Have ordered from them 3 times and each time something has gone wrong. They never let you know when an item is backordered and your left to call and sort it out. They do have great customer service and try to remedy the problem (which they have done each time for me). Perhaps noticing on your website that an item isnt available would solve many of the delay in shipping issues. Over all I enjoy ordering local but they need a better way to communicate to customers.

I ordered something the description was wrong meaning they didn’t say it was for large dogs. When my dog got the I dig he couldn’t play with it because he was too small. So I contacted customer service and they said I had to send it back on my own dime. I went to ups and it was going to be 57$ for shipping. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed and imply returns will be easy. It’s not, I have emailed called twice and each time they say the manager will call me back. Still waiting. It’s not like my dog doesn’t want to play with it, he is literally too small to play with it which was not explained in the description before buying this is not our fault. Please do better for the customers.

Never was contacted about my order, never received update emails or even a confirmation email but was charged. Then when I contacted customer service they offered no help until the accounting dept could arrive an hour later. If you order dog food, you just want to know it will be there, like chewy! Should’ve never trusted a new company

I have had only positive experiences with Muddy & Inca. They were the only place I could get my cat's prescription food when Royal Canin was dealing with shortages. I'm very confused with the negative reviews. They've been very responsive every time I've reached out and I haven't had any issues with shipments.

Very disappointed. I hate leaving negative reviews, but it would be irresponsible for me not to let other consumers know the issues you will run into with this company. I put in an order January 21st and have received ZERO correspondence. I have no idea if it's out of stock, on backorder, am I on a waiting list, did they cancel my order??? This is the 2nd time it's happened. If the item is out of stock why would the website still allow an order to go through??? It doesn't even make any sense. Sadly, I can see why their ratings are what they are. Moving on. I'm just going to have to find somewhere that can do better.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I had an issue with damaged product, sent a picture-& received a refund in 2 days. Customer service responded quickly & took care of the issue. I love Muddy & Inca!

Kali helped me place an order for rx pet food when I was at my wits end trying to find RC hydrolyzed renal cat food. Order shipped same day, recvd it in 2 days. Great experience!

They do NOT honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. If you want to take a chance and order from this company, do so knowing you may not be able to receive a refund on unopened, undamaged items you can no longer use.
