I've been waiting literally a couple weeks for them to get out more than just three Hot Wheels cars.. . It's like they've got this hole in their Hot Wheels display that just is begging to be filled but to no avail.... It's as well as my pleas fall on deaf ears....

This place suxs. Manager or who ever, big debo, wouldn't take a return even though I had a receipt, less than 2 weeks old , paid cash, from the Columbia heights location. Said it was too old and too far away, like one mile away !!!!! If that. I seriously felt racist vibes from this illiterate fool. Shop here at your own risk

Two lanes were open for once, but only one lane was able to take credit cards. The cashiers kept the line moving as fast as they could. Technology sucks sometimes.

They never have anything. The workers stay intoxicated everyday. No one does their job. Very rude to customer. Very unprofessional. They should hire all new people there. It's bad for business if you ask me. Just by looking at all the other bad reviews. FD really need to step up. Yes prices are very high. What they have I can go to another store cheaper. This store doesn't deserve any stars.

Terrible customer service, cashier told me in a disrespectful manner that I had to empty the hand basket not the cart but the hand basket. I informed her that is not my job I'm here to pay for my stuff and go, so I told her since you want me to do your job that's okay I don't want the stuff anymore now you have to empty the hand basket yourself anyway which was your job in the first place. Next time I go in there I will be recording the treatment that I receive.

This has got to be one of the worse Family Dollar Stores ever!!! The shelves are almost always bare, while the stock sits on carts nearby. There is always a long line. Not the store you want to run into for 1 or 2 items & think your going to run in and out. Expect to be there at least a half an hour to purchase that 1 or 2 items. Better off going to another store that is cleaner, more efficient, and friendlier.

Its September 12th 2018. I stop in at this family dollar store at times because its the closest 2 my home. I respect the policy & relucently leave my bag at the front. I worry because a few of the employees don't pay attention 2 customers or the things they're there 2 do. When I walked in 2day the employee behind the register directly in front of the door was on his cell phone. Didn't greet me ask me if I needed anything he just stood there doing something on his phone. I told him that I would b talking 2 a manager. He said his manager was at the other register. She cashed out a couple of customers while I was there, but she didn't greet me either just stared as I walked by. I said I'll go above her. What good is it going 2 do 2 talk 2 her. I'm very disappointed in the way the store is being run. A month ago I was there & the 2 women there were fantastic. They greeted me talked 2 me & were focused on the customers. No 1 not even the employees there 2day want 2 walk in 2 a place of business & feel unwanted. Its bad business 2 treat customers that way. I will never go 2 that store again ever. Just because its not a good area doesn't mean the employees should b treating customers badly. I will continue 2 shop at Auldi but will never shop at your store again. Cell phones should not b allowed while working. If that's the case I'll c about getting a job there so I can get paid 2 do what I want & hangout & b on my phone.

The store need to be shut down. Its completely trashed in there, shelves are empty, clothes in big piles on the floor and in large boxes, you can't get cash back so the have the card machine covered so you can't see screen to complete the transaction without lifting up tbe paper. I will NEVER give them my money again

The experience was decent until you get to the 1st register on 2/6/2£21. The cashier was rude but I don't think she realized it or maybe she did n didn't care.

This place has everything in it! The problem is it's hard to find things and there is very little staff to help you. They are knowledgeable but you have to be patient and go through the checkout line twice. Once to get them to show you where the stuff is and then again to pay for it.

💁A customer was😲 attacked while I was 👀shopping IN the store manager was also threatened 👊FOR doing the RIGHT thing...🚨🚑 the man was hit in the HEAD with a shovel😰and they STOLE😒 the man's bags from inside the store🏬, Thank GOD the clerk(SHE) wasn't SCARY..and disgusted😡instead...otherwise the 🚹 man could be DEAD!!!--! Disorganized and shelves are always bare and empty. Typically when you buy 4 items or less, it takes 10 minutes or less. But this Family Dollar store in North Minneapolis can take anywhere between 25 minutes and 30 minutes 🤦🏽‍♂️.

All the cashiers eat at the front counters! Someone was eating chicken today at the counters! All while talking loud and cursing while ringing up customers then asked her manager can she finish eating her chicken which the manager did!

They only have one register open at a time knowing it's a long line, they have other employees, and even a manager could open a register they just rather have you standing there like you have no where else to go
