Best pet store around! I was so excited to finally try a new pet store and one that's more of a small business. I'm SO impressed! I had questions regarding raw/ freeze-dried food with cats/dogs. Linda was extremely helpful in proving all the information I needed to feel comfortable about what I was feeding my fur babies. $70 of stuff actually got much better stuff than you would get at a petco or a petsmart. All the staff there is beyond friendly. This will now be my normal pet store!

If I could give 100000 stars I would! I was walking my very nervous dog in and happened to see Linda in the parking lot. She say that my dog, Keegan, was hesitant to walk in. She let me know they had reactive dog time when we could come after closing or in the morning so he could be alone. It felt like fate to meet her!We immediately scheduled and Linda reached out with instructions. Keegan loved it to say the least! Sometimes because he is a nervous dog he doesn’t get all the fun experiences of other dogs but Linda went beyond out of the way to help. Keegan was running around having an amazing time, we for sure will come back and recommend to everyone!Beyond the amazing customer service, they have the perfect toys and things you can’t find elsewhere. We try to get a lot of strong and interactive toys and they have an abundance. Also healthy treats and a wide selection of plushies. We will be back and everyone should go!

Good selection of high-quality cat food (both dry and canned). For the brands I buy, their prices are lower than other stores. Plus they frequently have great sales so you can stock up. Staff is always friendly and ready to help too.

I always try and recommend this store to fellow pet owners, they are fantastic. Quality over quantity with this one. I wish I could buy all their doggy clothes.They also have great treat options, great customer service, and I love how they help out local rescue as much as they can.

100% recommend! The staff is amazing and so kind! I have a 10 lbs dog that’s pretty nervous of people and they respected and understood her body language! They have a huge variety of novelty proteins and extensive selection of different brands that aren’t at your average chain pet store. First time traveling with dogs and they made this experience worth while! Thanks Bone Marché!!!

100% reccomend for anyone traveling with dogs or anyone who owns a dog! The staff is so amazing, respectful and friendly! They cater so well to anyone who comes in the store.The inventory was so diverse and unique. A breath of fresh air from the busy city. I will be recommending to all my fellow dog mom/dads who want a calm and neutral dog shop! This will forever be a #1 stop for us and our furbabies!

Such a cute dog shop. The employees are always so nice to the doggos. Yay selection had a lot of grain free, healthy options and locally sourced. A good variety of toys and garb. We always have to go everytime we visit!

The employees are helpful. I asked about cat food options, and she was knowledgeable. This store is a hidden gem. It's like a boutique. Lots of product. I love their coffee mugs for humans! They have an artist that designs them. I recommend this store. But you won't find Purina Cat Chow there...only the expensive cat and dog food.

Great store. Very convenient, easy to zip in and out fast.They have a wide selection of premium quality pet food, supplies and toys.The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.Prices are on par with the big box stores, but this is a much more pleasant shopping experience!

Bone Marche has a wide selection of pet everything. They have high quality dog treats and foods, and the staff are always very nice. I would recommend everyone with a pet go there to see what they have, and make sure you bring your pet with you, since the staff seem to really enjoy getting to meet new animals. The staff are knowledgeable in their products and have always offered great recommendations to help me keep my dog fit and happy.

We had a good experience at this location. The lady there was very kind and knowledgeable and gave us some samples to try. They carried the big containers of Rad Cat raw food at a cheaper price than Chuck and Dons. Definitely recommend and will return.

Cute little stand alone shop! The shelves are stocked with all sorts of dog, cat, and other animal goods. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you are expecting Pet Smart, you will be disappointed. If you expect a cute boutique, you will be pleased!

First time going in. I finally adopted a dog and have been wanting to check out this store. I love the location and that I can bring my dog inside. Small store but very friendly and helpful cashier who showed us around. I especially love the local treats.

I'm writing this review because it has to be written. I've been to Bone Marche a few times. It has become my last resort/out of convenience stop for my dogs. Actually, I should start by saying I have three dogs and have had up to 5 in my home at one time. Basically, I am trying to say I am not a novice dog owner. Each time I've shopped at Bone Marche one employee in particular treats me like it is my first day owning a dog, despite knowing I have a multi dog family. She educates me on the importance of games for dogs if they get bored (yeah, duh). She educates me on how to break up a dog treat and divide it between the dogs so they do not fight over it (who woulda thought?) or on how to change a dog's diet. Ok, I get it, she's trying to be helpful, but all I wanted was a bag of food. I don't need life lessons. Her lessons give the impression she thinks there is only one way to be a good dog owner, and that is her way and she needs to guide others to be like her. Just let me do my thing and leave.Nope. No more. Not going back.
