CLOSE YOUR DOORS - DO EVERYONE A FAVOR IN THIS TOWN!Top Walgreens management : you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing the pharmacy, of all places, to be ran by a street beater - call it carrot top or maybe pop-a-top... either way you have had narcotics being "mis-placed" and never found!Every time I've been there has been a total nightmare. Multiple customers in line are upset. Your turnover is like kicking rocks.Keep up the good work and keep turning over because we need ALL new management!You really need to start looking into doing better background checks of your top pharmacists. Sure' knows how to trick you. You have no idea who's running your store and how they are taking you for everything you got.Your not worth any stars, but you get one for being in existence. Good job.

I will be transferring my prescriptions out of Walgreens. I just pulled up to the window, no other cars, 2 people sitting in the window, not one acknowledgement or “if you could please wait, we are a little busy right now” , NOTHING.I sat there 10 minutes with nothing. I spoke with the on duty manager and she was very polite but could have cared less. This is HORRIBLE customer service Walgreens when there are so many other options out there to get prescriptions. Do better Walgreens, people do not have to use your store.

Last month I went to get a med filled. They ended up filling my eye drops everytime I went in and I had to pay for it. I’m feeling like that’s fraud 😡 this time, I waited because they closed at 10 pm. So now I’ve gone to the location twice today and have been told twice that it will be ready in 15 minutes. And the lady today told me my medication didn’t get put into the system until after I went there the first time! I’m switching pharmacies cause they need to figure out their stuff.

Awful pharmacy. I really hope these "strikes" are doing something good, because this is harming people.I ordered some prescriptions I've gotten filled here many times TWO WEEKS AGO. First they billed 2/3 prescriptions to my old insurance. I updated my insurance, they managed to bill the correct one for 1 prescription so I'm not exactly sure why they couldn't figure that out for the others in this order. Finally I go to pick up the one, ask why it's taken a week now for my inhalers to filled and tell the pharmacy staff it's urgent, it's not like there's an OTC alternative I can buy for asthma. She says "they're just really busy" and gives me an attitude and says they can start working on them. After 30 mins they produce one of two inhalers. I ask the next staff that's helping me (she had a much less disrespectful attitude and was very helpful) why the other one wasn't filled. Apparently the script I had ordered a week ago was "out of stock" and at no point during that week of them "delaying my order" did anyone check to see if it was in stock or order it. She says she'll special order it and it will be here in the morning. It wasn't. And it wasn't there the next morning after that either. Or the next. I give up. I'm going to find a more competent pharmacy because this ones inability to provide prescriptions in a reasonable or safe amount of time might actually kill me if I don't.

I had an emergency prescription to get on a Saturday night. It was called in and verified by Doctors on demand at 9pm. They close at 10. Arrived at Pharmacy at 9:40 pm…they were already closed. You guys suck!!

I never get all my prescriptions even when I get a message that they are ready by time I can get there my filled prescriptions are gone. I've been trying for a month and still haven't gotten my prescription filled. I delt with them because of my insurance but I guess Walmart is now better than Walgreens. I thought Walmart was the worst store to go to but it seems Walgreens is the new Walmart. Do not go to Walgreens if you can avoid it.

Showed up at 4pm for a prescription pick up. They said they’d get it ready in 30 minutes so I sit and wait and walk back up at 4:40 and ask if it’s ready and she responds with “it’s not” and the walks away. It’s been an hour at this point and still nothing. This place is a joke, Never coming back here again.

My better half calls in EARLY. Waits over an hour to talk to a pharmacist to refill a prescription. At 4pm, they say it'll be ready. It's 7:30pm. They tell me it's not ready and it'll be 20 minutes. That was an HOUR ago. NOT the first time it's been an issue.

The pharmacy here is the biggest joke, they don’t fill your prescription until the next day when they’re supposed to fill it the day of. Then you go through the drive through expecting to pick it up right away. Nope they make you wait twenty more minutes on top of the twenty minutes you already waited. If I could give negative stars I would because they are not worth your time, I suggest going somewhere else for your prescriptions.

Came to pick a prescription and was told it would be an hour wait. Come back in over an hour, then told it would be another 80 minutes or more. Might not even be ready when store closes now they tell me. I would have took my prescription somewhere else if they told me that the 1st time. Update, they closed, my child is without the antibiotics they need. It should not take more then 5 hours to fill a prescription for a sick child. The staff didnt care. Would never go back.

Very very slow getting meds filled, they tell you 30 to 45 minutes but turns into well over a hour and half. I would not have my meds scrip sent here. They need to learn to be a lot better at filling scripts

1st pharmacist totally screwed up my Rx, called to correct it and the 2nd very special helper refused to bill my insurance and literally hung up on me. I can't with this Walgreens, they're actually going to push me to have a nervous breakdown if I keep going here. It should not be this hard to get my medications filled. I get you guys hate your jobs but please don't take that out on people just trying to get their medications.

If I could give them less than one star I would because the pharmacist refused to give me my medicine and thinks he is better than my doctor while the fact is either he is stupid or or acting like one . Waste of time and effort

I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. I expressed my concerns and then gave my details to the gal in the pharmacy that she needed , with my insurance it's different compared to normal insurance. I tried to explain this and she refused to help me and said I'd have to try back in the morning. Mind you I went there twice over this issue 3ish hrs apart and basically got treated like just another number this is so unprofessional . I asked to have my medication and prescription switched to another store and they refused to comply. So now I'm on 3 days with out my medication. Great job guys!

Pharmacy is absolutely useless. Needed to fill ear drops for a two year old and because the other Walgreens in town that was CLOSED had them ready to go BUT not picked up, this pharmacy wouldn’t fill them without over 300$. We have had nothing but issues with Walgreens pharmacy the last several months. They can never seem to figure out insurance either. Go literally ANYWHERE else.

I got my kids passport pictures taken and the young man who assisted us was lovely. So helpful and knowledgeable and he was very friendly and also great with the kids. I didn't catch his name unfortunately, but he made a very positive impression!

After using the Pharmacy across the street for 18 months I cannot say enough good things about this Walgreens. Fast, courteous service. They obtained all our information from our previous pharmacy including insurance info. Such a positive experience for us. Thank you, Walgreens

The lady at pharmacy hates her job so much . I had $1 co pay . I put $1 of coins in the tube and sent it. And she was Soo annoyed that she had to send it back because I was 5 cents short. . Send it back I count it out. And it's $1 exactly ...like girl don't work consumer services if your going to be bothered all day long.

So originally I was going to give three stars because I was thinking maybe the cashier was having a bad day. However, after seeing others with issues at this location, I will only give one star as I too am used to Walgreens having kind, courteous staff that were diligently with a positive attitude.When I was here a few months ago the cashier was standoffish when I asked for help and a bit short with me when I flagged them down to check out.

I cannot believe how long the pharmacy takes. It should not be a 45 + minute wait in line with only 3 cars ahead of me. I don’t know if people in this town don’t know how to manage their prescriptions or what…. But it is always a nightmare trying to pick up something within a half hour at any time of day.

If I could give this location one star, I would. After getting discharged from the hospital at 1:30am I had to pick up a new medication. Apparently the pharmacy closes 1:30am-2am for a break, no big deal everyone needs a break. Came back to the drive through to pick up the medication, the pharmacist was late returning from break( not the end of the world, but very unprofessional). Went to give her my insurance information, she states it’s not good. We explained I’m covered under my mom’s insurance and nothing has changed. We were told that my mom needed to have filled a prescription there so we can link the account otherwise we couldn’t use the insurance. We had to repeat the insurance information numerous times, the pharmacist left us multiple times to help others in the second lane. We gave her the insurance card with the SAME information we had given her multiple times before and she stated it did not work. Finally had to look up GoodRX so I didn’t have to pay $76.99 for the medication. We asked if she could transfer it to CVS and we were told we would have to go to CVS, have them call Walgreens and have the hospital authorize the transfer. The entire situation took an hour at the drive through with a condescending tone from the pharmacist. I drove 30 minutes one way back to this Walgreens to speak to the pharmacy manager, gave her the same information I had given the previous pharmacist and everything went through just fine and took less than 10 minutes and turns out, I over paid. Whoever the overnight pharmacist is needs more training and a better approach to helping others. If I need a medication in the future I will not be returning to this Walgreens.

Currently hanging out in the drive through waiting in 3 prescriptions for my 9 month old with pneumonia that I dropped off an hour and 15 minutes ago. Figured I’d use my time to give a review while it’s fresh since I’m just sitting here at the drive through window. When I dropped off the prescriptions after a visit to the urgent care clinic, they told me they would be ready in “15 to 20 minutes” so I ran some errands and came back 30 minutes later. No one in front of me in the drive through line, and the tech told me they would just finish them up and have me on way. Ten minutes later they ask to me drive a lap because there are now several cars in line behind me. So I take a lap, wait for all the cars in line, and when I get to the front, they say they’re just about ready. At 4:08, 40 minutes after I arrived to pick up the prescriptions (total time 1 hr 10 minutes from original drop off) I hit the call button to see what the problem was and they assured me it would only be a few minutes more. At 4:19, I hit the call button again to see if I should continue waiting or if I should go and come back later. They finally came back with the prescriptions, but the. Said they had to mix them. After 90 minutes, I’m finally leavin, pretty sure they mischatged my insurance, but I’ll fix that at a different location.

Rude cashier trying to impose distance standards while waiting to checkout. In the meantime, shoppers are close to each other throughout shopping. Where's the logic. What happened to customer service? No one is going to restrict my movements as I shop. Get rid of these worthless employees and install multiple self-checkouts. Keep providing drive up pharmacy, but this in-store location should shutter.

Had to bother my doctor for I don't know the tenth time to ensure a prescription really got called in. Turns out yet again that it was just lost in their system. Prescriptions are never ready on time and I get random alerts that prescriptions are there that have not even been ordered. I would definitely go elsewhere.

A much better experience.My previous review is below to contrast the change.(I waited while pharmacy counter gossiped with what appeared to be off duty coworker, then when I inquired about whether or not they had any cervical collars, as I didn't see cervical collars by the braces, she told me that if they had them that is where they would be. When I then asked if that was something that they carried, she was very short with me and told me she didn't know and suggested I go to a different store.There was no line.There was no reason to be short with me other than to go back to gossiping.So, yeah, thanks for the suggestion. I won't be stepping foot back into your Madison Avenue store.)

Photo counter had incredibly poor staff. My photos were estimated to be printed at 1:00 - when I arrived at 3:00, they were still not done. I was told to wait one minute. They talked about their plans, other various things, but never took care of my six photos. They whispered about me as if I wasn't right there. They told me "One more minute" several times, but never addressed my photos. I left after 45 minutes and asked them to cancel my order. Moments later on the phone, I was asked to come back and get them. I was never apologized to or addressed. Incredibly immature staff.
