Animals live on premises. Owner lives on premises.The furniture is filthy and gross from dogs laying on them all day long.Does not sell tea or have a cafe.I've witnessed drugs on the premise.My artists friends have been not reimbursed in whole for art sold. Owner claims to have lost the file.Bands have reported not getting paid by the owner after a gig.Avoid this place. It is not safe.

Owner is well known for stiffing artists and musicians. Then strong arming and threatening them to try and keep them quiet. He will also try trash talking them to others to ruin their reputation to try and hide what he is doing. Don't support this go somewhere that values your local artists not steals from them to hold up a dieing business.
