LUV the NE Chuck & Don’s team!!! Keith, Ella, Lyric, Luna, Danika, Lynne and whoever I may have missed, they are super friendly and knowledgeable about everything they sell. They can make the best recommendations for my dog and I know he will enjoy the purchase. Buddy especially loves the treats and attention he gets during each visit. Mama loves the quality products and fantastic customer service :)

I recently ordered a new dog food for my dog on the C&D's website that was delivered to my house. My dog has been having problems with food allergies, and the new food was causing his allergies to flare up. I accidentally threw out the original bag of food, but I was able to bring it in to the store today and return it for a refund. Ella was extremely helpful and friendly, and even was able to make suggestions to help me pick out a couple new Tuffy toys for my dog. I was also informed that the food that my dog couldn't eat would be donated to a local animal rescue for the animals in their care. Thanks to Ella and Chuck and Don's for being such a great option for my fur kiddo and I!

Staff are super helpful and shelves are always stocked with so many options for wet and dry foods. My pups love coming here and picking out their own treats from the lower bins whenever we visit.

The staff at Chuck & Don's are super friendly and helpful. My dog and three cats love the food they recommended, and I love that it's cool to bring my dog into the store. When I say "Do you want to go to Chuck & Don's?" he gets very excited, but that may also have to do with the fact that he gets showered with affection and treats every time we go!

Can be a little corporate, but absolutely lovely staffI recently got a pair of beautiful tabby cats and this place has been absolutely crucial to making them comfortable. Special shout out to Jack and Eda who were very helpful and understanding of my long list of questions and purchases.One complaint I do have is that their return policy can be deceptive- I was told that there was a 45 day money back guarantee, which I was lead to believe was no questions asked, but I tried returning some used food and water bowls and they wouldn’t take them. So just be aware of that. But otherwise, 10/10

Love these guys! Have a recurring order w them for dog food. Then the manufacturer slightly changed the packaging & ingredients, and the delivery person took extra time to make sure the new formulation would still meet our dog’s needs. Not only that, but he was super nice about it (even though he got paid by the delivery, not by the hour). Always get great customer service from them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in locating my items, and I was impressed with the rapport the staff had with their customers!
