I went in here, without ever going in here or having much experience with jewelry in general, I was looking for a cheeper option for a friend, but didn't really know what to get, but the worker was very accommodating and nice, the necklace I wanted had a really thin golden chain and I was worried about it being easy to break (cause the friend I was buying it for is sorta clumsy😂) so I asked if we could swap out the thin golden chain for a silver chain and to change the color of what was holding the amulet and hook to silver, and he did it within two minutes and lowered the price for me, this place is amazing, I would absolutely recommend

Had a cracked .75ct diamond centerpiece ring. They were able to replace with 1ct diamond in 2 days and cheaper than a direct diamond replacement compared to a St. Cloud store. Very happy with craftsmanship and price. Thank you

Amazing jewelers! I will never go back to Riddles jewelry for my jewelry needs. Had my ring fixed here and they cleaned and took all the scratches off for no extra charge. Very great price! My ring looks like new.

I stopped in to see if they offered ring cleanings. They not only did a great job cleaning my ring, they also tightened the prongs around the center stone free of charge. Highly recommend, very friendly staff.

Wonderful place! Got my ring resized the same day and even sized it again when I went to pick it up no issue (I have super tiny fingers!) The price was way beyond cheaper than any other place and everything is done in house (unlike the retail box/mall stores that send all items out). Plus they know what they are doing. It's a lost art. Also getting a bracelet clasp repaired and even though I said I was in no rush on that, they said 2 day turn around time.

He repaired and cleaned my wedding set and a ring passed down from my grandma. The woman was friendly and engaging i felt very welcomed the minute i entered the store. His work was amazing my rings have never looked better! He did so great im actually soon to be a repeat customer and daresay life long customer im just so pleased with the quality of the work, the pricing, and the turn around time only a cpl days and they were ready to go back on my fingers!

I brought in 3 rings to size. They were amazing and the rings are perfect. I had one ring with a lot of scratches and they were all gone. Will be back for sure. Also, all work is done on site and never leave the store. So so happy! You will not be sorry to bring your items to the as well.

My wedding band broke and unfortunately I brought it somewhere else first! They told me over $550.00 and wouldn't fix it on site, or they could solder it for $200.00 I didn't have the extra money so I chose the latter. Boy was I wrong!! It broke again less then a month later, expensive lesson learned! I then brought it in to Milaca jewelers and Ron took great care of my ring for much less than the other store and he did all of the work himself onsite it looks brand new!! I will never go anywhere else ever again!
