My experience was not good. The new pants I purchased began to fade in 1 month, as well as pocket stitching has failed. No reply was received after I sent email & voicemail to the shop. Finally, their shipping practices border on deceptive. You will receive a separate charge without knowing the price until after the order is shipped. It's obvious from other posters the shipping policy is not clear, even though the owner says it's clear. I highly recommend to the owners to purchase a different order fulfillment system. I work in distribution & believe their current system is quite old and much better systems are available in the market. I cannot recommend this business.

Ordered one pair of pants from them and received them in a timely manner and in good condition. Issue I have is their shipping costs policy. When I ordered, the shipping total was 0 (in the shopping cart) and they sent me an updated invoice after the order was complete and the shipping total was still 0. I checked my bank statement a few days later and realized I was charged 16.95 for shipping. I thought at first it was an error, but after contacting them, they stated it was correct. They stated in their policy, they charge after the order is placed. Even though they sent me an updated invoice a day later from when I ordered, with 0 shipping costs, I was unaware of the shipping costs until I found it on my bank statement. Be aware of what they will charge for shipping, as you won't know.

A week after I ordered, I had not gotten a shipping notification yet, so I tried calling the number. Several times, and no one ever answered. I sent an email and I got a one sentence response saying they were checking into it. I followed up via email and called several more times and got no responses. I then emailed stating I wanted to cancel my order. The response was this "It's gonna be kind of hard to cancel it, because they shipped out yesterday via UPS". As a business owner myself, I find this level of communication and customer service to be unacceptable. Don't have a phone number on your website, if you have no intention of answering it. Avoid ordering from this company.

They do very shady business here. They will show your shipping cost as $0 in the check out and have a clause that states “shipping will be billed after checkout”. Then a couple days later I was billed $20 for shipping on a pair of chaps. They have no transparency on what the cost will be at time of checkout and that is because no one would order if they knew it would be $20 for a basic small item.Farther more they try to defend this nonsense by saying the order states shipping will be billed after checkout. Which is very sketchy in the first place and obviously a tactic to prey on those who don’t regularly check their credit card transactions. Not a way any honest company does business, I will not be back!
