Today I was at Hobby Lobby and there was this mean nasty older woman in the checkout being just terrible to the workers and the manager stood up for the cashier and asked the woman to leave. It's great to see management that handles things so well. I was certainly inpressed.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My family doesn't let me go there by myself cause I spend too much money. Lol. Great for gifts and amazing for craft supplies

I absolutely love this store..I'm a quilter and the variety of fabric for me is endless. I shop at hobby lobby wherever I go. Love love love..Great prices, friendly staff. A definate must go!

When I returned items to the store, all with a recent receipt, the cashier put my return on a gift card instead of refunding my credit card. She said she couldn’t reverse the transaction once she had done it, despite me wanting the refund on my credit card. I am very frustrated with the experience.

The it's was good and pretty clean. However, they are doing a remodel, and I had a couple of issues with the asiles being blocked, and the gondolas are up on skates still kind of dangerous. And freight puild infront of merchandise we had to grab around.

On a Saturday morning, me and my mom went to this store. We did some shopping and had a few questions. We asked one of the employees a question and the manager rudely walked up to us and said "What?" like seriously how disrespectful. Then later on I asked the same lady if they had anything to drink like stores all over usually do. She rudely responded "Nope" and walked away. She was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I walked into that store with a good attitude and walked out with a bad one. Keep in mind that we did nothing wrong but ask a few questions. She couldn't even show us where something was. She was an older looking lady, very disrespectful will NEVER go there again.

The cashier reminded me about a coupon online for 40% off (heck yes, who doesn't love to dave money?!) at check-out, they were open on a day in which a blizzard was occurring and need I mention the plethora of modern goodies this place has!? I'm in love! 5 stars!

Seasonal items seem to change over a few weeks before actual holiday. They have quality goods and service, just plan a trip for holiday items at the start of that season, not a few days or week before the actual holiday. I've not found what I was looking for 3x now, a Halloween item, a Christmas item and an Easter item. I've learned my lesson and will need to shop earlier.

Nothing beats getting angrily glared at by a young, male employee for trying to console my child that tripped and fell. The attitude from him put a major damper on our visit, and we left with nothing.

Very nice. But I thought it was a little expensive especially when it comes to artificial flowers and artificial arrangements no matter how small or big arrangements were my opinion there were very expensive compared to going to like Walmart Michaels craft store or AC Moore's where things are a little cheaper and again that's my opinion but very very nice store

Prices are ok,but they stopped the 40% off coupons, o went very often to purchase items not on sale with coupon and always bought at least 45.00 more!! The % off sales are a game, mark it up to mark it down??? That's a old marketing scam but now they are lowering most prices on many many items,so that would help, they need a rewards plan!!
