It's not the timely wait I want to talk about, but the uninhabitable conditions. The only good one we the one at the window. She was fine. The one with mask older tasting my blizzard was disgusting!! It took 3 people to get 1 flipping blizzard. The whole operation was disgusting!!!! I will never go back again. I'm a reg customer. I got my order gave it back to them told them INo thanks and left!!!!!!!

The food here is always good, and it usually has really friendly staff here. They just did a remodeling job here, but when I was there, after remodeling, the ceiling was leaking really bad during a rain storm. I think if they remodeled, they should’ve fixed the leaky roof. But other than that, it’s a nice place and it’s also nice to have a Dairy Queen in Mentor.

Went there this week for a lunch stop. The dine in was closed but the drive thru was open. We got 2 burgers for $4 and the chicken tenders. Burgers were a bit dry, but I wasn't expecting much. The tenders were also dry but great with the honey mustard sauce. We also got blizzards. I got chocolate xtreme and it seemed like not enough chocolate was mixed in, but still delicious! We ordered a lot of food and it only took a few minutes for us to get it all and there were no mistakes, so no complaints there! This DQ is a staple of Mentor MN and I hope it stays around for many years to come!Edit: went there today, they stayed open after hours to get everyone in the drive thru line served and my chocolate xtreme was flawless this time! The chicken tenders were a lot better the second time too!

Food is nothing special. The employees were kind and polite. Place was dirty with sticky surfaces and dead bugs all around. They recorded my order incorrectly then instead of REFUNDING the mistake made me pay for my side AGAIN. Told a member of my party they'd make her coffee then halfway through eating finally came to say they no longer do coffee.

Always like to stop here when I go to the lake. Been doing it since I was a kid. New look likes great only negative this time was the staff seemed to be all teenagers this time and they didn't seem to want to be there. The water dispenser wasn't working right and the costumers had to fix it themselves well workers just walked by and didn't help at all

A very good verity of food compared to most Dairy Queens with Chocolate Ice Cream and Mushroom and Swiss Burger's a good choice to stop for a quick bite to eat on your way through. I would recommend this DQ over any for it's atmosphere and employees.

Great place, good food, friendly people, its clean inside, they clean everything good. I stayed one night with my buddy and helped them clean up and they clean everything good. Everyone that works there are really nice! Highly recommended!

Dairy Queen in Mentor Mn didn't get our order right. We got the 1/3 cheeseburger meals and upgraded to small turtle pecan blizzards with extra chocolate. What we got was 2 turtle pecan blizzards with NO chocolate!!! We will not go back to Mentor Dairy Queen ever again!!!

Have ALWAYS loved this Dairy Queen!!! However, now my son thinks we need to stop after every fishing and swimming trip to Mentor (I think hes right😄)

Poor service. Waited in line for 25 minutes before order was taken..only 2 vehicles in front of us. Be careful about how much you are charged..major inflation of prices.
