We bring our pit bull mix in for nail trimming and grinding and Kayla is wonderful! The staff are kind to our worried pup and show care and consideration. The facility is always well staffed and has very convenient hours. We usually don’t have trouble getting an appointment within a week. The nail trim appointment is so quick and easy. We will definitely keep coming here!

I have taken my dog their to get groomed, nail trim, self wash on a number of occasions. Never a bad experience. The nail trim was the fastest ever. Love their tubs and their groomers are the best!

I hope to give this store zero star! We live in Maple grove area, this store is convenient for me and my husband to wash our puppy nearby. But it’s so frustrating! We join the autopay $25 every month for dog walk-in self-wash. They changes their hours without noticing customers, they reject us to come in even one or two hours earlier than the closed hour shows on Google and the hours showing on their front door!! It happened several times in the past 6 months! When we asked the reason, they said different excuses and never make sense to us! We never know when this store closed, maybe 4pm or 5pm? I think it all depends on different staff who is working on that day. We seriously consider to cancel the membership with them.

We always love to support small businesses! Our gal pepper ran off thismorning and got into some nasty swamp water. Same day appointments are hard to come by, so we opted for the self wash option. We had everything we needed there from shampoo and conditioner, a nice little wash tub, brushes, towels, and a high powered drier. I didn’t realize we could get ear cleaner or cologne since we weren’t told, but still happy overall. We have 4 dogs and we will use them again.Many reviews say $27 is a lot for doing it yourself, but you are using their equipment, their plumbing, their facility, insurance, brushes and you get your own unlimited amount of shampoo and conditioner, etc. plus they clean the mess! I was happy to pay the $27 and we still tipped because, well, I don’t have to clean my house after! Win win !Plus my kiddos were able to help and they thought it was great

I'm shocked there are so many positive reviews for this salon. I was lied to about the experience both the salon and groomer had for my specific breed, misinformed about the cost, not told there was an upcharge for "sanitary grooming" which including minimal trimming around my puppy's face and genital areas. When I reached out to management they were apologetic but didn't try to rectify the situation or offer an sort of compensation. I paid $90 for a 45 minute apt for my puppy to get bathed and minimally trimmed. Ridiculous. I would not recommend and will not be going back. Also, I RARELY write reviews but this was too important not to share with others.

Great first experience with washing my dog here. Helpful and friendly staff, spacious environment. They have everything you need to keep your pup looking and smelling great...even doggie cologne! Slight tick because I wished the dryers were heated, or had adjustable heat. We will be back!

My baby Snoop Dougg always come out looking fresh and clean! It's worth every penny to have someone wash your dog when he's such a big boy. The prices are lower than the vet's and BP is much quicker. Anna does an amazing golden retriever grooming and cut.

Bubbly paws makes it so easy and fun to wash my big dig. They’re always so loving and I appreciate that I can get his nails trimmed at the same time. Bath time may not be my dog’s favorite, but I love going to bubbly paws!

Amanda is a wonderful groomer. We bring our Keeshond to her on a regular basis due to her knowledge and expertise with the breed. We were directed to her by another Keeshond owner, informing us that she has experience preparing Keeshonden for show. We have never been disappointed.The Maple Grove Bubbly Paws is clean, well lit and while we do not use the self-wash tubs, it is wonderful to know that they are present if we do not have the time for a full grooming session.

I have only used the self-serve dog wash here. The tubs and blow-drying rooms are always clean and there are plenty of towels and aprons. I have used several other dog washes that I could not say the same for.

Great experience! We have an Aussie Shepherd Mix and he has A TON of hair. We got the grooming package with the deshedding service. I expected it to be a 45min appt but was happily surprised to hear it would be closer to 90 mins; felt like they took their time and did it right. Oh man did they do it right! Now, this is our first time ever doing this in the 6 years but here are a couple things we loved and will keep us returning:- Poncho loved it! Was even trying to keep playing with the groomers vs running out of there. (He is timid and scared of loud noises)- He looked like a whole new dog! (Wow did the deshedding work)- Clean environment! (With all the hair and such, baths out in the open, etc I expected it to be a little less tidy.- They educated me on a great brush to use in between services. We bought the brush and it's everything she said it'd be.

Brought in our pup today. She was filthy, dirty, and stinky. Got her all cleaned and dry for $25 and I didn't have to clean up. I imagine we left the tubs clogged and her grime on the walls, but you'd never know because they keep it so clean after each use.

I am in town visiting with my pup from Dallas, TX. I took her to a dog park that has a pond and needed to give her a bath. For self wash, I’m used to paying anywhere from $10-15. It was my fault I assumed that would be the price because at the end, it costed me $30! For $30 I expect more than 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and a few brushes. I have paid $15 at another self wash place that also offered complimentary ear cleaning supplies, perfume/cologne, and paw protector. If I knew it was going to cost based on my dog’s weight, I would have gone somewhere else. I was really looking for a reasonable place that is self wash because my dog will swim again and she’ll get another bath this week. Also, the dryer is in another room and no towels are provided in there. Also wished the dryer was warm heat versus cool. I tried to pay with cash but was told they might not take cash so I used my card. I just wished there was transparency so I knew up front.

This is by far the BEST grooming place. They are kind, patient, and understanding with all the different dogs they see daily. I highly recommend taking your pet to this location. The prices are not as high as others but definitely worth the price.

We have been going to Bubbly Paws (in Msple Grove) for a couple years now and love the friendly staff. We know our goldendoodle, Hank, is always in good hands and loved by all. We appreciate our groomer, Anna, taking the time to meet with us on his haircut each time and give recommendations. She is very patient with Hank too. It’s pricey to get his haircut but quality + friendly staff + talented/kind groomer is well worth it! We always walk out so happy with the haircut. Thank you, Anna & Bubbly Paws!

They always have a tub open for me to bathe my 40 lb terrier mix. This includes shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning liquid, towels and a blow dry! We are in and out in 20 minutes! It takes me longer to clean my bathroom if I bathe him at home!! They are very reasonable! <3

My dog Lily received the best cut by Kayla! Lily was fairly matted and Kayla was able to keep most of the hair on her face and tail long. Overall great experience 10/10 will be back!
