Great place! Everyone is kind and attentive. We’ve been coming here for nail trims and the occasional bath for two years and we’re very pleased! Groomers are great with Stella, our aging pocket pit we rescued 10 yrs ago through Save A Bull.

My 2 dogs have been going to City Paws for the past couple of years and LOVE IT! They get so excited when we say “daycare” and they (literally) run through the front door every time we arrive. I love the 12-hour daycare availability even if we typically don’t send them the whole time. I adore checking on them via the live webcams. And the staff are always fantastic — friendly, kind, attentive to my dogs, and providing a great socializing space to keep my pups engaged with other dogs a couple of days per week. It’s great! I am so grateful to the team at City Paws. The only thing that could make it better would be outdoor space.

We love City Paws! My dog has been going here for daycare since she was a puppy - so 3 years now. She loves going every time and leaves exhausted from all the play! The staff is incredible - super friendly, greets my dog by name every time and always willing to help and adapt with our schedule changes. Love this place !!

UPDATE: We've been going to City Paws Excelsior Blvd for over 2 years ago now and we still love it! When we drop our golden Arlo off in the morning everyone knows him by name and seem so excited to see him. We love that we can watch him throughout the day and we love that in the winter months we can wear his butt out. He's usually tired for the whole next day. We highly recommend!2 years ago: We had our first assessment at City Paws (Calhoun Commons) and I love that they require that because I don’t have to worry about my little boy being with other well behaved/good temperamental dogs.I especially liked that they discussed with me what I should expect Arlo to do throughout the day. They don’t only just let your dog play with the other dogs, but they have enrichment for them to try new things. Arlo tried a teeter totter for the first time.The best thing is they send you a email in the middle of the day explaining how the day is going from the POV of your dog. And they have live cams of all there big rooms where you can see what your doggy is doing.So far would recommend them to watch your fur baby! Arlo is soooo pooped after his day there!

My little Shiba pup, Echo has only attended a couple of days so far but has loved coming to City Paws! My partner and I feel so comfortable with our little guy attending puppy preschool and are instilled with a peace of mind by the caring staff and incredible daily programs. We love City Paws so far and look forward to continue with them.

I love bringing my dog here! She gets so excited to come here, it’s like her home away from home! I always entrust the staff to take the best care of her, and she comes home so happy and clean! The staff always sends little ‘report cards’ on how she did, and I absolutely LOVE seeing the photos of the fun she was having!! I recommend this place to everyone!

Goose has been going to City Paws for several years now and we’ve had such an amazing experience. The staff, which, I hesitate to even call them staff or employees tbh, because I’m pretty sure Goose considers them her closest friends, are wonderful and always go above and beyond for all the dogs. We do daycare and boarding and have had nothing but great experiences since we’ve started. Also have to shout out the little arts and crafts they do a few times a year and all the events they have - City Paws rules.

We had issues with staff being attentive to our pups needs at other doggy daycares, but City Paws has always been so great for us! They are very responsive to us as owners and remember our pup and his needs every time we come in to the Uptown location. Would highly recommend them for your doggy daycare needs!

Best experience we have had! Friendly staff that were happy to help with any questions we had. I loved the complimentary play time they offer. We were able to watch our Frenchie on the pup cams and could see how much fun she was having. We got a great report card that was very personalized to our pet. She seemed to absolutely love it there! We will definitely bring our dog back and she will be excited to play with her friends again. I don’t have to feel guilty dropping her off at the kennel anymore because I know she will have the best time!

Awesome place for boarding your dog. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us a two hour “test drive” to see how my dog will do with other dogs there. He is very excited to go back next weekend and stay there for two days. Absolutely recommend this place to all dog owners :)

City Paws Pet Club deserves a glowing 5-star review! BB Bats was visibly happy going into daycare, and the joy continued when picking them up. The caring staff and engaging environment clearly made it a positive experience for my furry friend.Their systems and processes are pretty awesome too. Solid investment in web interfaces, client portals and webcams. Also they sell Farmina…the fancy stuff.

Love coming to city paws! Their membership option is great if you have a consistent schedule to be kept, helps to save a few bucks. I love being able to check in on my pup while at work, although I do wish they had more cameras as I swear my dog knows where they are and hides where I can’t see her. Staff are always super friendly and remember her name and even what leash she has! I feel comfortable leaving my dog here for doggie daycare or for for overnight boarding if I need to go out of town. My favorite thing is when they offer special events, my advice is to jump on them! Usually around or under $20 bucks and my pup gets a fun time, treats, and I get the cutest pictures!

Friendly staff, clean facility, predictable, no issues in 3 years of going there. My only ask is that there really should be some sort of outdoor space for potty breaks (or scheduled potty breaks) & it would be really nice to have more environmental enrichment. My dog would get a little bored sometimes and just sleep, which really isn’t the point of sending him.

The uptown team is incredible! They were quick to answer my questions when I first registered my puppy for training classes and daycare. Every time me and my pup come they're so friendly and I can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their dogs. Highly recommend them!

We had a family emergency out of town, and City Paws Uptown was able to take Koko while we were gone. I was really sad about dropping her off, and emotional due to the family emergency.Conner was at the front desk when I dropped Koko off, and he called me a couple of hours later to let me know that she was having fun with the other dogs and very happy. It meant the world to me that Conner went the extra mile to call and reassure me that I had one less thing to worry about.

My pup LOVES City Paws. Maybe more than her family. When we grab her lead at the backdoor, she somehow KNOWS what is about to happen, gleefully charging the garage. She leaps into the car, frantically shaking while we drive to CP.I've only seen her body be shaken so aggressively by her wagging tail once before, and that was when we came back from a vacation of over two weeks.Otherwise, her excitement seems to be reserved just for CP, which is good, cause they share back that same enthusiasm when we arrive.Not to mention that great setup, the webcams to watch your dog, and good people... what's not to love?
