Very friendly and helpful. I wasn't feeling well and the cashier actually found a nice young man who not only bagged my groceries, but took them out to my car for me. I really appreciated the help especially since it was Easter Sunday and they were short handed. Naturally, I gave him a nice tip to show my appreciation.

I worked as an overnight stocker at this Cub for 9 months. The store itself sells okay product, it’s decent. My wife and I shopped there regularly.The men I worked with were exceptional. My MOD, Mike, was a phenomenal manager. He had a wonderful gift of appreciating people and their work. I really loved working with those guys.

No matter what day of the week what time of day you go not one employee not even a manager knows how to run the service desk you cannot send money they don’t know how to do it. How is that and they will rather tell you money gram is down rather than saying no one at this job is qualified to do it.

Okay this is the weirdest store I’ve been to you can’t find anything. As an example soap is on the opposite of store from shampoo.Then their rewards system is broken. My wife has been going to Cub for years. Apparently they can’t look up her card, nor can I create a new one for the benefits.Will avoid Cub as much as possible.

Why are all the food items smaller than before? People have to feed their Families! That's not right to jack up your prices and cut the food items in half! Hy-Vee gives quality food items at decent prices, but I'll have to switch to Hy-Vee now, I don't recommend shopping at Cub Foods any longer, Which is sad because I always loved Cub Foods, Doesn't Cub Foods care about American people trying to feed their families anymore!!

Customer needs to return cart to cart coral or store so random carts in parking area don't damage other customers' vehicles. Please be considerate of others.

Great Cub foods! Love the renovations they completed and had a much better flow. Always clean and well stocked and maintained. The self checkout is smooth and the pharmacy is well managed. Produce always looks amazing and well cared for. Plus the new Cub sushi spot is really great, even if it’s only grocery store sushi!

Customer service here is a 5, the construction and organization due to it is a 4. Overall 4.5. The bakery folks are amazing. Denise in the bakery is an excellent cake decorator. She saved a last minute goodbye gathering. The cake received rave reviews for presentation and taste. Very moist and all around good flavor. I would highly recommend their bakery for needs of gathering and party baked goods - just give a quick call 24 hours or more in advance of when it's needed. Thanks again. We will definitely be back.

We live just down the road and do all of our shopping here late at night. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean.One big plus is they have a nice vegan section for my girlfriend. (And they have a large meat selection for me aswell.)

This is alarming and unsafe even for a warehouse. Im extremely disappointed in your lack of concern for customer safety. Thats 1500 lbs teetering on an unsafe unbound stack of dog food. I expect to be able to shop without seeing stuff like this or having to walk past it. 2 pallets stacked on the floor of a grocery store!! Are you serious??? I've had such an issue with your stores safety im almost done shopping there for good! Ridiculous. I am ready to sue you guys. I've got more pictures from other stores too. Between employees swinging sharp blades in your isles, your lack of cashiers during the night, the ridiculous pallet situation and the forklift drivers flying about all day long id think you guys would be paying lawsuits left and right . I think your store needs complete retooling. All cubs. Nuff said

Went for shopping today I could not find Xl Depends for men a store technician by the name Debbie saw me stranded i told her I cannot find the Depends men underwear and my client will be upset if I go without them Debbie left all what she was doing and she told me to wait there she found them for meDebbi you Rock !!you saved my job!

I've ordered through instacart 2 times now and nearly every item I've ordered isn't available. The instacart shoppers must feel extremely frustrated by the lack of inventory management and extra work it creates for them. I know I'm frustrated by having to replace or return every item I would like to purchase.

We went there last night. Our total was $92.00 and some change. I asked him to do half and half on our cards. When I got home I see that my card was charged 67.00. Umm, that's half? I thought basic math was a requirement when working on a cash register. If he didn't know the math, he should of stated such. I hate cub. Everything is so expensive. I only go to cub when I have NO other option.

This is one of the better Cub foods I’ve been to. Always well stocked and usually don’t end up waiting in line long. Prices can be high but unfortunately that’s the world we live in. Service is also very friendly.

Why is cub so expensive now? It's like 40% more than Walmart on average for the same quality. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is it has more selection. The self check out machines are SO SLOOWWWW. I could write a novel by the time the receipt prints after you charge a card. You're paying more for no reason.

Cub, you've done the impossible and made me an Adli's shopper!My grocery bill is now half of what it was when I shopped at Cub.Cub prices are sometimes even higher than Lunds or Kowalski's.I've loved Cub for many years but Yikes, your prices are now ridiculous.

Discussting abhorrent behavior. I was berated and humiliated, trying to return a cooler that had a peice of grass in it. Besides the point 100% money back ganrentee means nothing to this store. That guarantee is law binding. Meaning that's grounds for a class action. The demeaning ugly lady should be fired. No customer should feel like that. Shame on u cub for letting that behavior fester into this. Have bad days too but I would never treat anyone like that. I have contacted corporate and they will talk to a Susan and will contact me hopefully. Then we can talk about the kind of incompetent people they promote to leadership roles. I want her fired or suspended at the very least. U don't treat paying customers with mental illnesses like that.

DO NOT ACCEPT ANY JOB OFFER's FROM THESE PEOPLE. I Saved their butt. They hired me the day before "THE BIGGEST STORM IN MN HISTORY" which I already thought was fishy. Then they never put my biometrics in the system and I was told to fill "Missed punch sheets" every day for work. I have never gotten a physical check copy though I've asked.Everyone was super nice there but they use 'Contingency' hires to get to get around any extra work.Hence why almost everyone has been there 15+ years. They are close knit and that's what makes it seem nice, but this also makes it exclusive.No hard feelings, just dont want others living check to check trapped by false hope.-Christopher Wheeler

Love the new sushi bar. My fav is a spicy crunchy shrimp, last week my son came down from Duluth and they were so nice they made my fav--one for each of us. He said best ever. I've never eaten sushi before last month but after one sample I was hooked.The people in the store are so friendly & helpful especially Denise. Cathy, & DEB. And the bakery, produce & deli (LIZ)!Pharmacy fast. Effecient even tho horribly busy. Go the extra mile to get my refill even faxing and calling my MD to get refills so they're ready by time I finish shopping.Everyone, Keep it up, RickOne negative, use to have Splenda in the store brand, told "on back order " for the last 6 weeks

Seemingly opens and closes whenever they feel like. Hours of operation are constantly changed, and their employees will close early or open late by up to 1 hour.edit: There's a long thin gap across the parking lot that has been poorly filled in. Pushing carts over it can be troublesome.

This Cub Foods location is in a hrest location. It is usually moderately busy but typically has enough checkout lanes open. The store is well stocked and the employees are busy but always very helpful. I have used order pickup many times since it started and very greatful for this service. All the employees seem consistently friendly and courteous. Thank you Cub Foods😇

Absolutely horrible service! I had quit going there a few years ago because the associates were quite rude. I gave it one more chance. I was looking for strawberries. All of what they had on the floor was rotten. One of the associates in produce had told me he was happy to go to the back room for me if I couldn’t find anything good. After digging for about five minutes I went back and nicely asked him if he would mind getting some out of the back room. Gunnar (at least I think that’s how the name is spelled) overheard me, butted in, and flat out told me “no there’s a full display I will not go get more! You just have to dig!” Horrible service. So much for giving Cub second chance.

Very nice location. Seems like a great place I have noticed each department dont work together as a team they just push it off to each other. The guys that are in dairy are always willing to help/ produce as well.front end is always Unaware of products and also pushes you off to go find a employee in each department versus helping you and being a team player for their store and fellow colleagues. I will unfortunately not mention any names but I think this is an area your store and team members should grow in helping each other out and not push off customers to find other employees for help. I have been to this location about 5 times there are good people and also bad ones based on my next experience I will update review and star thanks again to the kind and hard working people at this location.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Cub’s. Thought maybe it was just a few employees. No, even the manager is super rude and mean. Had horrible customer service on multiple occasions now at this location. Went down to Lyndale, and omg they are so kind and nice. The manager at the Lyndale location is so helpful. Stay far away from this Cub Foods on France.

I live just two blocks from Cub. But the recent greedflation introduced by Cub has me travelling to the nearest Aldi's. The bad service, inferior produce, and outrageous recent price hikes have made Cub a "no go," for me.

Pets and food doesn't mix in my book. And no it wasn't a service animal. Young couple came walking in with the dog, white with long hair. No markings of any kind that it was a service dog. Ask the girl what their policy was and she said she personally didn't care if they brought their dog in. Done with Cub. I will be going to Aldi. Cheaper there anyway. Aldi Strawberries 2.49, Cub 5.99. You guys should be ashamed.

Some asshat monitoring self checkout accused my wife of stealing when the machine threw an error and went through all the products in our bags before letting her proceed. Then he didn’t even apologize after going through everything and finding nothing amiss. Disrespectful and Shameless. Garbage treatment of your customers.

Hyvee has spoiled me for life now. Cub foods is very basic in comparison. The prices are not indicative of this however. I would continue to shop exclusively at cub if the receipt reflected some sort of motivator, not the case though. Chanhassen is the best location due to the overnight employees, everything is always stocked, in correctly marked spots, and it makes sense as you walk through the store. Most other cub foods don’t have items placed correctly and the never have anything consistently.

I always do my weekly shopping at this cub store . I never go without a list of what I want and what I need. The store is always best and tidy. There are employees always stocking the shelves and neating them up. If I cannot find something I have on my list I can just ask an employee and get my answer or else that employee will walk me over to where that item is located. The employees including the cashiers always have a smile on their face. I would recommend this Cub to anyway looking for a grocery store.plus the prices are good. Sue Gillham.

The Valley West Cub has everything you need. Throughout the night you can shop while overnight employees stock shelves and they clearly are dedicated to their craft by making everything look nice. During the day the employees work just as hard to make sure the stock is kept in tip top shape.
