Terrible experience today guy at the self checkout kiosk wasn't there to enter code he was talking to the guy at the cigarette counter while I needed help and young lady at cash register was on her phone 2 feet away listening to the alarm go off just standing there no help either until asked by me after listening to alarm for who knows how long.

The prices are crazy high. If you get something that's bad (freezer burn or whatever) they don't care and will argue about it (I've only tried a couple times). I've lived in the community for 10+ yrs. This is the only grocery option within 20 min.

I was there at 1:30 this afternoon. Only one check out open. Three people in line. Went to the customer service counter. The older woman there was talking to another employee. Put five items on the counter. The customer service woman was standing at a angle to me. She then proceeded to turn her back to me and ignored me!!! This is Customer service??? This is why I hate this store!!!!

Their beef meat is pretty good. The guy on register today was cool too. The bagger was friendly and asked if she could bring our stuff to the car which I really appreciated. I should have taken her up on her offer but I think I’m superwoman. SMH. I had a rough start here because a cashier at this store didn’t know I could use an out of state ebt card but I found out at the isle store, I could!

Amazing Deals and High variety selections! I enjoy coming here to see the various isles of Food and drinks. The customer service here is phenomenal. Teals makes sure there is a sanitary environment as there are always workers cleaning. If you want groceries come here!!!

Walked through the entire store and was not greeted by a single employee. Didn't even acknowledge with a look. Produce was abismal at best. Discount meat was brown and unappealing. Prices were insanely high. Went through the checkout and the casheir didn't greet me either. The bagger just glared at me as I went through the line. Would not reccommend shopping here.

Was overcharged by the automated system. $10.09 for meat on sale for $3.99. A girl had to interrupt another girl who was just hanging with other teenage employees(?).When the 2nd girl was told about the problem, she stammered a bit and I led her to the display.I don't think she liked walking across the store just because I was in no mood to try arguing.We went back to the checkout machine and she went through hoops to change the price, slapped the package of meat down, and walked away... to go back to hang with her coworkers.Teals, you charge almost convenience store prices and are obviously not paying liveable wages.Someone cry me a river about how hard it is for small-town grocers to compete with big box grocery stores.

The employees are so friendly and kind. They have great food and a nice selection. I love their bakery! Everyone is very friendly. I forgot one of my bags and the cashier was kind enough to bring it out. I wish I had gotten her name. I always enjoy going to Teal’s.

Honestly like most people who work here, friendly staff and welcoming, but lots of kids do work here and goof around while working. Typically only buy items when they are on sale, coupons are good too. The prices are pretty high lately.

Very nice, clean grocery store. A bit pricey on some items. Produce looked great as did the fresh meats. At checkout the easier called for carry out assistance (I have a severely broken arm and am unable to use it) which I didn't request. If it's not standard practice to carry out the fact that the cashier noticed I could use help was great.

Not happy. I compared prices with other stores. OMG crazy. I only picked up 3 items my neighbor who is 84 she picked up several. Markup for sure.My neighbor needed to use the mobile shopping cart. When she was all finished I pulled up to front entrance and she came out only far enough to enter front seat.I proceeded to bring cart back in only to be met by a long dark hair woman who told me the mobile carts are not to be taken outside.She also stated it cost store $6000 to repair the mobile carts.We my neighbor stated she won't be shopping at Teals in Milaca MN again I agree I will not support a store who doesn't allow elders to take mobile cart out to entrance. Besides social security doesn't go far and way less shopping at Teals.God bless all the employees who have to tell customers please you can't take mobile cart outside of store to the entrance.

Some things may be a little more than we would like to pay. Great customer service is everything! And they have generally always nailed that! Our family will go where you are treated decent. Friendly small home town feel. Hello or a howdy in passing is VERY common here. Always a smile with great service! Great place for a younger ones first job too! They treat them like human beings and not young punks. They guide and teach them of a job, work ethic and to provide our community with exceptional customer service. Thank you Teals for being a pillar of Milaca!!

I will never ever shop here again!. Was told there is not one to cut meat as they are not over 18. Asked for a manager and got some kid who can't cut meat. Are you kidding me. I passed Princeton and Elk river. Don't stop here. I'm done shopping your store after 20 years

I went for a 3/$9-16.9 oz. bottles of Coca-Cola 6 packs & I REALLY liked their reusable bags, but when I inquired about them, the Employee said they no longer sell them, what a LETDOWN!!! I mainly shop for sales & they usually have VERY Good ones!!! 🤗

The store is very clean and well stocked but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Went through the checkout a short time ago said good morning to cashier got no response, waited for her to tell me my total, still got no response and finally wished her a good day still, no response. Aside from the poor customer service the store is very well maintained.

Staff is very helpful and usually friendly. Deli is a little pricey but good. I've been shopping here for twelve years and have always been well taken care of in terms of exchanges and/or returns.

The prices are high. Which I feel is because they are taking advantage of being the only grocery store here. But kwick trip has better prices for milk, ground beef, butter and eggs. So maybe that will bring them down a bit. Normally I love it. But they have a few rude employees and one really rude manager. I have heard they will ask you really personal questions if you have a service animal so be prepared to be embarrassed and explain why you have one or debate with them on the legality of it. I tend to drive an hour away for real groceries and use teals as a last resort.

There were only self check lanes open. This is too difficult if you have a cart full of groceries or children. I have no problem using them when I only have a few items. Had I not needed a few thing to complete a meal, I would have left my cart.
