My hot cocoa Oreo blizzard had fudge chunks, thin mint cookies and some Oreo, fries looked sad like they had been sitting from supper rush. Horrendously disappointed, I don't remember the last time this DQ got my blizzard right either, super frustrating doing any business here.Changed to a 1 star, messed up my blizzard again, and the response I got on the review was equally as bad as the service.Horrible experience all around, avoid this place if possible, very disappointed.

Brought one of my kids for lunch. Ice cream was wonderful! We got the chicken bite meal - only came with one ranch which is weird for the large order. But it was totally fine because the chicken was raw so we didn't use it anyway. Tried to for the fries and figured out they use twice as much Ranch seasoning as needed so I gave up and came home to cook lol. Hope you figure it out because both can be really enoyable!

I waited 20 mins for my blizzard. They didn't even have it on the screen. I am so disappointed I could cry. I just needed some ice cream. Would not recommend to a friend.I also came last week and ordered a double fudge cookie dough blizzard. And there was no fudge. It was literally white ice cream. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Food was good. Floors were sticky everywhere you walked. Tables were not cleaned. Then we left as soon as we can as they didn't have the fans on in the kitchen so the smoke was burning our eyes, etc. But I would totally drive through as the food was good.

Drive through service was terribly slow. Kitchen staff didn’t look like they had any idea what they were doing. We had to ask for our drink and refuse ice cream because we didn’t order any. While we waited for our food, the window attendant walked away to get his phone so he could play music while we waited. Will NOT be back. I wish we had gone to Burger King.

It was horrible, the gentleman at the register was rude, the lady who ended up helping me ( was very professional) with my ordered was off the clock I ordered 3 $4.00 meals. Before leaving I ask the cashier/cook who ever she was if all 3 fries was in the bag? She said yes..... When I went to eat there was only 2 fries. Would I recommend Marshall Mn Dairy Queen to anyone NO NO NO NO. WHY THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I have never had good service at this location. They need to retrain management and management should retrain their employees or stop hiring kids that have no idea how to deal with the public.

Went through drive through. Ordered a shake and asked if I could get a gift card. Was told they can't do gift cards at the drive thru. Needs to be done through another till. As I waited there were 5 people working. No customers inside or behind me in the drive thru. I asked if they could take my card to another till and purchase a $40 gift card. The young woman agreed to do this but made sure to tell me this is NOT how it's done. Got my stuff and left. Looked at the gift card and it's only $20. Maybe if she would not have been so put out she could have given me the $40 gift card I requested. Guess that NOT how it's done!

Very rude!! They're just talking and didn't even notice I was waiting. I can't express how disgusting I feel when I saw an employee pick his nose as he was ring up an order then he didn't wash his hands and he went handling drinks. First and last!!

I have never written a review before but I feel like I have to do one now. This place sucks. My brother was in town so we went to go get ice cream. He ordered chocolate chip mint ice cream. And the girl brought us ice cream that was neither chocolate chip or mint. So we tell her that this is not the right order. And she says it is. And we’re like no it’s not. So she goes back to make it and she pulls the flavor bottle from the trash and makes the ice cream. Mind you my husband is watching her this whole time so when she brings it up to the counter he tells her that you can not pull a bottle from the trash and put it in our ice cream. And she goes but I sanitized it. My husband is a cook so he is like that’s not sanitary at all. We asked for the manager and he gives us the money back and I was like you should know what your workers are doing. What she did was not sanitary or healthy. He looks up at me and says she is a manager too. Stay away from this place unless you want to pay for something that’s from the trash. I would give them zero stars if I could.

We had only two $6 lunches when we went through the drive-thru that we ordered. We were told to pull ahead for our food but not told where to pull ahead to, so we just went until we found another door. And then it took them 5 minutes to bring out our Sundays comma and 20 minutes for the food. When the kid that brought our Sundays came up to my car I ask if we should park somewhere else or go into Dairy Queen to get our food? And he said your food? And I told him we had to order food with the Sundays and he didn't even realize what we had even ordered. They don't know what they are doing and a very unprofessional. This is the first and last time I will not returning this restaurant. I have 6 years of fast food experience and you guys need more training for your employees.

Day shift gives you 2 gravy per 6 piece. Night shift, you're lucky they give you 6 pieces if you order them. If they happen to give you 6 pieces, there will not be 2 containers if gravy/ranch. Toss up is, don't go after 2p.

Its got good food an some great service. Service needs to be somewhat better. I was there last time an it was much better about 2 weeks ago in Marshall. The one in granite falls mn was really bad service last time I went. I hope they are much better in granite falls mn.The kids are welcome here an they do have treats for kids as well as adults.

Went there July 2nd because my grandson loves DQ. I ordered a chicken basket, it was way over cooked and the chicken was dried out. My wife ordered salad with chopped chicken, she said it did not taste very good....later.that night she had food poisoning (she is a microbiologist, she knows food pathogens). I gave it 2 stars instead of one because service was good and it was clean. This could have been a fluke....I hope so.

Short staffed like everyplace right now so expect the drive thru to be slow. Friendly service and we really enjoyed our Pumpkin Pie Blizzards, they were worth the wait.

Took 4 people to get me a large pop and 1 large slushy. There were @ least 7 ppl working. Didn't even get food cuz that would have been a 3 hour disaster. And from someone who has been a manager in the food service industryfor 25 years....I have never rated anyone so low. Not good orworth the 7$.

A friend and I visited the Dairy Queen and we ordered two blizzards. You advertise that if the employee doesn't flip the blizzard upside down it's free. Well the girl at the drive-thru did not flip the blizzard upside down and I asked aren't you supposed to flip them upside down or they are free. And she said oh no. No. Not free! So that made me very upset and I was wondering if that is a joke. Or do you just not go by that anymore??

Drive through order. Order was wrong. No napkins. Went back to drive through to provide disapproval. Watch as car ahead waited to order as people at window served the car ahead before taking their order. But had to wait as both admired dog in back. When i got to window i told manager of the cheeseburger was order without pickles but had pickles anyway and i did not get napkins and that i could believe the service i just saw. Answer.. we are understaff tonight.... told her that is not an excuse for wrong order and no napkins. I dont think she got it or cared.

How do you run out of Queso? It comes in a can, you open it, scoop it into cups, and refrigerate, microwave when needed. Either lazy kitchen crew or bad stocking.On a second visit, I asked what varieties of Treatzzas they had and was told to "come in myself and look". Absolutely terrible service.On a third visit now, they messed up a special request on 1 item out of a 3 item order.

It seems that prices have gone through the roof!!! A pop and cheese curds now costs over $7. And last week when my husband and I went there to get supper, the family size order of onion rings now means 6 onion rings!!! Seriously folks - 6 onion rings!!! And the gravy for my chicken basket was watery and no flavor. It'll be a LONG LONNNNNG time before we go back to the big DQ in Marshall for a treat! We have to stay in our homes, so a treat should be just that...a treat. Not robbery and disappointment.

I had called before and asked if they still were serving the oreo hot chocolate blizzard and they said yes I came here with 2 friends and my boyfriend ordered the grilled chicken salad with no tomatoes came with tomatoes. Paid for a oreo hot chocolate blizzard and I get a plain oreo blizzard. I was very disappointed the cashier he was very rude

Food was good. We waited 15 minutes inside to get our order taken and we were the only people there.The whole time we ate we had to listen to foul language coming from the kitchen very loudly. I won't go again.

Really enjoy this service I give it a 5-star rating because one of their employees their her name is Maria she is very kind funny and energetic she seems like she is a great employee there the first time I met her she was coming outside to bring my food but whole time I didn't know it was my food and she didn't know it was my food it was funny medicine Stan we just laughed about it I really liked her customer service skill and also there honey BBQ basket chicken strips are really good juicy not too hard the fries and they did your basket really nice so I really like it

Worst service I've had at a Dairy Queen in my life. I had to say my order three different times. Waited a half hour... In the drive thru and try still got it wrong... On top of that the worker that handed me my food... Was eating the food when I received it! Terrible and will never be back.

Went to DQ to satisfy my craving of a chicken strip basket. Well let's just say it was more disappointing. Chicken was cold and tasted old. The gravy was either watered down or just did not have flavor. The floor was sticky but everything else looked clean. I just guess DQ is not what it used to be.

Very poor service, had to wait 25 minutes for our food and that was after I asked where our food was. Definitely will NOT be going back to this Dairy Queen.
