Talk about service! My wife and I went in to get a snowblower and because I know nothing about them I was hoping I could get some help. A man named Kurt Jonas took the time to explain all of the different models and their individual capabilities and then qualified my specific needs so he could make the best possible recommendation to tackle the city plow drifts at the end of my driveway issue that I deal with. The whole ordeal felt great; the staff looked cheerful and excited to help, the recommendation appears to be perfect and was perfectly priced (didn't try to upsell or anything goofy!) and to top it all off, when I realized I wouldn't be able to fit it in my vehicle, he delivered it to my house on his way home from work and showed me everything I need to do with it while it's a blizzard outside. 12 month financing for a $50 gift card you can pay off right away too so we also got a deal. Thank you Kurt and M & M! I'll be back for a leaf blower come spring for sure!

Top notch service, I would not buy my mower or lawn tools anywhere else. Also needed blade sharpening ASAP have the hardware store took too long. Helped me out again on the spot.

I went here yesterday looking to shop local and get a couple of parts we needed for our lawn equipment. While I was able to get one product for our weed whip, I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. I needed a lawn mower belt for our rider. After giving the brand and model number, and confirming the deck size I was told I could not be helped with out the aerial number Previous visits to home depot and menards I NEVER needed this. The salesman even said that he has been accused of being difficult before, but that way he can confirm he gives the right product. I left without getting the belt, and went to Home Depot and got the belt without issue, without serial number and without a dissatisfied experience.This was not my first time in the store and had a similar experience he first time. I hoped it was a one time occurrence, but seems to be how things are handled there. Will not return
