Why has this store keeps getting worse especially in the last 2 weeks. Rumor in town is that the assistant manager walked that was a mistake she's the only one that did anything around there and her husband was always there stocking shelves even though he wasn't a employee. They're constantly opening late in the mornings. And I would really like to know where they find their managers because every time you go in and if you walk by the manger or talk to him he smells like alcohol even at 9:00 in the morning if he is there on time. I'm done going to the store and I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Buffalo because you can't count on the store. A lot of us were excited in town when the store opened because we thought finally we had somewhere that we could go but it's been a constant letdown since they opened

This store is NEVER open. Stopped last week — closed, stopped this week and still closed with the same “registers down” sign on the door. Hot garbage.

I don't even want to give it one star anymore. Its bad enough you post your modified hours as 8-5 and your open only 2 maybe 3 days a week. Now I go to your store at 4:50pm and your apparently closed. You locked the doors early. You have customers in line abs other customers still shopping and 3 cars pull in the parking lot but your lazy staff decided to lock the doors early. Nice.... NOT. YOUR ONLY OPEN MAYBE 3 DAYS A WEEK. Just do everyone in the neighborhood and lock your doors and shut the store down. It's so frustrating to run to the DG to get milk and the store is closed 95%. It use to NEVER be like this. This is ridiculous.

Why are they still open? Never open during the modified hours they post on their door and then when you go there they get mad and crabby at you just for asking if they are open. (And I'm not talking minutes before "close" I'm talking hours)

The staff are always helpful when I am looking for something specific. Always willing to give a quick friendly chat while I am checking out. Recently I asked is they have any disinfectant wipes(that you cannot find anywhere during the pandemic). And the manager hooked me up with a few that were in the back. They have alway treated me like a valued customer. Thank you.

I just went into the store tonight spent maybe five minutes in the store. While walking through I saw a man without a mask none to be found. Then went up to the counter to pay for my items and was greeted by a cashier who doesn’t have her mask covering her nose and another woman with no mask on and invading my space not even giving me my 6 feet. I will never shop at the dollar general again. The manager should be ashamed of themselves if they cannot even get the staff to follow the mandated masks and protect their customers.

They had toilet paper! Came home from a trip and no store in my area had tp so was thankful when a coworker told me to go to this store. They were running low too but still have some if you need.

This little store is a lifesaver. It's so nice to not have to go all the way to Buffalo or pay insane gas station prices for essentials. Love when they have deals on 12 packs of pop.

I really like DG, It is a quick in and out and they had EVERYTHING I NEEDED!! Today it was tissues, TP, migraine pills and cigarette lighters. I can't take time to look for other things because I find it hard to breath with a mask! By the way, THANK YOU FOR PUTTING A DG SO CLOSE TO ME!!! about 1/2 mile!!!

Pretty much all the essentials, and mostly all at a decent price. If you're looking to buy name-brand stuff, they MAY have it, but.. why? Go to Target and let us poor people shop in peace!

Maple lake is lucky to have this place....reasonable prices and get $5 off $25 purchase on most Saturdays... Friendly help... Great selection of needed items in easy to access setting....

I dont understand why everytime I'm here. All but one employee is either on phone taking a personal call while there is a huge line. Or that I have to wait at counter forever before someone comes to help.
