I CANNOT say enough good things about my Chuck & Don's location in Maple Grove, MN. The staff are ALWAYS helpful and encouraging! Having just adopted a rescue puppy after losing my 14 year old best friend 2 years ago, I needed ALOT of help and advice. Starting over after about 15 years AND with a 5 month old puppy with no history is quite an undertaking!! Special shout out to Ken for all of his experience and recommendations on food and to Kelly for spending the time as well to talk about raw food - it's good to know ALL the options and to know what to research. Other staff has weighed in with flea/tick natural options and even dug through the bin in the back to find little 6lbs Miss Judy a sweater since the weather here decided to revert back to WINTER!!! UGH! I COULD NOT being doing this without the support of all of the kind pet lovers at my store. You ALL make a difference everyday and I hope you know how much we appreciate you as your loyal customers! Keep up the AWESOME work guys and gals! Maple Grove Chuck and Don's is the best. I get my dog's food, treats, snacks, and toys. They have special cookies, real meaty treats, and a variety of food choices. They are my one stop shopping experience. Their rewards program is a great way to get free product for frequent shoppers. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Briella was an absolute delight! My French Bulldog is rather picky, so I had a million questions about the best food to switch to and needed recommendations. Briella had a ton of great recommendations and I left with three different bags and a ton of confidence that my Frenchie will finally fatten up!

Awesome extra help from employees Brielle and Bella on Feb. 7th. I bought a new dog collar for my pup. They both spent extra time and care helping me find the matching leash on line since stock was out on the item. Great girls!!!

My Mini Schnauzer Stella almost died in 2022 and my vet prescribed gross canned food for her that she wouldn't eat. My 1st day at store I had a million questions. This pet store has such knowledgeable and helpful people. I was in search of new dog food for my 10 month old fur baby. I shared my puppy/food saga with the store mgr. She listened. She asked questions and then made a recommendation, stella & chewys raw blend. She even shared the story about how/why the company was started.I brought the food home and my high maintenance puppy ate every last morsel and came asking for more. He seemed so happy! I mixed some in with my other dog, (who will eat anything), regular food and she picked out the new food and left her old. She also came asking for more of the good stuff!The dogs reaction sealed the recommendation for me! None of this would have happened without the store manager listening and asking questions to find a good match for my fur babies.Thank you so very much for your help!

I have only been to the MG location 1 time, and now I go to the Blaine Pheasant Ridge loc because it is much closer. 1 Sunday a month, they offer nail trims for dogs between 11-2 pm. It is really reasonable and I love this feature because I can bathe and cut his hair at home, but he won't allow me to trim his nails! And while I'm there, I can get whatever I need between my monthly food spending! Thank you for your thoughtful assistance!
