brush, mats..etc.) and will call you if anything unforeseen arises. My dogs come out with the exact same cut that I've fallen in love with over and over again and I am sooo happy with their service. I recommend anyone I can to them!

I was a bad owner and let my little guy's nails get too long. Today they started hurting him and he'd yelp as he walked. I needed to find a place quick and a few places were closed today. Makes sense that most private dog grooming places are locally owned and can run odd hours. The big chains like PetCo and PetSmart only groom in the suburbs 20 miles away and book out like a month. SO I finally found Foxy Dog which is about 4 miles from my house. They do walk-ins! Nail trim is $15 & a trim and file is $20.They were great with my little pal. He whimpers from excitement and is very sweet. If there are dogs around he'll whimper because he wants to play with them so bad!! So as they worked on him they were talking to him and comforting him.They were done really quickly and he was so much happier and he doesn't limp or yelp from walking. I'll never wait so long again to get them trimmed and I'll definitely be going back to Foxy Dog! Great establishment. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere. A+
