John & Alex provided excellent service, offered numerous forms, and produce beautiful taxidermy. My first experience at MidAmerica was a simple red fox and I’m impressed with the results. The process takes several months, but John kept me updated on the expected completion date. Highly recommend Mid-America for polite hometown service and great taxidermy!

I have been to many fine, ultra-high quality and realistic taxidermists in Colorado and Mid-America Taxidermy in Mayer, MN is the most realistic, intricate well done and life like looking taxidermy creations I have ever seen. Really Impressive Work! Wow!

My dear pet bunny LuLu died and I wanted something special done with her. I called around to other taxidermy shops and no one would help me out with my dear special pet bunny. Mid-America Taxidermy got me her pelt, her lucky rabbits foot and her skull as a remembrance. An absolute fantastic job, awesome service, everything turned out way better than expected. Only place I will go for taxidermy! Great service, amazing detail and 1st class work. I've been burned by too many guys who do taxidermy in their garage. I would drive 5 hours to bring my critters to these guys.

Brad & Jon do great work. I have brought many animals to both of them and they all have all turned out great. They are easy to work with and always take time to go over details with you on the way you want your mount to look. I highly recommend Mid American Taxidermy.

I was a little bummed out when they moved to the new location. A little bit further of a drive for me. I went out there last week. The craftsmanship and customer service is second to none. I would drive 3 hours each direction just to use their services.

I shot a beautiful Specklebelly goose in Saskatchewan last fall and brought it to Mid-America Taxidermy as my regular taxidermist retired. I had a pose in mind with a picture of what I wanted. They did an amazing job. They are now my go to taxidermy shop.

Had a mount done on my buck in 2014. It turned out great! My dad had a buck done by Mid-America in 1982. It still looks great which was the reason I brought my buck there. They were even nice enough to green score my buck for me!

These guys absolutely nailed the look I was going for on my Mulie. Just dropped off my 2020 whitetail and can’t wait to see the results. They’ve done pheasants, waterfowl , fish and several deer for me and I couldn’t be more pleased. Best spot in the metro by a wide margin.

These guys do incredible work. I’ve had them do everything from coyote pelts to turkey fans and can’t say enough about the results. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a taxidermist.
