The staff is always very helpful. I’m currently doing massive amounts of renovation, and if they don’t have what I need in the store, they are always happy and eager to help me order it. On multiple occasions they have gone way above and beyond to save me a trip down to Aitkin or up to GR!

I called shortly before their closing time on Sunday afternoon. The woman in the paint dept verified they had what I needed. I explained I was 15 minutes away and would get there as quickly as possible, she said okay-- which I understood to mean they would give me a few extra minutes. I got there at 4:03 to be told they were closed and no one was in the store. Wasted a half hour of my time plus gas. Horrible customer service.
