Love the store ,but I can't use the app when in or near the store. Can't even let them know I am here for my pick-up orders or make an online return. This has only been the last three weeks or so. WalMart personnel tell me I must have gotten a new phone, but I have had the same phone for years

Many empty cash registers open, and long lines of people waiting to pay for their goods today. Employees just standing around doing nothing!! I asked one employee, "Why don't you open up more check out cash registers?" I was told to mind my own business!! Their are so many employee's wondering around this store who can't even speak English. They can't even help you with a simple question. It's ridiculous!! I'm done shopping at this location. It's sad that Walmart won't even help the customers anymore.

The new registers are junk. The old layout was better. Do you expect me to come here 3x a week just to get my shopping done? Can't fit everything on the table when scanning.

They totally screwed up our grocery order three weeks in a row. The first week the driver delivered $200 worth of groceries to the wrong address and delivered someone else’s stuff (not food) to us. The week after they delivered spoiled meat and rotted lettuce and green beans. This week every last bit of the meat we ordered for meals this week was not delivered. It was as if the driver skipped a couple bags (he probably delivered them somewhere else). When I spoke to the store with the delivery that never came, the employee couldn’t have cared less. I tried to call back to the store to speak with their manager on duty. Nobody would answer the call at their switchboard. It rang and rang and rang. After jumping through hoops for about 20 minutes I finally got through to someone at corporate. They at least cared and did what they could to rectify the situation (which is what the local store should have done). We are done with Walmart. We spend close to $1000/mo there on food. No more. They just lost us for the foreseeable future. Losers.

Store is due for upgrade it is getting but over full garbages in lot with trash blowing all over is unexcusable. Toilet paper holder was duct taped together and to the wall in womans restroom. No paper towels in there. Only 1 person checking out guests. Line for that one person was 6 deep. Had to self check out over $250 in food myself and get 2nd cart to put items in. There is no reason for this at 10am on a Monday.

Ridiculous! Hate the new set up in the store. If you plan on someone else checking you out, you better plan on being there a while. Only two ways to get into the cashier space. Very convoluted and difficult for people who have a hard time walking.

I always meet the nicest people and they help me with everything if I can’t find something or chase down my son! Sometimes they can’t find him because he’s always helping out! :)Since my son works here I have the privilege of having each person tell me every time how awesome and hard working he is!That is enough to make me want to brag about every single time I get to give him a hug!Sometimes I’ll leave notes and cookies on his truck! Lol 😂I have to say this one goes above and beyond to help customers.One sweet man was saying he lost his cane again and couldn’t tell his wife so they gave him one!Honestly humbling to see the genuine kindness which is shared there touches me!Some staff should be retired but still working because as Veterans not given what they deserve!We need to change this 💜💙❤️✝️🇺🇸

Went there for my first time with my mom, and was accused of stealing and hounded by 4 associates the entire time harassing us during our whole checkout process… I worked for Walmart for a long time at a few different locations and I’ve never seen this type of behavior from employees towards customers EVEN IF THEY WERE STEALING…How can you let your employees treat people like that? We didn’t even get to the self checkout and instantly getting hounded by 3 associates including one of them being AP and she made it 10000x worse. Absolutely disgusted. Mankato Walmart makes me never want to step foot in there again. And of course… they won’t be punished and this post will probably get dismissed because it knocks your ratings down. Awful…

Store was messy, some shelves were bare. Employees not friendly at all. They are in the middle of renovating the store. Employee driving the lift wasn’t paying attention and almost ran me over with the machine because he was driving so fast.

New checkout is a complete nightmare. This location has gotten rid of almost all vegetarian options to the point you best shop somewhere else. Hope this helps save you some time.

Be prepared they're moving things around in the store, changing regular located, updating, still not really happy with self-service checkout. This place is always full of Mankato the parking lot is full be careful

Tried to cash my settlement check that I received from my lawyer's office. It was $1,200, not even a large amount of money. I've had paychecks larger that I've cashed at Walmart. They had me sign the check to run it through the machine to tell me that it's denied and they won't cash it. So now any other place I'm going to to try to cash it won't cash it for me because it's already signed.

Pre Covid was great now it's a dump... Half the time shelves are half stocked, messy floors.Pallets of food on the floor waiting for employees to put away..many many times I've noticed employees just messing around with no sense of urgency to do their work.. in my opinion I think the upper management needs to come and take a walk through....unless of course they are okay with it...I'd rather spend more money with stocked shelves and clean floors somewhere else such as Cub foods or Hy-Vee!!!!!!

I found most everything I needed. The main thing this store is lacking is enough help. When you find someone to ask for help you are told "that's not my job, you will have to ask someone else ". That's no way to run a business.

Wal-Mart is the one stop easy place to go for good prices. Be careful cause the one in Mankato is busy most of the time. Also note that they do NOT take items back all the time. Wal-Mart refuses to take back any grocery items for a return even if the item is in a sealed container and not expired. Wal-Mart should spend some money for empathy training for their rude staff. There are some nice ones but some are just plain rude.

I really don't appreciate going through the entire store alone, can never find an employee, just to get past the checkout and have to wait for someone to check my receipt to make sure I didn't steal $8 worth of toilet paper, or a $2 gallon of water. Also the checkouts are GOD AWFUL. It's a mystery every time whether or not they'll work or accept your card. Also, the checkouts have never accepted my BioLife card (just in case you wanted to use yours at Walmart) you can't. You have to wait at least 30 mins to an HOUR to get into cases, or to get help at self checkout. Even then there's no guarantee that they'll actually know how to help you if at all...

Place is a cluster fk,disorganized, no cashier's and only self checkout that loves to decline cards and say you didn't pay for stuff when you did, and then staff wants to hold you until the police arrive, this didn't happen to me but it happened to a friend of mine who I have known for years and I know he would never steal or intentionally rip them off.

I changed my mind about this store. Still solid on the gluten free selection but I’m a little worried that getting a lobotomy done is a requirement for working here. So many employees here are glued to the phones, I’ve even had one walk straight into me. And their giant carts they use to stock the shelves and do online orders just take up the isle and create so much unnecessary traffic.

I recently ordered glassed. Frames and lenses. The first pair was not correct, so they did do a remake. The remake was still off. I could see rainbow outlines, kind of like halos. The supervisor told me there was nothing more they could do for me other than a full refund. I said I would try to work with them and if I could not acclimate, I would return them. I went in on Sunday 10/8/23 to get an adjustment. Their hours said they were open until 5, but it was closed when I got there shortly after 4. I did some shopping and when I was checking out, I noticed it was open again, this was about 4:40.I went there for an adjustment. She tried a total of 4 times. Before the 4th one, she said "just so you know this will be the last adjustment because it is 10 to five and I need to close." She was the only one working that I could see. The adjustment still was not correct. She did not ask how it was or how it felt. She was done. Worst customer service experience ever. If you want a place that cares how your glasses look and feel, do not shop here! They care more about closing than taking care of their customes.It is considered a discount store, but that does not mean that they should treat their customers poorly.She was well aware of my issues prior to this adjustment as she is the one that referred me to the supervisor the day before.I did take them back today for a refund. ZERO questions were asked about why I was returning them.I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

When I went shopped last time on aisle A13 I found a lot of Products like Foster caster expired since April 2019 and marshmallows are expired since 2018 . And much more, I feel this is a careless from the management about people life and health . They need to handle the responsibilities about that. At the end the manager of the store need to follow up and make sure everything in his store are good not expired ‘’ THIS IS PEOPLE LIFE AND HEALTH’’ and should be accounted about that. Regardless the other employees whom responsible about that.
