Came here for breakfast after my daughters swimming lessons in Kasson. Lovely atmosphere, nice and cozy. Delicious food: we had breakfast. I had an omelette (WITH GLUTEN FREE TOAST!!!!!!!!!!) and she had a waffle with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Great prices, kind staff. Will come again. Thank you!!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids books in wicker basket near couches.

Very, very cozy. Tasty food, simple coffee, and reasonable prices. My vegetarian omelette exceeded my expectations. Don’t overlook this business!

Not the greatest for a vegetarian but otherwise very quaint setting. I had 3 cheese panini but the bread tasted a little weird (like it was cooked with meat). Staff were friendly and they do have plenty of meat options. The atmosphere is as quaint as a Hallmark movie small town scene.

Got the beef pho, chicken pad thai and chicken fried rice. Went on the recommendation of a friend through a friend. Pleasantly surprised, would order again. Website seems to be a work in progress and varies from the take home menu that I picked up in store. They seem to post fairly frequently on their Facebook pages with specials and pictures of the food. No online ordering, but calling in an order was simple with friendly staff.

My husband and I were in Byron, asked a very nice lady for a recommendation for lunch. She suggested your place. I had a ham and cheese omelet, and it was the best one I’ve ever had. No exaggeration. I look forward to going back. It was a little bit of a wait for the food, but believe me, it was totally worth it!

I was there a few weeks ago with a friend. We didn't realize they didn't have waitresses so sat at the table waiting for a menu when finally a customer told us we had to ask for menus at the register and pay when you order. My friend ordered an omelet and there was hardly any meat in it and there was hardly any flavor. I wanted a cheeseburger but you can't order a cheeseburger with a bun it had to be a panini. When it came I wanted some ketchup once again another customer had to tell us we had to go to the register and ask for it. There was absolutely no seasoning on the food it was bland and tasteless and the only thing thst comes with the panini is kettle chips nothing fried no French fries and no choice of any other kind of chips only 1 choice kettle chips. Will not return

We have always enjoyed their breakfast selection, sandwiches and especially the desserts (bread pudding is a favorite!). So happy the new owners have incorporated some Asian dishes as well. The Pad Thai is fabulous and Fried Rice was very good! Their website is under construction so call to ask about their Asian dishes and please be patient with the staff. They are new and still learning the menu. As we all know, the service industry is suffering a great deal right now, many unable to fill positions at all. Lets give them a break. Pho was recently added (can't wait to try it!). Owners say they are looking to change their hours by January 2022 to extend into the evening. If you have kids who don't want pie or cookies, you can take them to the Chocolate Shoppe across the street for candy or ice cream (best ice cream!).

Very quaint little coffee house with affordable breakfast cooked right. They serve breakfast all day. The lunch items are priced a little too high for my taste but the atmosphere right up my alley. Limited hours but this is normal for a small town breakfast/coffee shop. I normally get tea so I cannot attest to the quality of the coffee.

Having eaten here recently, I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the food. It was delicious, and fresh. I had a raspberry and white chocolate scone, with coffee, and an omelet. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and customers feel welcome to sit and talk with no rush to leave. It has a homely feel you don't normally experience when going out to eat. The menu has a variety with specialty coffees, smoothies, and ciders. Depending on the season. The fresh baked goods changes from day to day however all are wonderful choices. There is also outdoor seating facing the park.

Very cute and well cared for! I had an omelette and a carmel latte. It was a delicious breakfast at a decent price. Will definitely go back again and again. Next time to try their lunch.Update: Went for lunch. The pad thai and spring rolls are great!

After the disappointment of the Hubbell House being closed for lunch, we noticed the Coffeehouse across the street. It's a pretty little place with friendly old oak furnishings, and an "order at the counter" menu of hot drinks, breakfast and lunch specials available all day. We opted for breakfast and enjoyed an omelet and traditional bacon & eggs, all with multigrain, hot buttered toast. Tasty & well prepared. Nice to see staff respecting their clients health by masking and making sure things are as clean as possible, even when so many nearby places have let down their guard. Will definitely come again.

Contrary to the last reviewer who obviously had one bad experience and projected it onto every apparent meal, the County Seat has not changed from its welcoming atmosphere and their excellent menu. The new owners have taken great care in the continuity of the experience and have maintained their regular customer base, as I am one of them. It still has great food, it still has great coffee and pie, it still is a place that I want to sit down and read a book. The aggregate of Google reviews will affirm this reviewer. And, of course, as a bell curve goes, the mean skews heavily toward four stars or above and a disgruntled customer's one star review should be thrown out.

Chocolate chip pancakes were good. The rest of the food not so good. Not nearly enough flavor and honestly the service isn’t very good in difficult situations. My order was confused with some else’s order so when I arrived I paid for the wrong order which included 4 blended coffee beverages which I hadn’t ordered. I decided to wait for my order to be made because that person walked in shortly after me and I was understanding. The lady in the back had a very aggressive tone due to the obvious frustration and then made me pay for two additional sweats (that I did not want because she said I owed 2 Bucs or so and they can’t take card payment less than five Bucs) I ended up paying closer to 50 Bucs for 2 orders of pancakes 1 order of French toast eggs 1 slice of ham 2 sweats, hash browns and did not receive the 4 blended beverages that I had paid for, honestly I’ll probably never go there ever again. So as long as everything goes as planned I’m sure it’s a nice place.

This place is so great, the new family that took over added in some new Asian dishes like Pho and Ramen which are both phenomenal. It's so great to have a place like this in town.

I tried the pad Thai last week and it was easily the best pad Thai I've ever had. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the owner (Sakhan) went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend checking this place out.
