At this particular PetSmart, the employees were fantastic, especially the woman who helped me find everything I needed for my newly adopted dog Polar Bear.It was a lot of fun picking out his new tag and then getting it engraved on site within minutes.The store was clean and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable.This will definitely be my go to store for Polar Bear 🐻‍❄️.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Their selection of dog toys was pretty great, and their prices weren't outrageous. They put on great events to take your pets photo with the Easter Bunny and Santa. Clean store and lots of parking.

I needed to take our doxie to have her anal glands expressed. I was able to call and talk to a real person who told me it was walk-in and that we could come in a half hour. When I got to the store, the gal remembered me calling, took my info, and took my dog back to take care of her. I was able to watch through the window and was very impressed with how well she treated my dog. My dog wasn’t anxious, which was great! We were done within minutes. I will definitely return to Mankato PetSmart grooming when my dog needs this done again.

I'd say 95% of the time I do go there, I usually leave without purchasing anything. The prices are ridiculous. My go-to spot is always PetExpo.Recently, I went in, and they had a really good deal on a specific brand of reptile tanks. I purchased one. I'm very happy with my purchase.There is a spot in the back where you can see the Kittens/ Cats for adoption. That's always a plus ☺️

Been taking my dog here for 8 years, but have had very bad grooming experiences as of late since many of their wonderful groomers have left. They would not finish my 6lb shih tzu (left her face and feet) claiming she was difficult and told me she should be groomed by a vet from now on. Would not recommend.

Staff are kind and helpful. The stores itself carries a decent variety and fair pricing. I always have to stop by and visit the cute kitties looking for homes. The staff take very good care of them while they are there.

We where very delighted with Finley's grooming. We have to say this was the best grooming he has recieved in his 4 years of life! Krista did an excellent service! I would recommend her to anyone.

Stopped here to check it out..the young woman who helped us with our guppies was very cheerful and informative..She was able to catch the fish we wanted and also laughed at all my jokes.. She asked about what fish we kept and talked as if she were genuinely interested in the hobby of keeping fish.. I like that..we also spoke to a young man who showed knowledge of the product the store carried..all in all a good visit to a big box pet store....not always the case, so I give this particular PetSmart 5 stars.

Went to the Mankato Petsmart for some new fish. Right from the get go, I was greeted with a very rude associate. The way she spoke to me was hurtful and very rude...telling me to get out of her way, then questioning everything about my fish choices with a rude tone. First of all, I've owned fish for over 50 years so I know what I'm buying. I pray my fish survive as I will NOT be going to that store ever again! I've been home several hours now and still can't let it go how she treated me. Not friendly at all!! I wish I had gotten her name but I'll never forget her overly pierced face.

I took my dog there to get groomed today, as I have a few times before. Krista was the groomer and when she called to let me know he was done, I told her I was just going into an appointment that would last about 2 hours, she said that the max time he could be there is 5 hours and I told her my appointment would be over within that timeframe. During that time she called me twice and left 2 voicemails saying I needed to get there ASAP to pick up my dog. I got there within the 5 hour time frame and apologized for my delay. She was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge my apology, even thought I was still in the policy timeframe. I then went to the checkout to pay and the cashier was just a rude to me, my dog knocked a bag of treats off the shelf and she immediately scoffed and rolled her eyes at me before I even had a chance to pick them up. Customer service can make or break an experience and it was terrible today.

I really miss petco I never have problems when I go to shopPetsmart however don't sell to black people every time I go in this dam store I don't get help when I ask for help they say we doing inventory I will never shop at this store again I guess if I made $9 a hour I would not help customers either lmbao.

Clean store, helpful and friendly employees. We went in for a fish (after the gold fish we won at the fair didn't make it more than a couple hours) we got 2 guppies and all the stuff we needed for our tank. Unfortunately the guppies didn't make it either. (Maybe we just aren't fish people) but the store and employees that helped us were wonderful.

They do pretty good aquariums seem pretty clean and employees seem to care about fish and always ask about your tanks and if fish can go together.

The groomers did a wonderful job on my German Shepherd they were very attentive to her and spent extra time with her. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. I defenitly would recommend them.

Went there for a goldfish left there wondering why I wanted it in the first place. Great salesmen though kind, compassionate, and caring. If your like me and just want the guy to grab you a fish then it's not the place for you.

Shelby groomed my dog and she did amazing and was super friendly. You can tell she really knows what she is doing from just talking to her. All the staff members were great.

I have been buying pet food and using grooming services at PetSmart for 5 years, and I had always been impressed. However, the last 3 months have yielded some poor customer service. My last grooming appointment was a very poor experience, groomer told me that she was uncomfortable with me and wouldn't groom my dog because I had complaint with her $200+ price. I asked to speak with a manager, and politely voiced my complaint, but the manager was very unequipped in the customer service department. She didn't have any idea how to handle the situation.

Clean, friendly, helpful at the checkout. They have the products I buy for our dog and cat. I use their rewards program and the cashier usually asks if I'd like to use my rewards during purchase.

My puppy looked beautiful after being groomed, they did a great job! Unfortunately they don't carry the dog food that I buy but staff is very friendly.

We had our dog, Jesse, get his trim here for the first time the other day. We had been going elsewhere, and had been tired of getting the appointments canceled due to staff shortages. I was able to get him in, in a timely manner. His trim looked fantastic! Better than I'd ever seen him. The groomer was very attentive and empathetic to Jesse's needs. I stopped to pick up the PetSmart brand dog food, and Jesse loves it. We will be going back!
