Don’t know what to say about this store. Half of the people are friendly and know what they are doing and the other half don’t. Bought a pallet of horse bedding pellets like I have many times before. When Adam is there everything goes well. Avoid Ryan as he slid the heavy pallet across my truck bed, tore up my bed liner, and crumpled my goose neck hole covers. I had to encourage him to get the extended fork covers. After when I told him about my truck liner he’s response was “Oh, well.” I used to love going to this store but at this point, I’m canceling my credit card and going somewhere else.

Terrible online shopping experience. I do not recommend. They are not fulfilling orders from their inventory. I am still waiting 14 days after my order when they said it would ship in 3 days, even though they charged me for it. Customer support said they can't guarantee they can cancel my order, so I'm left waiting to see if it ever processes. If I go buy it somewhere else so I have the order for Christmas, like it was suppose to be, they can charge my card and process my order anytime, so I could end up paying twice and go through all of these issues trying to return. I was trying to support a private company but I will be sticking to amazon from now on. Very disappointed.

I love Tractor Supply! You walk in and it’s like home. Familiar faces and getting to know the crew. You can always find someone when you need help. There were two guys that stood out today making it inviting and welcoming. I knew what I needed and where it was, but way to go Alex and Aaron you guys are awesome! Keep up the great customer service

It was a cold day in January. I needed my new propane tank purged and filled. Cora was summoned to the refill station, got there before I did, and proceeded to complete the task in only a few minutes. A true pro.

They need to get floor staff that is more knowledgeable about their stock. I needed a thermocouple and the first person I asked said they were seasonal and were put away???? I asked if they do carry them and she said yes and pointed to where they might be. As I was walking back I saw an older fellow and asked him and he said they don't have them and never did. Wth?

Having dealt with TSC, for over 40 years, and shopping at many of their stores, primarily the Minnesota Ones, and Having a TSC account since 1999, People are VERY ❤ CARING! They Leave you alone and let you shop, instead of "forcing" you to BUY, unless you need or want something, Then they will help, or explain, if you need it! Checkouts are usually very polite and caring. Store is Exceptional for cleanliness and lighting. Parking is very adequate and people shopping there are generally reserved and friendly, knowing they are able to get what they need. In the likely event that you need something they don't have, they can find it for you, or usually advise you where to go, being a very longtime merchant! It's Nice 👌 that They ❤ CARE! I really want to love TSC. There is always someone knowledgeable there to help out with questions and to make sure that you have everything you need. The Mankato location is the only business that I've ever visited who refused to refill my propane tanks because the stamp on the top of the ring was dated more than 12 years ago. Hard to fault them for doing the right thing, but the next place filled them without question.

Been waiting over 20 minutes for someone to come out to fill my propane tank. I have gone in and asked for them to page someone again. I have also called and said I am still waiting and still no one. Don’t waste your time!!!

Ok LP prices but you have to wait FOREVER to get tanks refilled only to be met by the rudest jerk of an employee. This opinion comes from myself & several others. Management here will force the place out of business. Do not waste your time here for anything!

The older gentleman that was the cashier was not the most pleasant person. He was very direct and not people friendly. Didn't matter to me because it's going to be a while before I go back to this store.I like the store it self, but if I were to have a bad day, I probably would have just walked out and gone somewhere else to make my purchase.

When you need both parts for trailers tractors horses or whatever Oddball needs you may have this is the place to go not a very big parking lot. Waiting for lines to check out and not having to walk a mile to get one thing perfect

Tractor supply is a solid place to get alot of essentials. Yard tools, coats, chickens... Well I have no need for a lot of the heavy duty farm implement and animal equipment, I respect the gardening and tool selection they have.Also if you're not refilling your liquid propane tank for your grill here you are missing out. Exchanging tanks is way more expensive than just keeping the one you have and refilling it!

Pretty much yours small-size Farm store with a very knowledgeable staff and a decent selection of supplies and products. They sell chickens in the spring. I believe they're one of the only places in Mankato that do.

This place is great for filling propane for gas grills. You get your own tank filled and the cost is about half of any other place in town
