ROCT Outdoor - purchase/shipping experience and quality of their products 5 out of 5! I purchased the Floral Bunny Dog Toy, the Mallard Dog Toy, and the Trailhead Padded Dog Leash w/ Heel Handle (Blue). My dog Elvis loves the Bunny toy -- it is one of his favorites! The Mallard Dog Toy and the Leash - I gifted to my sister, who has a big ole' Bernese mountain dog (Petey)- he loves the toy and my sister is a huge fan of the leash - the Heel Handle is a life safer to keep a good supportive grip in certain situations (Petey does like to jump up and pull his weight around when he sees other male dogs). I highly recommend ROCT Outdoor - I will be purchasing again soon - Elvis turns 9 just before Christmas :)!
