Excellent small town meat shop. New ownership, new cleaner look to the store, still have our favorites though - their Award Winning Honey Bacon (sounds strange but is amazingly good) and their Grand Champion Smoked Weiners. So very good - we drive 20 miles there just for those two things!

The Butchery donated to our son's Cub Scout Pack for a fundraising event. We had hot dogs and bratwurst with the scouts for lunch, it was delicious so I thought I'd check out their business.The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable. I picked up some of their Colorado jerky to try & stuffed chicken breast to grill for dinner. The quality was wonderful, we will definitely be repeat costumers and recommend this business to others.

What a hidden gem. Saw a bunch of happy staffers selling stuff in the tent at the ice fishing derby last February, and decided to go back again - place has been remodeled, selection improved, and smiles from behind the counter. I recommend the marinated chicken breasts for grilling.

I just had the brisket bacon mac pot pie and I think total I had 2 slices of brisket. In the whole pie... Which was the best thing in there... For $20. If you guys loaded it up with more It would be crazy good. And I'd pay more if I knew there was a lb of brisket in there. Good job choosing Penne noodles they were still delicious after reheating. I really think this could be a sensational pot pie but you can't leave us looking for the good stuff.

Spectacular service! Its driving distance from the west metro and no crowds to contend with. The meat shortage has not made it here yet. Great cuts,fresh product and a very friendly owner. Apparently a new owner. We will be going here regularly from now on. Stopped in after going to the "corporate" looking Petty's in Annandale. This is 15 minutes closer and had product that one would expect for an old school meat market. Very grateful for the business.

I’m so disappointed in the bacon. What happened to it. It was the best bacon anywhere. I bought a pound on Friday and it was bad bad bad. No meat and just cooked down to nothing small strips. I don’t what you have done or changed but you should stop and go back to what it was before. What I got was worse than the cheapest stuff I could get from cub foods. Please go back to the good stuff. I’ll try one more time and if it bad again I won’t be back sorry to say. You have a good thing going don’t mess it up by going cheap on the bacon.

Good pricing! I was very happy with my wild game processing. They had everything done in less than two weeks and it tastes awesome! The beef summer sausage is top shelf too.

I was so excited about a local meat market - not to mention, purely local. I got bacon that basically dissolved due to all of the fat, and excitedly bought Bridgemann’s ice cream for $8.99 (yes-1pint) that was freezer burnt. If you are from ‘up nort’ you would understand the excitement of that brand. No one should ever spend that much on ice cream or meat unless you are a tourist#😵

Best Jerky I've tasted since having my Auntie's homemade 20 years ago. Taste and Texture Perfect!!I have also had the smoked Turkey...Delicious!!...Way to go Leroy....~Tipsy.... :)P.S.I just want to put my "2 cents in" on the previous comments about "Attitude".. Listen, I've known this Family for many years... Not everyone is "bubbly and chatty".. They are a straight forward, blue collar, hard working family with a lot of experience in the Meat business.I think it would maybe be a good idea to, "ask" for what you want if you were not satisfied. Just a thought. Thanks

Our favorite place to get brats... they're absolutely delicious. In my opinion, much better than other meat shops I've been to. My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar brats. Their smoked meat sticks are the bomb too!

Stopped in for something to grill tonight. Garlic chicken is excellent. I picked up their jerky for the wife and she says it one of the best she's had . A great place with friendly staff. Will be returning again.

Fantastic products. Had a deer processed and it was fantastic. You need to debone the deer yourself but I was able to process the entire deer alone in about an hour--watching Youtube videos helps to know how to do it. I also bought other products such as blood sausage fantastic!

On Friday July 22nd Was here before was good but I am here right now at 5:52 and he saw me and locked the doors and they close at 6 2 other Customers where also there. Food good but will not go again because of this what a horrible service showing customers are not important

i bought pork chops ,hot dogs and hamburger,the dogs and burger were ok but the chops were terrible ,full of tendons and very little meat on them.i live in buffalo and will continue to purchase my meats in kimball at knaus sausage house,far superior to the butchery!!!!!!
